"Well you see, Willy is a bit hard-headed and doesn't usually get the situation before getting nearly killed because of it most of the time. Also yes, that armor can be quite heavy to carry when the fool is knocked out." Alex said as he took Michael's new sword away from him. "Once I had to carry him across a damn river as a bunch of soldiers were shooting at us, nearly getting me killed a few years ago." Then he smacks the hilt of the sword against William's head, making him nearly choke on the candy Elinore gave him. Then Alex goes behind the counter before checking the price of the sword/rifle.


"Okay, Michael, do you have at least 50,000 lien (RWBY currency) on you to pay for it?" Alex then looks at the new girl, noticing how cute she looked for a student from Beacon. So many cute girls coming into his store today, is it his birthday or something? "Also young lady, you have to take a airship from the air docks to get to Beacon. I can take you there if you want?" He said in a smooth voice.

After clicking a small button on the side of his mask, half of William's mask opens up, leaving only his mouth exposed. He only uses this whenever he eats or drinks something and doesn't use it much except for those reasons. As he puts Elinore's "apology" candy in his mouth, something smacked him in the head and caused him to choke on it. "HERK- HERK!" William kept saying, wondering what he hit him right before he was on the ground still struggling to breath. "Umm, Creator? Guys? You know Willy is choking right now, right?" A.D said in a worried voice while still seeing the situation was pretty funny to watch. "So anyone here want to give the guy some CPR, since I can't do it? Creator? Michael? Elinore? New girl? Anyone?"

"I'll help." Magnolia raises her hand and brings it down hard on Williams back causing him to spit out the candy which lands harmlessly on the counter. "That better?" she asks William who is on all fours, gasping for air. "Anyways, I think I can find my own way... I just need some directions."

"uh i have some credit and savings on my cards for school i guess we could check those." Michael hands him a debit card from his wallet. "my names Michael by the way. nice to make your acquaintance"

"Okay then, let's see... you only got 1,000 lien on you kid. Sorry, but you can't buy this nice weapon man." Alex said after swiping the cards, giving it back to Michael. "But I can give it to you for free if you and everyone here can do something for me. So, what do you say? Want to do a small job for me kid?"

"nothings free... shoot what do you want?"

"Well, I need you and everyone here to help collect some debt from a customer of mine." Alex said as he went under the counter, looking for something down there. "Nice and easy job. Just go in, get the money from him, then come back here for your reward." Then he looks up at the faunus girl with curious eyes, seeing that she also was carrying a weapon on her. Well she was trying to get to the academy after all... "Also, I'll pay for all of your airship tickets for the journey back, if you want to accept the job. Also a place to stay for the night, since I doubt the airships are going to travel now due to it almost being nighttime outside."

"Sounds good. Umm, I'm Magnolia by the way. Nice to meet you all."

"Smooth move," Elinore said with a smirk as she looked over at William. Sure it wasn't his fault for choking, but still. She held out a hand for William to help him get up, she couldn't have imagined what it was like growing up with this guy always making him choke on stuff. Though if she was going to get that mask off again she was going to have to come up with a maniacal scheme. "Now hey hey hey," Elinore said as Alex offered them a job, "I ain't no debt collector...but if that plan of yours includes a meal as well," she added with a sly grin, "I'll help you get that money back in record time"

"Thanks for the hand." William said as he grabbed Elinore's hand, lifting himself up from the ground. "Also Magnolia, thanks for saving me back there. I owe you one." William said to his savior before he looked at his master, worried about what this job was. Alex never ask others to do jobs for him unless there was something complicated involved in the job. That or he's being really lazy right now.


"Yeah don't worry about meals young ones, it's included in your stay here at my home." Alex said cheerfully to the students, before showing them a picture of their target. "Okay, the man's name is Junior and he hired me to fix his weapon a while back. But he didn't pay me the entire payment for fixing the damn thing and only left a I.O.U note on my counter when his goons ran away with it." Alex then gives them a serious look before continuing with the details of the job. "But I need to know if you're all going to be committed to this. This might become too dangerous if you're not careful with him. So... still want to do it?"

"ppsshh, I'm sure I can handle him." Elinore said with a confident nod as she took the picture. "So does he live somewhere or are we going on a blind hunt?" she asked as she studied the picture. This 'Junior' target, he was going to be easy pickings. But she was interested in seeing that weapon of his. The goons were the only thing concerning about this job, but goons usually ran away once they were caught on fire. Everything ran away once it was caught on fire. She liked catching things on fire.

"i will follow Elinore's lead" Michael reached across the contour and gingerly but firmly took the weapon from the shopkeeper. "i think i'll be needing this" Michael proceeded to turn to Elinore who had a creepy look on her face.

