Realistic or Modern Be My Valentine?

A voice came from in front of Avery, it sounded familiar. She tore her eyes from her script hoping it was someone she wanted to talk to and not someone who wanted their homework done. She let out a sigh of relief when she saw Jay. It kind of shocked her that he actually showed up. Avery gave him a smile, "Hiya. No, it's fine, important things come before anything else." She grinned to reassure him that all was well. Avery then laid her script on the lunch table and began to eat her pizza.

He laughed slightly at her comment. ''Yeah, important things come first. Why'd you think i rushed over here?'' He giggled and starting biting his apple, little bites, he liked to enjoy his food, even tough there was much more, of course.

After a while Madoxx makes his way back onto campus, avoiding teachers and other students with ease. Kicking grass as he makes his way to the luch room he spies the other girl from his chemistry group, debating on wether to ask her if she knows where Dacia is he stands still and watches her for a moment lost in his inner debate.

Freyja was looking through her lunch box trying to find her drink when she realized she must have left it at home, "Damn.." She sighed and leaned back, her long white barely touching the grass. She looked over and noticed Madoxx, one of the boys from her group. She waved awkwardly with a small smile. He was an interesting person at that.

He blinks at the movement and decides quickly, his long strides cover the ground between them swiftly and he looks down at her with somewhat tired grey eyes.

"Have you seen Dacia?" he asks softly, kneeling a bit; he had learned a while ago that people were more at ease if he hid his considerable height when speaking. He didn't want her to run away or something.

Freyja looked at him oddly for a moment when she realized he was talking about the other girl, "O-oh..no, sorry. I havent really seen anyone from the group since class ended." She looked from him to the ground wondering if she disappointing him with her answer and looked to her lunch bag grabbing her pouch of apple slices.

He shrugs and slowly takes a seat a suitable distance from her, raising his knees and resting his arms on them. He had hoped he would find her easily; he's too tired to look for the girl. He watches the clouds move before a question pops from his mouth.

"You're not to comfy making conversation are you?" he pauses, "Or maybe just talking in general."

"Yeah, what took you so long, Avery was waiting, you know," Claire said. Hopefully that made them uncomfortable because Claire was holding back a laugh.

Jay's comment made her blush and shy away a bit. She found it cute that she was more important than something else to Jay. Avery then turned to Claire, "Sure, I may have been waiting but, I had nowhere else to be." Her gaze moved from Claire to Jay, making sure they understood the comment was said to the both of them. It wasn't really a big deal that she had to wait a few minutes.

Freyja shook her head, "No..not really. This group project might be what I need though. Its hard when no one really wants to talk to you in the first place" She took bites of her apple slices and pulled her legs close to her and leaning on one arm.
(I will be on later sadly, I have some things I must do today)

(Yea but the waiting to leave suucks. Besides I enjoy being on here..not like the people I talk to are strangers, I make some friends on here)

(I envy you people and being able to leave your houses.)

Madoxx nods slowly, understanding about others not wanting to talk. He gets that reaction quite a lot, though he isn't surprised most of time he only talks enough to shake someone down or collect on a favor.

"I get that. Most people don't wanna talk to me either." he smiles a bit, "Though i can't imagine why, I have such a winning personality."

(Once lunch conversations are done, I request that we skip to after school so we can interact during project time.)

As lunch gets closer to ending Dacia tosses away her trash and heads to her locker passing through the doors and along an outdoor hallway.

Time: Lunch ending.

Ethan Yamamoto

With lunch coming to an end, Ethan signed off his messenger and shut down the computer. The club president caught eyes with him; the two boys nodded at each other as silent bidding.

His heart felt like Titanic - plummeting fast into dark waters. Surely his online friend was jesting when he said ..

Throughout the rest of school, he remained absent-minded as he pondered and mulled over transport for his groupmates. He would have to send a servant a message as well, to fetch some materials beforehand. At the eleventh hour, he took a sharp turn ("Hey, watch it, squinty!" "Pardon.") and made a call home in the office.

Someone picked it up by the fifth ring.

Fluently whispering a string of Japanese into the speaker, he was relieved - a very strong statement - that it wasn't his mother who had answered the phone. Once dealt with, he went to his locker again for books he would need for the last few hours of school.

Seeing Dacia walking from the lunch room Madoxx bids a soft but friendly goodbye to the gothic girl in his group before chasing after Dacia. Calling to her and making himself a thorn in her side for the rest of the day.

Freyja watched as Madoxx went off to find the other girl in their group, "Bye" She waved a bit and finished her apples. Lunch was almost over and she had to get to her locker. So with that she packed her stuff up and hurried off to her locker. She brushed past people and their prying eyes when she finally got to her locker with a sigh of relief.
