my problem is that I don't know what other role my baddie could fill. We already seem to have the inside spy, the uh insane sidekick? I dunno what to do.

The loyalist right hand to Clarion? (Idk) Just throwing out ideas. Or his left hand and opposite of his right? Meaning just a different style and purpose to clarion then his right would have responsibility wise.

your baddie can have any role, dearie, there's no positions set in stone

literally I only made Morticia take the unbroken vow bc she won't betray Clarion.
and then there's followers of the dark alliance bc of their ideals and set ideas of pureblood supremacy but still want their freedom and all.
it's whatever you desire to do, no position is set in stone aside from being one of the Chosen (like Deatheaters) or just a follower and believer in the DW.

X is just plain twisted and likes to destroy and create chaos. If he has a role it would probably be Clarions enforcer xd or something like that. But since he's a Pureblood elitist and a monster he'll be a rather loyal follower to Clarion.

Well I was thinking either a guy that was unbearably, mind numbingly handsome that was very seductive and basically seduced answers out of women (and men, he isn't picky) and if his charms and unbelievably handsome face didn't work, he has his cologne infused with love potion. And that's basically what he does for the New Hope, he gathers information in his own special way, and reports back.
Orrrr, He was going to be a mere supporter of the cause that is only supporting the NEw Hope's cause to protect his family. He would be the father of one of Joey's friends, from Hogwarts. His family are purebloods, so they're relatively safe, but he felt pressured around him to support the cause and eventually gave in. He will be harboring Joey's mother under the guise that she is a squib, and she is working as a maid in their rich household.

Both those ideas are great! Whichever you choose is completely valid
try to think of them as people with motivations rather than villains and it's a lot easier to think of something
