Still would need to lower the numbers to be more in-line with the other sheets. Because even in caverns...they'd have to be hundreds of thousands of square kilometers in scope and also have sufficient food sources for such numbers to survive (there wouldnt be). A ballpark figure would be a few million to around 10-15 million if you want to have subterranean and surface dwelling.
