Her hair is usually pulled back into a ponytail. Her typical outfit is dark jeans, combat boots, a tank top, and her trusty faded leather jacket. She has a old messenger back that she carries all her supplies in. She has a tattoo of a group of trees on her right shoulder blade. She has a large burn and scar that covers her abdomen (across her stomach, and parts on her chest too). She keeps it hidden most of the time, and doesn't like to talk about it.


Backstory:


Before the virus set in, Lena was studying to be a Physician's Assistant. She has little family, but was raised by her older sister. Her sister, who was twelve years older than her, died in childbirth when Lena was 20 years old. She watched over her sister's son. His name was Asher, and he was around 6 years old when the virus began. When the panic of the virus set in, Lena attempted to transfer herself and Asher to a more rural and secluded area. But in the bustle of quarantine, violent outbreaks of Infection, and lootings...they lost each other. Since then, she has been a wanderer, always keeping an eye out for Asher.


Personality:


Lena is responsible, loyal, and fierce. The loyalty often only comes in after she trusts someone...which doesn't happen often. She is kind and detached, unless someone gives her a reason not to be. In which case, she is quick to bite back. When provoked, she doesn't think before she speaks. While quick to help others, she does not like to receive it. Her independence and need for privacy gets in the way. She divulges very little information about herself.

Primarily a scout, but dabbles in medicine. She is also a leader.

Lena is skilled in medical care, as well as hand-to-hand combat. She's not great with a gun, and prefers to work with her fists (or sometimes her knives). Given her independence, she is not one to be bossed around and therefore has leadership qualities.

Backstory:


Mikas father was part of the army but his mother and older brother were inventors and passed this love onto him. Growing up he learned all he could about building things from scratch and was found to be a genius if an energetic one. At 14 he graduated high-school and went to an engineering collage to learn more. At 18 he graduated with a degree in engineering and a technical science degree. After that he opened a store to sell his inventions.


When the apocalypse started he just did his best time survive especially after discovering his family didn't make it.


Personality:


Adventures and smart Mika is a very energetic person that is always looking for new things to try and is very optimistic. He is often up and about doing his own thing and never really settles down unless he is inventing something. He is rarely without a smile and can have the weirdest sense of humor always trying to cheer others up when they are down. Undoubtedly he is smart however when it comes to people he cares about he can seemingly be really reckless though usually always has a plan.

Appearance:

Rea has long black hair that she keeps up most the time. She wears glasses only when she is in business mode. Her eyes are a steel blue color and her skin is lightly tanned from living on the streets. She prefers wearing a vest over tank tops or t-shirts and from time to time a hat. Her jeans are usually of the skinny variant.

Backstory: Reagan has lived on her own for years now so when the apocalypse came it really wasn't much of a change. She was orphaned when her parents both went on a trip with her older sister while she chose to stay with a friend. She was around 8 at the time and terrified of flying, still is. Her parents and sister never came back from that flight for it crashed and they were never found. She ran away from her friends house before the child service people could get her and she hasn't turned back

Personality: Rea is very snarky and sarcastic 90% of the time. She is laid back and likes getting others riled up. As alone as she has been, she likes having people around and wants to find people to trust. Rea as a sick sense of humor sometimes and tends to lack the "compassionate" component in her human programming, but she does notice when she hurts people because of this and is quick to apologize. Due to her being pretty tough and grown looking, she adores cute things like bunnies, cats, puppies, and people that look like cute animals. She tends to become over baring and may squeeze the life out of you if you are caught being adorable.

Desired Job in Safe House : Scientist

Skills/Talents: She hasn't just been running all those years. Rea was the daughter of two well known scientist before they passed away. Rea has done everything she can to learn their ways and even still carries around their research. She may of never had schooling, but you wouldn't know with the way she has taught herself.

She also is pretty quick to the draw and can be behind you in a matter of seconds with a knife to your throat or a gun to your head. She is fast to analyze the situation and she can hold her own.

Relationships: No one anymore. She use to think her sister might still be alive, but that was just a fairy tale she was living

Anything else we should know: If she ever gets tempered just show her something cute and she will love you again. She tends to go into rants about her scientific stuff and that same trick works to shut her up.​

He often leaves his hair unkempt, and his arms and legs covered by bandages or cloth. He also has a belt with several items, ranging from gardening to combat.

