Fantasy Battle For Tera

Eliana gives Acelynn a small, sad smile as she shakes her head, "Please, you really don't have to apologize... It's not that big a deal." She gives Annon a pointed look before continuing, "My Dad was a great General... Loved by everyone he ever met, but... He just wasn't one to win "Father of the Year."" She shrugs, pushing down her true emotions to put on a convincing smile as she looks down at the mostly empty case, "So... Good day?"

Aceynn strikes a rather sexy pose. "Thanks to mwuah! So that means Annon here as to let me feed him!" She said then reached over and ruffled his hair, a big smile on her face. "You're more than welcome to come with us Eliana, I have questions for you always." She said then retracted her hand from Annon's hair.

Annon scrunches up his nose and shakes his head, "I never agreed to that..." Eliana giggles softly and reaches over, ruffling Annon's hair as well, causing him to sigh before she turns to Acelynn and nods, "That'd be great, actually."

Acelynn undoes her pose and nods. "Then its decided. We are taking you out to eat Annon and you have no choice in the matter!" She said happily then looped her arm with his on the right side. "So where shall we go?" She asked, not remembering any of the good places to eat here.

Eliana walks over and loops her arm with Annon's left. He lets out a defeated sigh before giving Eliana a curious look, knowing she knew all the best places around here. "We can try the Dusty Lantern... Though, fair warning... Often times at this time of day there's lots of drunk old guys, so you may wanna get something to, uh.." She clears her throat, nodding her head toward Acelynn's exposed chest, "Cover up..?"

Acelynn bites her bottom lip, the only thing she had to cover up with was her an old blanket that she carried with her from her palace days and her old robes, which back in the day didn't fit her, but now they would perfectly, both of them she wouldn't dare put on in Baelfire. "I don't have anything..sorry." She said then sighed. "Oh well I guess. I'm pretty strong. I can fight em off!" She said with a cunning smirk.

Eliana chuckles softly before shaking her head and reaching into her shoulder pack, pulling out an old jacket that her father used to use. She holds it out to Acelynn, "Sorry it's pretty old, but.. I've been sure to wash it and everything. It'll work to cover you up." She smiles faintly, cocking her head to the side as she waits for the girl to take her offer.

Acelynn instantly knows the jacket, but makes sure she has to reaction to it other than a smile and a polite, "Thank you." Then she slipped it on and zipped it up, lots of memories flooding her head about this jacket but she pushed them down. "Alright, lead the way!" She said enthusiastically.

Eliana smiles happily and nods, then starts dragging them off to the Dusty Lantern. Once they arrive, she pulls them in and goes to a small table set up for four, pulling out three of the seats and kicking the fourth away, "So, what you two in the mood for?"

Acelynn shrugs. "I have no idea what they have here." She said, which was true, to her this place was new. She sat in a chair across from Eliana, a small smile forming on her face as she liked the way this girl did things.

Eliana leans her head back and snaps her fingers to the man behind the bar, "Albatro! Menu?" The heavily muscled and exceptionally haired man gives the young girl a rotten-toothed smile before nodding, "Sure thing, El!" He then picks up an old, crumpled up piece of paper and tosses it to her. She easily catches it, unfolds it, then hands it over to Acelynn, "Sorry it's pretty faded, most everyone around here is a regular."

Annon rolls his eyes with a smirk, "No, you just like letting off steam and getting in the occasional bar fight." He teases to his friend.

Acelynn laughs. "Hey don't judge. bar brawls are the best." She said with a smirk as she looked down at the menu, not sure what she wants. "What do you two normally get?" She asked them both with an eyebrow raise.

Eliana smirks, "That's right." She says in reply to Acelynn backing up her philosophy on bar brawls. Then she grins when she asks her preference. However, as she's about to open her mouth to speak, Annon beats her to it, "Oh, Gaia.. Don't get her started!" Eliana reaches over and smacks him upside the head, "Chill, dude." She says with a slight pout before turning back to Ace. "Well... I usually get the beer grilled chicken-sounds weird but it's amazing, trust me. Then I get the country fries, some corn on the cob, and some vodka to drink~" She finish off, crossing her arms over her chest while nodding, a victorious look upon her face as though it's the best meal anyone could ever imagine.

