Realistic or Modern ~ Battle of the Sexes ~

It's summer time and they want to make it memorable before they head their separate ways and go off to college. What better way to spend your summer than to rent a lake house with your three best friends and spend your remaining days laying by the lake, or going for a swim. However, they definitely didn't expect unwelcome visitors.


Four people of the opposite sex have also rented the lake house out for the summer, and the last thing they expected was to see it's already being occupied. Unable to get along, and forced to live under the same roof for the summer a battle of the sexes breaks out. Filled with a summer full of pranks, forbidden hook ups, fights for the bathrooms, and stupid sexist jokes we'll have to see who comes out on top at the end of this all.

So we've got eight teens, four of each gender battling it out to see who can reign supreme over the lake house. The summer is filled with their bickering, pranks, and whatever else goes on. Oh well, they wanted to make this summer memorable right?

The lake house is located in the small town of Fairview. It's one of many houses scattered around Dusk lake, but there is a fair amount of distance between each house. For whatever reason the people who occupy the houses besides ours never seem to notice anything wrong or strange about what happens in the lake house. Basically there's no one to intervene or take notice in all the pranks and fighting that goes on. Fairview is a small tourist town and has your basic needs.

The Town of Fairview

Fairview is a small lake side tourist town. It has all of your basic needs and then some. There's a grocery store, a gas station, a laundry mat and just about whatever else you may need.

Dusk Lake

The lake is one of many around the area. It's a smaller lake, but none the less it's still a gorgeous and can fit anyones needs. It's possible to take boats and jet skies out on the water. To add to the fun just so long as you have a flag tubing, and knee boarding are also allowed. Just be safe, and use your head to think things through.

The Lake House

One of many along Dusk Lake. It's the last one, and is given the number twelve. Around the house entierly surrounded is woods. There's a barbeque on the back porch perfect for grilling out, and a small fire pit laid into the concrete out back ideal for making smores. A dock is located on the left side of the lakehouse area and a small tool shed for storing things is another hundred feet away from that.

Lake House Interior

The lake house consists of two floors. On the main floor is where your living space will be. Here the dinning room, kitchen, the fist full bath, and an entertainment room are. The second floor has all five of the bedrooms that the house holds along with the other full bath at the end of the hallway.
