Fandom Avengers: The New Generation

Kal reluctantly entered Fiona's room, his head pounded like a jack hammer and the last thing he needed was Fiona barking at him about how stupid and annoying he was. "Red?" he asked sliding the door open. His sunglasses really did help wash away the hangover, perks of being a mutant I guess, he thought to himself.

"Guess that also runs in the family. I can cry at the end of a comedy." Lilian deadpanned, wiping fake tears out of the corner of her eyes. For some reason the happy ending of happy movies made her feel all warm and fluffy, for some unknown reason. "M.I.S.F.I.T.S. would probably be some related to magic or something. R.E.B.E.L.S., I really have no clue."

Fiona turned to him. "Good, you're here. Sit." She directed, pointing at the couch as she got up to pour another cup of coffee for him. As she slid by the coffee table, she picked up another USB that she had drained and passed it to Jarvis.

"Thanks." he said, as he sat down on the couch and wrapping his hands around the beverage she had poured for him. "Hey Red, I noticed that you have a lot on your hands, and this avengers thing is getting on both of our nerves. So what do you say we appoint someone as leader? Someone capable of standing these...these...amateurs." Kal didn't mean to call them in such a harsh way, but like Fiona, he's had enough. "I mean, come on, let's face it. You and I, we're more experienced than they'll ever be, sure, some of them are stronger in power by comparison to ours, but they're wasting potential." he spun his coffee, grabbing hold of it's handles. "Untapped potential, if you will." He took a swig of the coffee, and it managed to calm his nerves down a bit more. "I've dealt with the X-Men for quite sometime, and I know how it is to bring out a person's full potential." he paused for a moment and glared at her. Fiona seemed, busy, stressed. Kal took a deep breath and gave off a big sigh before standing up beside her. "Be honest with me, and no more lies..." he looked at her, locking his gaze with hers. Throughout the conversation Kal managed to keep a stern expression lashed on his face. "Is there anything that's bothering you?"

Shawn pounded down the street in human form, going to his base. He went to the warehouse, and went under. He landed in his chair and slid to the computer. "Let's see, J.A.R.V.I.S, complex firewalls, multiple codecs, and the hardest password. I'll try," he muttered. He then cracked his knuckles and got to work.

I am a dolphin.

He nodded in agreement with his cousin. "Yeah, you're probably right. But I don't know, those names kinda imply that we're bad guys." He said, thinking about it. "Wait, are we gonna be bad guys, or good guys? I hope we get to be like Deadpool, with his devil-may-cry attitude and his pure awesomeness. Oh man, that guy was a legend. Yeah, maybe we should be like him, neither good nor bad, just doing things for his own intentions." He suggested.

Rosa nodded "and money. Don't forget about the money I don't risk my life or end others without being well paid." She smiled at the prospect of her bank account growing exponentially form joining this group. Her hand turned red and the ring she absorbed appeared on her finger once more. She raises her hand up and looked at it. "Doing what you want does have its perks. I will most definitely keep doing what I want, good guy or not."

Fiona nodded to the part about appointing a leader but got a bit stiff when he mentioned being stressed. "If you are forcing my honesty, yes there is something bothering me." She said, sitting down and looking at her files, seeing someone try to hack in. She quickly set down her coffee and began to break down there attempts at entry.

"And do you mind telling me, Fraulein?" he asked, sitting down beside her with coffee in his hand, watching her attend to the hacker in the system. Kal no longer stepped in, computers and technology were Fiona's bread and butter, he knew that.

Fiona sighed, her fingers working like lightning on her keyboard. "Not a pretty story Kal and I am not sure I want others to know." She said. "However, I do trust you, mostly." She said, her eyes never leaving the screen.

He caught her gaze and locked on to it, his sunglasses may have dimmed his vision a bit, but he saw that there was sincerity in her eyes. "Don't worry, my mouth's shut." he replied, sipping the last of his caffeine drink, washing away the hangover completely.

Fiona sighed, growling at the computer. "Dang hackers." She said, narrowing her eyes. She bought herself some time, pressing the enter key and turning to face him. "Well, you know of my powers right?"