Annon sighs, "And I just get the veggie soup with some coke..." He gives Eliana a pointed look, "She likes getting drunk to forget her feelings~"

Acelynn laughs at them both. "Oh Gaia. You two could be mistake for siblings ya know? But hey, Eliana's meal sounds amazing so I'll just have that." She said with another laugh, then remembered her had rather serious questions for Eliana. "All joking aside though, I was serious when I said I had things to ask you." She said, her tone meaning she was serious and her face was now a 'get down to business' one.

Eliana chuckles lightly and nods at Acelynn's words of them being mistaken, "Yeah, we get that alot... He is like my big brother, at least that's how I've always treated him." Annon smiles but playfully rolls his eyes. However, both their expressions change whenever Acelynn becomes serious. Annon gets up to go and order their food and give them time to talk, while Eliana gets a more formal expression and sits up straight, nodding. "Of course, as what you will."

Acelynn nods. "Being the traveler I am, I hear a lot on the roads. For example, a missing princess, what do you know of that?" She asked, her tone cool and calm, as inwardly she wished to know what they knew about her and her whereabouts in Tera.

Eliana furrows her brows and lowers her head a bit, this topic obviously hitting something sad within the girl. "Well... We have no idea where she is... One day, several years ago, our princess just up and vanished. My father was in charge of the squads going out to find her, to bring her kidnappers to justice. You see, he loved that girl... Since he was General, he was the only one apart from the royal family allowed to be near the Princess, and he would always tell me how they'd just bonded... Honestly, it hit him worse than anyone else in the kingdom when her parents declared her to be dead a few years ago. It's just... It's been so long, and the last thing we found of her was a piece of cloth from the dress she'd last been seen wearing, though.. It was covered in blood..." Tears have now come to her eyes as she stares at the table. However, her clouded eyes show she's looking through it, replaying the past in her mind as if watching it all over again. "Everyone was miserable... See, we all knew how wise the Princess was, how she would be the saving grace for us all... Yet, we're unable to so much as protect her." She blinks several times, then glances up at Acelynn, giving her a sad smile, "That's actually why I started training for the military... In part it was to find the princess and make my father proud of me for once, but... The larger part of it, was simply because we all need her... I remember once, when I was quite young, I snuck into the palace inside my father's bag... How he didn't feel my weight I'll never know, but... I saw the Princess. She was so beautiful... She spoke so elegantly, yet there was still a child-like wonder about her, her tones and expressions... She deserves to be Queen when the time comes, as just from that mere, split-second memory, I saw how strong the Princess was, and I'm sure still is... Despite the official ruling, I know that she's still alive. She's too tough not to be. And that's why I'm so determined to find her, to bring her home. It's not to imprison her back into the rules and regulations she had been accustomed to as a child, but to allow her to take her rightful place upon the throne and do as she sees fit with our country... As, honestly, we'll all be dead soon enough if we don't get a proper ruler..."

Though the whole story Acelynn had a face of atone, this girl had just answered as her questions at once. They think I'm dead..but yet some still search for me..and none of them know he true fate that I must face alone. She thought to herself. "Thank you." She said softly. "Has there been any news on who might have taken her? Or is that still unknown?" She asked, knowing that no one had taken her, she ran away of her own accord.

Eliana shakes her head, "No one knows... My father actually had the suspicion that she'd perhaps left of her own accord, but... Honestly, I'm a bit too afraid to even humor that idea."

"Because... So many people loved her, why would she leave?" Eliana's voice showed a bit of an underlying sadness as well as somewhat misplaced understanding.

Acelynn nods. "Let me ask you this, did you ever wonder what her personal life was like? The she one held when no one was around. Acelynn's tone was normal, but inside she could still remember what happened inside the palace walls when no one was around.

Eliana nods, "Of course I've wondered... But, I could never imagine. I'm sure it was hard on her, honestly... But couldn't she talk to anyone?"

Acelynn shrugs. "Who's to know." She said blatantly as her stomach growled slightly as she smelled food. "Oh Gaia that smells wonderful." She said with a small smile.

Eliana chuckles lightly and nods, "Doesn't it?" She smiles as Annon walks over with two loaded plates, a large bowl, and three glasses. Two clear, and one filled with a brown liquid. He puts the tray down and gives everyone their food before taking the tray back to the barkeep. "Dig in~"
