It could make way for a combat situation, and in terms of plot, it could provide an immediate reason for leaving the city.

Well, I don't know about a way to leave the city, but I feel like there's about to be quite the squabble right now...

It is. Doesn't mean scourge won't attack. Technically the RP has started, but I wont officially close the application until after we start the first blessing. It would be too hard story-wise to have new characters get it