Backstory:

Christopher was the only son of Jack and Marie, a young couple that lived on the suburbs. Although kinda quiet, he was a healthy child. His parents were somewhat overprotective, but nothing that hindered Christopher's development. His father was a store owner of campng accessories, while his mother was a teacher at an elementary school. Christopher was living a normal life, helping his father on the store and studying, until a dire accident cut short his parents' life, and left him alone.

It was a rainy night, and the family was coming back from a party at Marie's school. It was raining very hard, and the road was slippery. One mistake and faulty breaks, and the car was sliding around the road. It went down a slope and crashed into some trees. Christopher managed to escape the wreckage just before the car exploded. All he saw was fire. Until he passed out.

He woke up a week later at the hospital, his arms, feet and part of back with several burn scars. As the doctors say, he were hurt by the explosion, and while unconscious, some of the gasoline fire caught up to him, burning him. Fortunately, the rain saved him from being carbonized, thickening enough to put down the flames. Since he didn't have any close relatives, he was placed on an orphanage. There, he learnt all about plants as he could, following the teachings of his father. Two years and three homes later, he turned fifteen and was emancipated, adult enough by law to live by himself. He was let go from the orphanage and went back to his house and store. There, he opened it again, with his parents teachings and his own experience. He ran it for about 2 years, until the world tragedy happened.

Once he lived in a suburban area, he was relatively safe for a while. When the surrounding houses were empty, he raided them for supplies. When his house was raided by poachers, he fended them off. When the Compromised struck his area, he gathered as many supplies as he could, along with camping equipment, torched his house and ran. And kept running, surviving on a literal man-eat-man world.

Personality:

Christopher is a quiet guy at first. Doesn't talk a lot to people he doesn't know, but give him some time and space and he'll be the happiest guy around, always trying to cheer people up. He's kinda sensitive about his scars, but nothing that could affect his chipper personality.

Name: Sinikka Jinan Makara Eirene Minttu Virva-Darzi Etalpalli (She is usually addressed as Jinan or Eirene. Sometimes friends call her “Mint”)

Age: 31 (Birthday on the 24th of July)


Appearance: Sinikka often wears a three piece suit, colored with earthen tones, such as shades of tan and green. She also wears a silver necklace quite often. Hanging from the chain of said necklace is a silver framed gemstone tablet, 2 inches on it's longest side. The stone is unrefined. Also known as ammolite, the stone is a very dark brown color, at certain angles, small sections of the stone will reflect the entire spectrum of light as a small rainbow. It seems to be precious to Sinikka. She also has earring studs with similar stones, but they aren't treated as precious. Her hair is blonde, and her eyes grey. She stands at about 5'9", and weighs in at about 125lbs. She is not very well endowed, and seems to have a fair amount of muscle tone in her upper body.


Backstory: Sinikka spent her childhood under the care of her affluent grandfather, Aulis. She was a bit of a lazy student, barely skating by and getting C's most of the time. At the age of 16, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Soon after diagnosis, her symptoms quickly escalated, resulting in a minor stroke. Being hours away from death, the tumor was hastily removed. Luckily, it was found to be a genetic defect, rather than cancer, with only her left leg adversely affected. The tumor had also caused damaged in her right eye, leaving her right field of vision to be littered with blind spots. By the age of 17, she completely regained her ability to walk, with only a slight limp being present. At the age of 18, a few months after her birthday, Aulis died from carbon monoxide poisoning. Family members suspected that Sinikka rigged the ventilation of the heating unit in Aulis' house, but there was little to no evidence to convict her.. This accusation was partly due to that fact the Sinikka was, according to Aulis' will, supposed to inherit a large chunk of his estate. Sinikka quickly put the entire incident behind her. She used her wealth to go to college in order to become a businesswoman. Before the virus arose, she owned a small online business and had poured most of her funds into stocks.


