So, in this situation, say Roland and Arryn get caught. Roland with a sword and Arryn with a belt knife. How much would you expect them to be forced to pay in that situation? Would they be asked to pay right there? Given a ticket they have to pay off within a set time frame? And if they can't pay that ticket, what would happen to them then?

I do believe a fine for weapon carry goes from 150 pounds up to the thousands depending on severity of the weapon of place your carrying it.
