Aoki's fight with Helmet was slowly beginning to make her feel exhausted. But, with her newfound tactic, she saw Helmet's attacks begin to slow down as he lost more of his bright green blood. She prepared another ball of energy, about to hurl it towards the giant brute, right before someone walked in between her and her shot. Both Helmet and Aoki took a moment to stare as Musa crossed between them, right before she cast the flaming white ball towards Helmet. The brute went down like a tree, a heavy thud resonated around the restaurant.
"Yes!" Aoki raised her arms in victory, instantly regretting the action as a searing pain burned in her shoulder. She groaned, stretching out the sore limb. There was no time for breaks, she needed to see if she could find a way to stop Jesus before he resurrected the downed fighters.
When Akashiro's harsh voice yelled at them to work together, Aoki almost wanted to object to that idea. It was easier said than done. Judging by how her original plan of taking down Jesus first was ignored, she found it more beneficial to take everything into her own hands and solo the fight. She quickly took a glance around the scene inside the restaurant. Fedora was kept occupied by two people, who she assumed were customers who were...dancing? She wasn't too sure what their plan was. There were some other newcomers of their makeshift team tending to their wounded. Aoki decided to focus on her original plan; finding where the resurrection freak went and taking him down before he was able to restart the fight yet again.
She was just about to make an attempt to leave the building and search for her target, only to get distracted by Lu's frantic screaming. She knew the man was eccentric, but attempting to piggyback ride your opponent to death was strange, even for him. Despite her better judgment, Aoki settled on quickly helping him and Taiga as she suppressing her ki into her hands and she charged towards Tensai. She swung her arm causing her fist to leave an impact in Tensai's gut while his guard was down. He sunk to the floor on his knees, groaning in pain before she landed the final blow onto his jawline. Tensai blacked out, giving Aoki the chance to relax her energy for a moment.
"I think I may have gone a bit overboard," Aoki muttered, tapping her foot on Tensai's head. She directed her attention to Lu, her eyes quickly glancing him over for injuries. "You okay? Didn't seem like he dealt much damage to you." Making the assumption that Lu seemed alright to her, she decided to share the details of her little scheme. "I don't know about you, but I'm not too fond of having to fight these guys again. I don't have that much left in me to keep fighting like this. If we're going to win, we need to target that healer of theirs, but I'll need someone to help me." Asking for aid in fights was out of character for Aoki, but even she had to admit that this was more than a petty bar fight and she could use all the help she could get.