Personality: Generally, Sinikka is very forgetful, as well as a very logical, mild mannered person, with indirect methods and an exceedingly focused mind, but her temperament can change vastly at random times, likely due to some form of outward stimulus that causes her to remember something, such as a task, or important piece of information. Sinikka has the tendency to speak whatever comes to mind, no matter how bizarre or unrelated. Her voice ranges wildly depending on a variety of factors. At times, Sinikka mumbles softly to herself, and sometimes her voice is energetic and wild, while maintaining her voice's low register. Sinikka, with her greatest possible passion, absolutely hates to repeat herself as well as any interruption or interference that disturbs her. Being asked to repeat herself more than once will often break her focus and she starts to become hostile when interrupted, because she fears that she is going to forget what she was going to say next. Despite not being connected to any form of network, she often spends time on her cellular device, often very unwilling to show people what she is doing. She also dislikes it when people touch her necklace. She carries a journal which is half filled with illegible writing. She is forgetful, and will sometimes mumble random thoughts repeatedly to herself to try and remind herself of what she thinks might be important.


Desired Job in Safe House (please reference the Jobs tab in the RP Overview, or create your own): Sinikka finds that she'd be most effective in a roll of business and economics and business, as well as a role in leadership. She finds that she could freely assist in other mathematical jobs.


Skills/Talents: Sinikka's skills are primarily mental and has little physical prowess. She is astounding at mathematics and physics, being her best subjects in school, as well as economics. She knows a little bit of computer code; Binary, Hexadecimal, Java, and little in other languages, all mostly for hobby.


Relationships(family, significant others, etc.): The only family member that was close to her was her grandfather, Aulis Etalpalli. Sinikka also had a pet cat named Argyle.


Anything else we should know?: Due to medical problems from her childhood, she has a slight limp on her left side (with her ankle being especially weak), as well is she prone to headaches and eyestrain. She enjoys programming as a hobby. She is a big fan of games of just about any kind, especially ones that involve gambling. She finds money to be a great motivating force.

Backstory: He was born into a family of doctors, and grew up learning to help people. His mother was a doctor, and his father was an expert at surgery. The two of them taught Red all the knowledge they had in medical science, so he could help as many people as he could when he grew older. In his years of medical training, he discovered in his early teenage years his skills with electronics. So, not only is he a great doctor, but he's a genius with machinery. He's alone, now, just wondering around with a baseball bat with some nails dug inside it, looking for somewhere to sleep every night.


Personality: He's a pretty nice guy, welcoming and warm. Unless you pick a fight with him, then you can bet your life on him knocking you down. He likes to help people, and is willing to run errands, or do favors. Though, sometimes he will ask for things in return. He's a smart person, but can be a bit confusing -if not, insane- sometimes.


Desired Job in Safe House (please reference the Jobs tab in the RP Overview, or create your own): He's both a medic and an engineer.


Skills/Talents:


He's good with fixing things. Electronics, and injuries especially. He's also quick, and agile. He's good at getting out of tough places. Skills he's picked up from experiance. He's really smart, and is a good strategist.


On the downside, he doesn't answer well to authority. Asking him is better then demanding him. He hates loud noises, they put him on edge. He hates when people fight. He hates being ignored. He isn't very good at trusting people, so he mostly relies on himself for things, but will ask people to do little things for him from time to time.


Relationships(family, significant others, etc.): His mother and father were both killed in a car when Red was 17. Since then he's moved from place to place, avoiding trouble the best he could. He helped many people along the way, but never stayed long enough to get to know them. He just fixed what they wanted fixed, and left.


Anything else we should know?: He hates arrogant people, and people who bother him while he's working. So if you do either of these things while he's around, prepare for either ridicule or to be thrown out of the room. Just a warning.

Ashley has long dark brown hair with a slight tents of red to it when the sun hits it. She tends to keep it up to prevent it from collecting in her face and out of her large chestnut colored eyes. Her dark hair tends to make her light skin look more pale then it actually is. She wears expensive looking dark tented jeans that slightly overlap her previously white tennis shoes which have now faded to a worn grey color. Underneath her dust covered dark leather jacket, she has a light blue v-neck scrub top which has a few freckled blood stains. Although the blood stains could be confused as dirt stains to the untrained eye.


