"Do you enjoy my... presence at all?" A.D asked Spectra in a depressed voice.

Spectra thought for a second. "Well... yeah i do. When my brother goes out on his missions, i'm all alone with two baby Ursas. It's nice to have some company for a change. It's been like this ever since my parents died by the grimm."

Elinore watched from the roof the school go bye in its daily ruiteen. Students and teachers scurried across the campus, some stopping to talk along the way. Several stopped by the statue daily. It seemed to be a big deal for those debating their lives. And why not? To become a hunter or huntress was a big step. It was a path in life that required full dedication. It was taking the lives of the innocent in your hands. Speaking of people walking by the statue, William came by it. She smiled softly. She enjoyed solitude, but not quite as much as she enjoyed the hunter to be's company. Though he had a lot on his plate currently, with AD missing, Alex being there, and the suit acting up. Not to mention she threatened to kill him the other day....


Elinore took the humane, normal way down to ground level, the stairs, to go talk to him. He probably needed a calm, sane friend right now.

William just keeps on staring at the statue for a few minutes, wondering about how secure his future career would be. Hunters were always people of legend and known to have heroic pasts in their legacies when they died. So what happens when people figure out what his 'past' was like? Would he be kicked out of Beacon or forever be blacklisted when he actually becomes a hunter himself in a few years? How did his master even get him into this famous academy anyway? With more troubling thoughts in William's mind, he starts walking away from the statue until he sees Elinore walking toward him in the distance. I wonder if she needs something from me? Not sure what to do, he just starts waving at her as she came closer to him.


A.D remains silent for the rest of the meal, not sure what to ask Spectra anymore. The A.I wasn't even sure why he even asked a question like that to a living being at all. Hell, why would he? He's an A.I and they're... alive. So why did he dread over whether or not people liked him at all? Hmm, this calls for a social experiment it seems...

"You look concerned" Elinore said to William as she walked up to him. She took a look at the statue and smiled softly. She was going to have a statue one day, after all, she was going to be the best huntress ever. "Does AD still have you worried? I'm sure he'll come around soon enough, he's probably just worried for his safety. You know, after the threats to delete the bastard and all" to be honest she missed the little guy. There wasn't one wise crack all day.

Loki sits on the bench that looks at the statue. He sips the drink he made this morning with glee. "Good morning Loki, thank you Loki." He chuckles to himself and relaxes on the bench and watches the people go about their daily lives. "It feels that the days are getting longer, i wonder why that is. Hmm i might as well go fishing today."

"Yeah, the little guy kind of haves me worried a bit. But I'm a bit more worried about the future it seems." William replied with a fake smile on his face. Sure the A.I could always be recovered, but the past can never be changed. It's something that can also bite you back when one least expects it to if they're not careful with it...


"Are you sure you want go fishing today? I mean, why not go find yourself a girl or just go prank some people right now?" A.D suddenly said on Loki's scroll, just after he made a transfer to the student's scroll from Spectra's scroll. Time for the A.I to start his social experiment it seems. "What's the big deal about fish anyway? Don't they always smell 'fishy' all the time?"

 

[Loki467]

"Firstly Will is looking for you, but it seems you'd rather start trouble. Secondly fishing is all i ever did, that and train. My family lived at the edge of a forest infested with Grimm. So i always had to get food, and protect the household. That is until my family died. But you know, having a little fun seems interesting. What did you have in mind exactly?" Loki smiles at the thought of causing a little mischief, at this little school of seriousness.

"Well yeah, everyone worries about the future" Elinore said with a smile, "I used to worry about it all the time after my family died. I always used to wonder where my next meal would come from, or if I'd live to see the next day, if I'd ever escape the hear breaking loneliness..." she said quietly, "but the future has a funny way of surprising us. " she said with a nod, but she felt like it probably wasn't the advice he was looking for, "is there anything specific you're worried about?"

"Umm no. Not anymore. Your company seems to be enough for me to calm down for now." William said silently as he started walking back to his room with Elinore. "But I do want to know who went into my room and activated those damn bombs up in the first place. Because if it was set up by... what the dust?" When he tried to open his door, it wouldn't budge at all. Not even his keys would open the door. Which means someone is in his room right now. Damn.


"Depends on how well you can use that weapon of yours human." A.D replied back, formulating lists of ideas to do at a place like Beacon. What's the point of having an A.I if it can't hack into the school's electronic hardware system and steal all of its information for their owner's own purposes? Then they might as well delete the program for being useless if it doesn't have a purpose at all. Survival of the fittest shall always be rule #1 among A.I's like A.D, even if they're not truly alive....

"A can use it better then most others use their own. When it comes to Maelstrom i am second to none. Any ideas?" Loki smirks, knowing he was going to enjoy this a whole lot.

Elinore smiled and followed along with William. When the door wouldn't open she had a sneaking suspicion. "So those bombs went off the same day Alex arrived..." she contemplated. "think there's any correlation there?" she'd bet money that he was behind all this.

