1: What Clan does your character belong to? (Only the original seven Great Clans are allowed.)

    Dragon

2: What Family does your character belong to? (No Vassal Families.)

    Agasha

3: Is your character a bushi, courtier, or shugenja?

    Courtier

4: How would others describe your character's appearance?

Though she is undeniably beautiful in the demure manner befitting a young courtier, her eyes have a piercing depth to them that many find unnerving.

5: What is your character's primary motivation?

To prove to her mother that she can serve the Clan better as an investigator than she would have been able to as a shugenja.

6: Who is the person your character trusts most in the world?

Her father, whom she could confide in when she found herself unwilling to be a shugenja despite the Kami's interest in her.

7: What is your character's greatest strength? What is your character's greatest weakness?

Her curiosity and persistence which allow her to find the truth of all but the most well-hidden secrets.

Her lack of ability to keep that curiosity from killing the metaphorical cat.

8: What does your character think of bushido?

Important, but less so than the truth.

9: What is your character's opinion of his clan?

The only sane Clan in an Empire that still lives centuries ago.

    10: Is your character married?

She has worked to postpone a marriage until she feels she has established herself as a successful investigator rather than a failed shugenja.

11: What prejudices does your character have?

Unless disabused of the notion at first encounter, she will assume that non-Dragons are irrational and base their judgements on superstition and tradition.

12: To whom does your character owe the most loyalty?

    The Kitsuki Daimyo

13: What are your character's most and least favorite things?

    Solving a truly difficult puzzle.

Finding out that what she thought was a puzzle was really just a cheap trick.

14: Does your character have any mannerisms?

Only by fierce concentration is he able to focus her attention and gaze on any one thing. If left to her own devices, she will take in the entirety of her surroundings, often leading to a perception that she is ignoring a speaker or exhibit.

15: How does your character deal with emotions?

Like all courtiers, she has trained never to display them. Like all investigators, she has trained never to let them cloud her judgement.

16: How would your character deal with a subordinate's improper behavior?

By finding its source and correcting it. If that source is incompetence or other personal faults, she will not hesitate to dismiss the subordinate.

17: How would your character's parents describe him or her?

Mother: "She could have been even closer to the Kami than I am, and yet she chose to devote herself to the mundane? What is wrong with that girl?"

Father: "She knows her own mind and the importance of the truth."

18: What is your character's highest ambition?

To make the other Clans accept Kitsuki's Method as superior to their antiquaited notions of justice and jurisprudence.

19: How religious is your character? How superstitious?

She is religious to the extent that it can directly influence her life. She has dreamt of her ancestor Agasha Kitsuki, and knows that he watches over her and approves. She has felt the flames of angry fire Kami on her skin. The fortunes and the higher spirits, however, she has very little time for.

20: How will your character die?

After passing on her discovery of a massive plot against the Empire.

    Father: Agasha Josuke (born Kitsuki)

Mother: Agasha Xieng Chi [a powerful Fire Shugenja]

Siblings: Sui [elder sister, an Earth Shugenja], Hatsuo [younger brother, an aspiring duellist]

    -Stuff-

Was born with an extraordinary affinity for the Fire Kami, but spurned them in favor of the mundane study of the Truth and the art of Deduction.

I suddenly think that she ought to have Gaijin Gear/Inheritance for a magnifying glass to give bonuses to Investigation rolls. She can then go "Elementary, my dear Suzuha" and describe the criminal, what he looks like, and what he had for breakfast.

"By Fukurokujin, Kachiko! How could you know that?"

"Well, we had breakfast together at the dumpling stall..."

Heheh, I had not actually thought about the Sherlock Holmes angle, but it could be amusing to explore. Not sure if there are any Japanese or other oriental versions that are similiar without being a ripoff.

Detective Conan is a contemporary kid detective who does sherlocking, and you can always say that you use Investigation in a non-detective way, like maybe you inspect peoples' tells when gambling, or you're a spy that reads what people are trying to hide from you, and so on.
