Posting this because there seems to be some kind of confusion.... I will clear this up. WITH SCIENCE!!
Heat is the wave of energy given off of an object as it settles into a different form. This form can be one different from its previous unstable state. For example: A chunk of iron that has been set in a fire will give off heat. It should be noted that when we say "Radiating Heat", the heat itself is not radiation. It is simply the energy was being conducted by said material.
Radiation is the Ionization of electrons due to a material being nuclear unstable and dispersing electrons WITHOUT giving off heat. The ONLY examples of "Radiation" are in Gamma Rays, X-Rays, Ultraviolet Rays, Infrared, Microwaves, and Radio waves. It should be noted that although microwaves CAUSE heat, the microwave (radiation) is not DUE to heat. It is merely the wave of electrons that interracts WITH a material to produce heat.
Now that is not to say that the sun does not give off heat as a BYPRODUCT in addition LIGHT AND RADIATION. Heat is simply a byproduct of electrons being given off. It is not the same thing. Period.
In short: Heat is not radiation. Radiation can CAUSE heat. The end.

That was from when I applied and had his as flame manipulation and such but someone had it reserved so I switched it up I never truly got around to nit picking at it and I kinda left it. I know how I stated it was wrong because I left it and have a deadly case of procrastination

Right on =) All is good. So long as everyone who uses pseudo-science realizes that even with MAGICAL ULTRA-RARE materials and shit, they know that it has to make sense (with science), I have no problem xD . I know how procrastination is.... X_x

*Is dieing of laughter* Anyway... Okay... this is easily solved @Phantom King just change the name of your power to heat manipulation. everything can stay the same. I know @Darksoul90 has Fire manipulation so before anyone points that out, They are different.

Fire - The rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products.
So Fire creates Heat, and Charles (as per his ability) Can turn heat into Fire. Should make for interesting developments down the line.
