It's the scene where Mace Wendu and the two other Jedi enter Palpatine's office and pull out their light sabers and light them up. That scene is awesome. (The romantic lines still want to make me barf, don't get me wrong.)

I'll admit I didn't have any idea what scene HTH was talking about until he mentioned it just now. That's how memorable I found episode 3.