He fiddled with the empty cup in his hands, "You want me to blast him?" he very lightly joked. "Yeah, I do." he nodded his head, "You're a screamer." he curled his lips. His eyes gazed upon the window, "What about them?"

Fiona sighed. "Well there not exactly, natural." She said, fiddling with her fingers. She stretched out her arms, hearing the dull click of a joint going into place resonating inside her head. She pulled up her sleeve on her left arm, preparing for what was to come. She tapped the right corner of her arm and a screen lit up, showing all sorts of vitals.

He fumbled back in his seat, grabbing his sunglasses, prepared at any moment to drop them. "Where's Fiona?!" he yelled at the machine-woman. "If you are Fiona then prove it!"

Fiona sighed, pain filling her eyes. "I still and Fiona Kal." She said, tapping the screen again, the image disappearing. "Just, not in all of my original body." She said, looking at him.

He noticed her distress and dropped his hands, keeping his sunglasses intact. "Sorry Red." he whispered, "So, tell me. What happened to you?" he plopped himself back on the chair.

Joey landed on the Helicarrier's deck, returning to his normal form and his wings fading away. As he was about to exit the elevator to report to the director on his field mission, he was stopped by agent ward. "The director is not here, he had me bring you this, the fine details are above your security clearance, but this should fill you in on what you need to know." Taking the folder that Ward offered him, he went to his room on the Helicarrier. There was two pages. One told him where he needed to go, the other told him he was to be part of the avengers two and he would meet his teammates when he arrived at stark tower. "Sweet, sounds like fun" Joey said as he got ready to go. When he had his few belongings in a bag, he headed to the airstrip. Changing to his ice form, he formed his wings and headed to New York. Out over the Atlantic Ocean, he allowed himself to unwind, flying high in the air and plummeting, just to level out above the ocean, freezing the water as his fingers skimmed across it. "I wonder what the hell, fury is planning with this whole Avengers II thing. If I know anything about the man, he's organized a group of people who are very little like me." Joey started thinking out loud as stark tower came into view. Joey smiled, an idea coming into his head. "Let's have a little entrance, shall we?" Flying high, Joey started a dive, straight towards a balcony on the fourth floor, where he knew the host of their new team would be, hoping to learn a bit more about the situation. Coming up with a better idea, he switched into being able to pass. (the term he uses for passing through objects) I wonder if Jarvis is going to see me before I've scared some people. He thought as he neared the tower at quite a high speed.

(I hope this works for bringing Joey into the story)

Kristoph flew back to where he was one the roof. He put his weapons down and sat down. He could feel a storm coming in the distance. He smiled softly. "Perfect." He said to himself. He frowned as he heard arguing. "Humans." He said to himself, but in a very annoyed tone. But he relaxed once again when the arguig died down. He heard the rumbling of thunder in the distance. "Father? Why do you mock me?" He asked the clouds going above the city. He looked at his weapons. The warhammer glowing a dark blue, with lightning bolts flowing through it. His greatsword glowing a dark red. He sighed. As he relaxed.

Fiona sighed, meshing her fingers together. "Not sure I want to relive it again." She said, leaning her head against his shoulder lightly. She was a mess of mangled human parts, tattoo's and machinery. She wasn't even human.

Shawn got through all the codes and firewalls, now on to the passwords. "Let's see, Stark, check," he did it with ease, and soon was on the last password, the hardest one. He tried all passwords he could think of but one, and he better not mess it up. It was his last chance.

Fiona looked at the screen again, almost dropping her coffee. "Bastard." She muttered, sealing all the systems off and blocking him from accessing her files, and every other piece of work in her house. She sent a message over to him. "Try harder hot shot."

Shawn finally hacked in all the way. Don't want the files, just want everyone to see my face, he sent her, laughing. He had coffee next to him and drank it, waiting.

"That'll be epic." Lilian agreed enthusatically, nodding her head vigorously, making her hair bounce up and down. "We could be like a personal group of 'do whatever we want'. And sorry Rosa, the only way you'll probably get paid inside this group is with a good laugh. I'm not the strongest monetary support, as scientists don't get the best pay."