Backstory: Being adopted at a young age as a child, Ashley does not remember her biological parents. She was adopted into a wealthy family where money never was a concern. Her adoptive parents were hard on her through life and pushed her to always succeed in academic aspects. She was taught to put school first and everything else would stand behind. Although having a natural love for learning made this easy for Ashley. Attending renowned private schools she always ranked in the upper percentile of the class standings. Due to her rigorous academic schedule of tutors and piano lessons, she had little time for friends. This resulted in her having many imaginary friends in childhood from her playing alone.


Going to college her parents pushed her into going into the medical field to become a doctor. Having a passive personality she accepted and followed her new assigned career goal to become a medical professional. Being the book-work she was, college was filled with reading, studying, and could be described by others as a dull experience. Ashley had recently finished her final college year when the virus arose.


Personality: Ashley is shy and quiet speaking. She isn't one to trust people easily and usually is not one to initiate conversations with others. Never having many friends in her life, she can be a bit awkward when in conversation. Although socially inept, she tends to remain calm and focused in loud or disruptive situations. Being a caring individual, she will always help those in need.

Skills/Talents: Ashley is medically trained. Being independent most of her life, she is creative and has quite the imagination. As a hobby she can play the piano quite well.

Anything else we should know?: It takes a while for Ashley to open up to people due to trust issues and past life struggles. Her type of apparel isn't much, she will wear anything comfortable as long as it's light and easy to move in.


Backstory:
She was born in a prestigious family who all were successful leaders among society. To her, she was the black sheep of the family, tainting their reputation. She was a healthy child and was beautiful but her studies to become a politic like her parents was a long journey for her. She was the second child among three other siblings who had achieved to meet their parent's standards but her, she was far from it. Though the subjects were interesting, she was more into the idea of having a farm in the countryside away from her family but, of course, he parents were against such ridiculous ideas.

As she grew older, she was given more privileges to make her own decisions and of course, she picked to marry her lover, Casper, a man she met during her time in

Their meeting was through an awkward moment with cats, from there, their relationship grew until he finally proposed to her. Accepting the ring, they were soon engaged with one another but there was a problem, her family were completely against it due to Casper having no status as high as theirs.

Out of anger, she ran away from home, far from her family with Casper so she could marry the man of her dreams. The only people to know of her whereabouts were those she trusted to keep her secrets. Living in the countryside on her soon-to-be-husband's aunt's farm, they get

Instead, they got married by a lake near the farm with animals around and only Casper's aunt with her family to see. It may not have been a big wedding but it was the most happiest time for Iria.

Their life was content and they were happy living on the farm but she didn't know her life would be turned for the worse when the virus was introduced. She had loss her husband to the virus. Her hands were tainted with his blood along with the others and she carries with her the guilt of being a murderer and useless to save her loved ones. She doesn't know if her family is alive but all she hopes for is to live on as her husband had told her to do, his last wish of her, as she followed with it to avenge her husband and fix the world of the disease that spread rapidly.


Personality:
She is courteous and friendly but seems to be very reserved, keeping many things to herself. She puts a safe distance between her and those who comes to her. She is cautious about everything and gets a bit too anxious over little things that shouldn't matter to much. She cares for everyone dearly and is willing to sacrifice herself for anyone in order to save them but also -- though guilty of it -- to be reunited with her decreased husband.

Appearance: He is 6' 2'' and weighs in at 135 pounds. He is commonly seen with a ragged lab coat and wears thick rain boots along with a large backpack. His hair is brown and rather messy even before the breakout. He commonly keeps a face mask with him for technical reasons. In his left pocket hidden by the jacket is his revolver that he keeps handy.

Backstory: His past is riddled with misfortune and has shaped him into what he is. His father died at a young age due to drug overdose leaving only him and his mother when he was five years of age. Living in the city out skirts made life difficult and more importantly dangerous. At the age of thirteen he had seen the harshness of mankind and came to despise it thoroughly at that point. Only his mother had his love due to the stress she went through to support them. Thanks to his mother and his own effort he was accepted to a a High School that perhaps most could gain entry to but this was step up from the dirt and toil. He maintained the highest grades in mathematics and science in his first year of High School. His goal simple to give his mother a better life. Sadly her life was all but claimed as she was considered brain dead with only the machines keeping her going. "If only I was there." he thought to himself. If only he could have stopped the attackers. Rather then be crushed he gained a new goal. To reshape humanity.