"Right then, so it's decided, we're all going to track this man down." Elinore said as she folded the paper and tucked it in the extended collar of her jacket. "Alright, Michael, Magnolia, Will, let's get going. I can teach you to use that new sword Michael. And see how you fight Magnolia, I haven't seen your weapon in action yet." she said with a smile as she began to lead the part out, "I can test how well Lunar Redemption likes the new dust too" she cooed

She put her hand on Blitzkrieg's handle. "I'll try to keep up." Even though she sounded confident, she was actually quite nervous. Not because she hadn't fought anything that wasn't a Grimm before, but because she knew nobody in this room. The girl named Elinore looked nice, just a bit scary. Michael seemed nice too. And Will. 'I guess I have no other choice if I want to get to school in one piece' she thought ad followed the group to where ever they were going.

"Okay great! Then I'll prepare the car in a few hours after I close the shop. Now, if you go to the backroom there and go up the stairs, enter the first door on the right." Alex said to the students as he pointed at the door behind him. "Wait in there and chill out, get some rest while you still can." This looks like it's going to be a exciting night it seems. It's been a while since he did a shakedown job with other people. Mostly when they're hunters and huntresses in training. How exciting...


William watches the others go up the stairs to the room Alex wanted them to go to, wondering what the purpose of the room was. "Hmm, is that the armory room, the crafting room, or the stora- wait a minute. Isn't that my room?!" William then starts running after them, pushing his master out of the way as he ran toward the stairs, but while seeing a strange smile on the old faunus's face as William pushed him. Why did he give that smile for?! What is he planning... wait another second. OH S***! William now remember that he installed a water dust bomb for anyone who wants to get in his room, actually set there as a trap for his nosy master. Which only means that he knew about the bomb and was using his friends to activate it... damn that man was sly. Hopefully no one opens the door before gets up there...

With an excited hop and a step, Elinore, leading the group, opened the door to the room. She couldn't wait to get started on this miss-why was she so cold? She looked down to find the lower left hand side of her body covered in ice....what? Elinore just stood there for a moment, trying to understand what just happened. The more she understood, the angrier she got. "That bastard," she sighed angrily, "he better treat me to a top class meal. Michael, you're opening doors from here on out."

"alright i guess, but i think you look good covered in ice." Michael didn't know where that had come from but i look as if it was worth it what could possibly go wrong.

"Oh, come on now Elinore. Don't be so cold." Magnolia giggled and went over to Elinore to help chip off the ice.

Elinore took a deep breath, "At least I'm cooler than the both of you." she mumbled as she tried to take the axe off her back. "Dammit, I can't get it down...why do I have to be the only one with fire dust?" she sighed. "Think one of you can handle it? And not burn off all my hair?"

"Guys, don't open the door! There's a... well never mind. Seems you guys already know now..." William said as he caught up with the group, only to find half of Elinore's body covered in ice. "Dammit you old bastard... well time to unfreeze Elinore it seems." William thought before going to the frozen girl and punches the ice off her in one go. Good thing he didn't use a fire dust bomb as a trap for his master or he'll probably be killed by a burning Elinore as she kills him with her axe in her final moments. Scary. "Well umm... welcome to my room I guess? Make yourself comfortable. Just don't touch my stuff, okay?"

Elinore rubbed her shoulders, shivering a bit "I think i learned my lesson when it comes to touching things" she mumbled as she walked into the room. She sat down on the foot of the bed -because leaders always got the cool seat- and huddled up to get warm again. "Dust is like magic I guess. It gives your weapon elemental powers," she told Michael quietly.

"Ah so could you teach me somethings about how to use swords and dust?" Michael spoke softly as he slowly drew his sword two handed

Magnolia sat on the ground and cradled her tail. "Yeah.. It's quite useful in some situations, but it is quite powerful. If you want some... I can lend you a bit of my lightning dust." Pulling her weapon from her back. "Since my weapon can turn into a sword, i can teach you a few things." she said giving Michael a small smile.

"Ah thanks no time like the present right" michael stood slowly eating for instruction

"Just don't use it in my room please. I don't feel like having another explosion happen in here." William said to the group as he opened his closet, looking for some extra blankets. After pulling them out of it, he puts them around Elinore to warm her up more before sitting down next to her on the bed. "But despite it being used in combat , dust is also a form of energy for most of our everyday technology today, powering things like the airships we rode on earlier. How else do you think we power our things here?" William asked Micheal, curious as to why he wouldn't know such a basic thing. "Dust is everything, whether a person likes it or not. Humanity wouldn't have developed and survived the Grimm without it, so keep that in mind if you ask that to someone again."
