ok so, i really liked the naruto releplays but there was something that really annoyed me
the fact that we had to obey the lore with everything, and all that
so i thought "why not have a rp about a NEW village with NEW kekkei-genkais and the such
so this is the plot
50 years after the events in Naruto, Uzumaki Naruto is now an old man, giving his title of hokage to Konohamaru, Sasuke, Madar and all traces of the Uchiha are simple dust and memories.
tha Inuzuka clan has split off into both ninja-missions and war-dog raising
the Abarume clan are now caretakers of a massive insect sanctuary
the Hyuugas now sit at the Hokage's side, as his most trusted allies.
the Yamanakas have completely taken over the intel side of Konoha's business
the Naras have come under hard times, losing their land, their money, and reputation, they are now a simple family living in Konoha.
the Akamichi clan have grown to tripple their size, talking in the Nara clan, the naras and Akamichis are now close to becoming the came clan.
Naruto has completely revived the Uzimaki clan, they now number 30+ and one is currently learning to be a sage.
but even with these changes in authority, all ninja clans still have members going on missions for Konoha.

the world of shinobi is experiencing it's longest term of peace in a long time, but, shadows are looming in the lands to the east and west, the land of iron has stopped communication, the tailed beasts are gone and someone stole them, all the hosts are dead, except Naruto.
Kages are being assasinated, the tsuchikage, the kazekage and Hokage are still alive, paranoia is running high, relationships are breaking down, conflicts are erupting, and the 3 last kages are struggling to maintain control.
all they know is that these assasins are based in the land of the dead willow, but the warlords in the southern lands are powerful.
could this be another war? what happened to the tailed beasts? and if war breaks out, what side will you be on?

but, in the southern land of the dying willow, a barren wasteland of lawlessness, giant animals and poor, impoverished and oppressed people, a group of ninjas, from both far-off lands and from local areas are now banding together to create their own village.
this village is "the village hidden in the wastes"
the layout is simple, this rp will be starting out with a small village, maybe a few hundred people with a few dozen ninjas, barely noteable in the naruto world, but as we go on, the village grows and we gain power, greater threats shall emerge.

Clan history: the Karamugi clan was once a great noble family and personal friends of the lords of the land of fire, but after a certain power struggle and the ordered massacar of the clan, the Karamugis have been in hiding for almost 2 generations, and now, the Karamugis are trying to get power back, not through squabbling over pre-owned land like vultures, but to claim a country ruled by bandits and warlords.
the karamugi have always been kind, but brutal fighters, it took 5 other clans from all major lands to take them down, but now it is down to 3 members, Ikuto, his dying mother and his sister, a traveling doctor.

Chakra-weapons (like Asumas, but he uses his short-sword katanas)
(custom) Air Style: Hurricane-ball jutsu *similar to a not as powerful, larger form of resengan but its launched
Chidori
(custom) slicing wind Jutsu *makes a flying blade from air and can easily cut through wood, flesh and bone*
Kage-Bushin no-jutsu
Summoning Jutsu: Twin monkeys *one makes hand-signs for the summoner while one channels chakra to the summoner*
Kekkei-Genkai: Eye-Spiral: this kekkei-genkai makes his eyes go all blue with thin black lines going to the centre, forming the pupil.
one line gives basic eye-sight, 20-20 vision,
two lines allows the ninja to channel his/her chakra with ease
3 lines let the ninja see that the enemy will do 1.5 seconds before they do it
4 lines will let the ninja see chakra
5 lines will let the ninja resist low-moderate level genjutsu
the lines just keep on going, there is possibly no end, each line can offer ONE new advantage.
