I'm Sorry you both sound like Midoriya is talking XD "At first, I thought Ayama was the smallest but Jiro is about 2 inches shorter though it's a different case for Haruka as well...shes about 5'4 but with most of their classmates being either on the tall or short side she'd be considered one of the most average people in height..."

Haruka is now the standard height for Class 1-A people! She is now Class 1-A's average height standard!