After being moved into a new family, one he never trusted, he became a proficient in the understanding of genetics. He graduated High School and College with some of the highest marks seen in a while. Thanks to an enrollment program he took in High School he was out of college by the age of twenty four. It wasn't long before he was picked up by the Company called Genetech. There he move up among the ranks and become a leading scientist by the age of only 25. Before the outbreak occurred he had begone research into modified plant sub-species, selective breeding of humans through to remove genetic fallacy, and virus research. As a rank-A scientist he carries much knowledge on what other projects Genetech did that most of society wouldn't yet accept.


Personality: He is mostly silent whether he is working or around others. If he ever does speak it is in a logical manner that as a result comes off as uncaring or even cynical at times. Even if this is the case it doesn't bother him. He is respectful of others so long as they are of him. While this is the case he does tend to look down upon others and try bend things in his favor. Rather then do favors he mostly expects to be paid back in some form unless pressurized otherwise.

Skills/Talents: He works well with most technology oriented things in the medical field and thoroughly understands how they work, as such he can repair them. Highly logical due to lack of expressive emotion for most part.

Anything else we should know?: Carries more respect for an infected then a fellow human. Tends to overwork himself and forgets to eat as needed.

Her mother was a drug addict and neglected her while her father was stuck doing work to try to support his family. During her times of loneliness, she had learned to be her own best friend. Learning about how to have fun without having anybody else around. She developed a big independence, often taking care of herself on her own. Carter discovered the passion for running in elementary, and didn't stop until high school. Running helped her cope with her problems. Helped her forget the troubles of her life, and to move forward.
  
  
  Carter was often seen alongside several people, and she liked that. Some could say that she was rather popular, mainly because of her sense of humor and upbeat personality. Carter was the star of the school's lacrosse team and one of the best in the Track Club. Life was really perfect before the outbreak.

Alexander when growing up though isolated himself from his family because of all this keeping interactions to a minimum , Keeping to the Garden or with his Friends. However when in School he tried to forget his family Life and acted as a Massive social butterfly being liked by well everyone.


He managed to break free of the Shackles of his Family life when he rounded up enough money from a large number of little jobs to go to University studying Science and Medicine passing with Roaring Success.

Compilations of their best works, individual novels, he would go to great lengths just to get some.


That's when he met Wen, a fellow student at university, Wen also had a love for books, but a love for something else. Running. Wen showed how fast Ben could move if he learned the tricks and trade of parkour. Soon Ben went under the wing of Wen and soon starting learning the skills of parkour. After 3 years, almost done with college, he was practically at the level of Wen.


When he graduated college, he bought a small apartment in Seattle and kept running, sharpening his skills to always stay on the balls of his feet. But then the virus set in. Seattle was an epicenter for the disease, spreading like wildfire through dense apartments and city streets. He fled soon after the quarantine was set in. Backstory: Frank was an only child born into a family of poverty. Shortly after his birth, his father ran out on his family and left his mother to take care of him. Unable to care for her child, his mother placed him in a orphanage in which he spent his childhood. Unfortunately he was never selected for adoption, possibly due to high birth rates of the area and being placed in an run down orphanage on the poor end of town. Few children were ever selected, let alone a older child. As he grew older his chances grew slimmer and accepted his fate of being alone. With an uneventful childhood he eventually become of the age of 18 in which he was kicked out of the orphanage with no money to his name and no friends or family to lean on.

As the year went by, the shop ran out business and he was out of a job. Now out of work, the shop owner sarcastically suggest Frank enlist in the army due his rather large size.


After living the life of a soldier for twelve years, he was discharged due to age. Returning to the city he came back to his roots and found a career as a butcher again. Life became uneventful until he found a wife Marie and eventually had a little girl Anna. Although after the infection spread, life changed.


Personality: Frank is not the brightest in result of poor education in his life. Most things are resolved in force rather then thoughtful problem solving.
