K so just posted up for CoCo and DJ.
One is a criminal the other is a celebrity. Both come to Lockewood and get trapped there by chance.

So New Devlin is where CoCo is from. Its war torn and thinkin that is has gone under a similar kinda lockdown but before they could fully close off the city the rebellion began and fought back hard, that's how CoCo got out. Thinkin that there was a heavy military presence there and that about half defected and took up arms for the people, thus the Wrecking Doll crew that CoCo and Daisie joined.
Sooooo like Daisie, Pressie and Archangel are all NPCs that i kinda want to just be in the bg. Like CoCo's big focus is on saving Daisie and I think that once she meets with DJ, CoCo will find out that DJ has the same tech inside her and putting their heads together they can revive Daisie. Like thinkin that the cyborg is suuuuuuper powerful and can be a wild card that helps get us into High-City later on. By then I'll post a sheet for her.

Also the character is somewhat done, i mean i only have the bio and personality to be properly made and not the current rough draft versions of them.
But that will involve some plotting with yall.
Also in case it will be hard to find in the cs, the bar will be named "The Burrow".
And if Pike or Yuri want the password to the black market or to the boss is "Business, like a jackal, trotted on the heels of war.".
Or you can just skip it and do "they say the password".
Now that i said what i had to say i will go to sleep and finish the cs, as much as I can before the brainstorming with yall happens.

I feel Coco and DJ are a little OP compared to the rest. I would like to tone that down a little. Such as having only 2 for physical ability enhancements, like 'Upgraded strength, endurance and flexibility' and 'Enhanced senses and response times'. As it stands, they feel kind of super human and would out pace the rest of the group easily.
For Coco specifically:
*Bio-enhance regen capabilities.
**Daisie/cyborgs
*I'm willing to work with this one, as long as there is some sort of hard limit or con to it ex: can only heal non-life threatening injuries; can heal an injury like a broken femur bone once a week/month. The max number of upgrades one can handle would be at 2 in total (The biogen and one more). This would also be a military grade implant and hard to obtain, but I can see Coco obtaining something like this easily with her history. This way she can still heal faster than the rest in a bad situation to help but can't straight out pace the rest of the group.
**I didn't have cyborgs existing in mind, however since Daisie is really weaved into Coco's story and drive, I don't see it hurting anything with her being a background character. I'm assuming the other three NPC's aren't cyborgs, but if they are, I'd like to keep Daisie as the one and only (She could be the first successful cyborg in human history).
For DJ:
The cosmetics are pretty techy as well, human augmentation has. Quite hit that level yet
Otherwise, everything else is all great and I look forward to seeing the dynamic between Coco and the other hotheads of the group and having someone famous!

having a hard time deciding what upgrades on the implant a black market dealer would need or rather how to word them.
I know he needs a scrambler, perhaps something so people cant track his implant.
Any ideas are welcome...
And for the plots...
I will need to figure out how did Phil get to know Yuriye and Pike as "friends", and how close of a friendship it is.
For Yuriye I can see it starting as a business relationship, she protects the Burrow from other gangs/mafias/syndicates/etc. and he provides her organisation with stuff and info at a lowered price, and some amount of things for free per month. This could after some time evolve into something more than business relation, but at least to the level where they are comfortable with drinking together.
For Pike it would be harder, but knowing the fact that Phil has connections with black markets in other divisions/cities, he could help accommodate Pike for his missions especially if he needs unmarked weapons or stuff he wants to not be traced to him.
Cause I do know Phil won't like the Hayashi twins, cause one is an incorruptible law enforcer and a military police officer.
Although I can see the possibility of him helping Asahina with some cases in a form of a deal, info for info and immunity from his prying eye.
I don't think he would know Endor since she is a Scientist and all, unless her experiments involved illegal things then maybe he does know her.
And sorry Bugga but for right now i have nothing for the plots for your characters.
And back to writing the backstory, before but this time including space for the plots.

Asahina's the kind of cop who really only cares who did the killing and won't mess with your business otherwise, so I think he has an understanding with most of the crooks that they tell him when they see something and he leaves them alone, so I'd expect them to get along relatively well, but also occasionally have disagreements where Phil is like 'you can't keep showing up here- having a cop hanging around is bad for business' and such.
Yukiye just got to Lockewood, so I don't think they've met yet. I would expect Phil to freak out when the group shows up with an MP in tow, but Asahina would probably be like 'chill it's cool she's my sister' xD
For Neurolink upgrades, a scrambler is definitely a must, and I would say your second upgrade should be a scanner, so he knows if police or militia are nearby, and so he can analyze the value of everyone else's upgrades (that could make one of the classic things he does when he meets someone be to list all their implants and Neurolink upgrades ;P ).

It is true that I don’t think he would know Endor as she is a law abiding citizen who does a few personal experiments. That totally aren’t frowned upon but not illegal. (I’m being sarcastic if you didn’t know) Endor usually would do her personal experiments on men and women to test their brain functions. They did though have to sign a waiver that stated if they died it isn’t her fault and she could use the body parts and organs as she pleased. *cough cough* meaning sell them *cough cough* So unless you think they could meet through that, I have a feeling it would be their first time ever meeting.
