“Time is money”, they say. Which holds true to VIPER’s morals, criminals worked day and night to earn their pay. And it was worth it, one could rake up cash in the millions in a day. With several missions of course, becoming a billionaire in a day would just be too easy in these world. But you probably could within a month of being a top criminal at VIPER.
Now what would you do with all this money? Many had ideas of spoiling themselves with riches, or paying off debts. Maybe to support your family, hm?
We all have our different reasons for being here, but what we all have in common is the drive to get cash fast. So that’s just what we’ll do.

VIPER’s headquarters were spread far and wide, usually hidden in undetectable bases under the earth. Though they were it least around a 100 miles close towards a major city, such as Chicago, New York, or Tokyo. Hiding a supreme hideout of the world’s most wanted fugitives under a huge city would be a horrendous idea, instead there were tunnels beneath. Incredibly vast, and relatively abandoned, they made the perfect mode of transportation since they hooked up to the empty former subway systems.
Ever since subways were left for above-ground bullet trains, they became a hot spot for some sketchy activity, and VIPER got on board as soon as they could.
Base was almost like a home to criminals, VIPER provided comfortable housing for low fees, had a variety of food options, and offered a education when one wasn’t on the front lines.
Bases were sleek, clean, and polished. Supporting the most advanced technology, very little humans worked lower jobs. Clerks, accountants, chefs, janitors, and housekeepers, were all jobs performed by top of the line trained androids. Each had their own personality and could maintain human-like expressions and conversations, though they still lacked a conscious of sorts.
Today was just like any other day you worked at VIPER, androids milling about and attending to their duties. Few criminals lingered around in the common areas, as most had left to complete missions before 5 am. Others still remained in their rooms, gearing up for the night missions of today.
But there was something slightly different about today, you were being assigned a new team. Which was rather odd, maybe they found other criminals who would be more compatible with your personality and tactics? Your appointment with your team’s new Broker was at 10:15 today, so you were in a bit of a rush to get ready, head out from your apartment-like room, down your assigned hall, across the main lounge area, and finally to the meeting areas. Here, Brokers and criminals gathered to exchange information on a mission, as well as what a client particularly wanted.