"Highly probable it seems..." William said as he kicks down the door with brute force, entering his room with fists ready for anything to attack him. Which never happens it seems. "What the dust? No one is in here, but who could have barred off the doors from the inside?" He then inspects the chair that was holding the door back before William destroyed it, not paying attention to the huge figure hiding above him in the shadows of the wall.


"Why don't you try to cause a ruckus in the dining hall with some people, right before leading them into the Grimm Holding Facility in the school?" A.D said as he showed a layout of the building on Loki's scroll. "From there, you could release some of the Grimm and let them attack the students right before you come in and save the day. That or we could just have you kill some baby Nevermores and put them in the kitchen for today's soup special . Your choice."

"I am not a hero so let's go get those nevermores shall we?" Loki walks over to the Grimm Holding facility and sneaks inside too where the nevermores are held. "How many shall we take? Enough to set the more mature ones into a frenzy sounds fun." Loki goes off and kills a small number of the young avian birds, making the adults go mad. He then dashes off into the kitchen and prepares the students for a most delicious soup special.

Elinore rushed into the room after William to be support for anything he was going to attack in the room. While William inspected the door, Elinore took to looking around the room. Someone still had to be in the room because chairs didn't normally move on their own. "H-hey William," Elinore said quietly when she spotted the looming dark figure.

"KA-KAA!!!" Alex screamed as he jumped away from his hiding spot, waving his arms and tail up and down as if they were wings themselves. But instead of flying away into the sunset, the flightless tiger faunus instead lands on top of his pupil's back as he came down from the top of the door. "Hey my lovely pupil and Elinore! That was some impressive work you guys did on defeating that Deathstalker an hour ago. You guys were all like hi-yah and ka-bowee with your weapons when you beat the Grimm to death!" Alex said as he sat on top of William, who was now grunting because of how heavy his master was.


"Okay, now put at those Grimm into that huge pot over there after the chef leaves to get his ladle or something." A.D quietly said to Loki as he was hiding behind the door that lead into the kitchen. "Then add lots of salt and pepper in it to cover up the taste before you make your escape. You ready for this?"

 

[Loki467]

"More then ready. And.... now." Loki hurries over to the large pot the chef was just working in, and places the grimm inside it. "Salt... and .. and Ah pepper." He mixes them in, even adding a few other spices that would make it taste even better. He makes one finally look and then dashes out of the kitchen and out to the statue. "Dang this is fun as heck, any other plans? i was wondering what you meant about 'getting a girl' what does that entitle and even mean really.."

Elinore stared at Alex for a moment then shook her head. There was no proper response to this situation. None. "Will you get off of Will?" she asked with a sigh, "I think you're crushing him." she added with a shake of her head. This one was very childish, but it was kind of funny

"Yes, please get off me you old bas- OWW!" William asked before his master poked him in the eyes. Oh why couldn't he wear his mask during a situation like this now? Curse you A.D...


"Hey! I told you I'm sensitive about my age you little twit!" Alex exclaimed at his pupil as he help him off the ground. "But since your girlfriend here told me to get off you, I'll do as she says. So count yourself lucky fool." He then looks at the two students with a grin on his face. " Now what were you two planning on doing in a room alone, I wonder? I didn't know kids these days were so bold..."


"Oh you know, find that special someone in your life or something like that." A.D replied back to Loki as he was calculating how long it'll take for the soup to get ready for dinner. "Aren't males attracted to the opposite sex or are you into guys? I don't mind anyway since I don't have a specific gender at all."

 

[Loki467]

"Never been good with girls friend. It comes with being poor. But i am not into guys." He opens a thermos he had and drinks out of it, before coughing a bit. "Why did you want to be rid of Will anyway he seems like an okay guy, first impressions anyway." He looks at the students wondering what they thought about him talking to himself.

Elinore stared at Alex for a moment. She was completely silent before turning around and opening the window "I'm leaving now. Good bye" she sighed as she stepped up on the windowsill. "It was nice talking to you William" she sighed

"Elinore wait! Master was just joking around with you, so don't leave over such a stupid joke please!" William said as he grabbed Elinore's hand so she wouldn't leave because of Alex's immature jokes. That and since he also had another trap planted next to his window. "Isn't that right master?!"


Alex just laughs at how his pupil was reacting to the situation he was in now. He never seen William this full of energy before, even when the boy left his old job as a mercenary like him after Alex healed from his injuries last year. Seems like sending him Beacon was good idea after all. " Yes, please don't leave us Elinore. I promise I won't bite if you don't leave through that window now."


"My owner is a good person alright, but he can be quite cold at the same time though." A.D said as he looked at the student’s eyes through the scroll's camera. "But I'm just giving him a punishment for him attempting to terminate me yesterday. So don't worry about us human. But you were poor back then? How was that like living throughout your younger years?"

Elinore sighed and turned around to look at the two of them again, "I wasn't really going to jump guys" she said with a smile. "now what was this ambush all about?" she asked Alex, "are things like this normal between you two?"
