Okay so I had this great and original idea for a character...
...I make hero that can kill things in one punch


Here's a sketch of him:

Well here's the thing.... Augustus straight up replicated Thanos's durability, strength, stamina and the power of cosmic when he helped beat him up


Then he replicated Blackheart's Darkforce control + manipulation, Telekinesis, and physical shifting power after defeating him with Darkheart


So it's kinda like pokemon, if you allow him to set up properly... he will wreck you unless you can find a direct counter. He still has his flaws (If you find that counter his entire fighting style will change to try and counter that, which can open up even more weaknesses, or attack his new friends/Sister which are the only people precious to him)


With Cade.... no idea how he got that strong to be honest ( :x ).

Alright, whereas Cade is strong for the sake of being strong (Oh wait I forgot, we have to 'test our limits' with him, sorry) I think throughout Augustus's appearance as a character, it was made more clear that he intends to use the power he has for good, but being that he's a child of Doom, his own pride and ego get in the way.


Augustus keeps on getting stronger hoping it will wash away all of his weakness so he can be a better person to help save the world, without realizing that the same strength that makes him better, also emphasizes his flaws

But, many people could defeat deadpool. Carnage almost killed him, if it wasn't for the symbiotes he would have died in Deadpool vs. Carnage #3.


Also, Thor can in one blast turn Deadpool to ash, without trying because as daredevil put it, "he's a regeneration guy" Deadpool Annual #1





Another death could be that the Hulk is strong enough to completely eridacate deadpool into bloody chunks with a single punch (Deadpool #39), if someone contains him in a stasis field or constantly burns it on the inside like he did to wolverine and sabertooth in Deadpool kills the Marvel universe, Deadpool would be defeated.


Next, Apocolypse can one hit killed Deadpool by ripping off his head by changing what he is made up, in this case, turning him to Bronze. Avengers and X-Men: AXIS #7


Side note - Augustus/Thanos can do that but instead of Bronze, Stone.

The Avengers if they teamed up or just Laxus alone can kick Augustus's ass xD . Its more a matter of keeping him down then wailing on him. Plus, he still has some justice like Loki said. If you make him feel like he is doing wrong he might just stand down.

....OKAY! That's unfair Newtype. Even Augustus can be killed or fall. The only reason Deadpool could kill the marvel universe is because he is practically immortal because of his healing factor, he went to the inspiration of the heroes to kill them before they were born, he used other people's powers (the guy who can make voodoo puppets that control people?), he used Swamp thing, and it was a book about Deadpool. Deadpool can't lose if it's a book about him, like if it's the Avengers they won't lose in the long run. It was a cool idea...


Also, I would have not minded your power if you were the child of... Iron fist. He can use chi and all of that... but Deadpool is just a enhanced human with a healing factor who is INSANE! Deadpool is my favorite Marvel anti-hero, and I just feel that if you are the son of Deadpool you should have healing and at most some super abilities like, he used the teleporter so much he can now teleport himself, or maybe since he has the healing factor of wolverine, he can use his bones for attacks!


But just like Laxus, your picking a broad power that unless you go into each and every category it can be abused. With Laxus, it made sense... pure weather manipulation! It's as if Thor and Storm were fused... but it made sense. If you follow that page, you can generate life force, create any element you want (Mystical Martial Arts), grow stronger while fighting (Combat Empowerment), make attacks like the Kamehameha or Rising Daemon (Special Attacks), become the Taskmaster (Adoptive muscle Memory), and finally manipulate and augment your Chi like Iron Fist.


Deadpool doesn't have one of those powers!

I feel like I live in a world made of cardboard, always taking constant care not to break something, to break someone. Never allowing myself to lose control even for a moment, or someone could die. But you can take it, can't you, big man? What we have here is a rare opportunity for me to cut loose and show you just how powerful I really am."
