Assuming your post was directed at mine. Connor was the only one on the bench, and that girl you'd be tailing was literally just a random civilian child I used for writing the post. Not an actual character. :3

Typically you'd tag anyone who your character is speaking to, or in the general vicinity and would hear the conversation kind of a thing. That's the best way I can describe it.
