"She's my cousin" Victoria says and sighs "If it wasn't for my aunt, she would be becoming queen".

Armin blinked a little and nodded slowly. Erza walked into the library and looked around, she saw Victoria and walked over to her " there you are... haven't seen you around... so I got worried ..."

"I fell asleep in the library" Victoria says and she stretches "Armin woke me up" she adds and gets up to put the book back. She walks to the shelf and reaches up to put the book back, but she moves back to grab the chair she was sitting on seeing she's too short.

" why don't I put the book up for you?" Armin said as he walked over Victoria. Erza then asked" what book wereport you reading?"

"A book on mythical creatures, only one in the library" Victoria says and she sighs "Not that there are any vampires around though" she mumbles and glances at Armin "If you want to".

Armin took her book and put it up for her "why would you be looking at a book on that?" Armin asked. Erza just nodded.

"Just interested, it's something else then Titans" Victoria says and she smiles slightly. Luana walks in, completely ignoring the group, but she pushes Victoria out of the way "Watch where you're going!" the short girl says and Luana turns around looking the girl up and down "Sorry, princess" she says and walks on.

Erza raised and eyebrow " that was completely unnecessary" she said Luana with a glare " you don't treat people in the branch like that" she added. Armin helped Victoria up " are you ok?" He asked her.

"Yeah" Victoria says and she glances at the woman "Though I think she isn't going to be nice to anyone, unless Erwin asks it". Luana glances at Victoria before grabbing a book "I won't let my daughter die, I'll protect that girl in her place".

Erza and Armin stared at her "...speaking of moms... mine air delivered some tea... want some?" Erza asked Victoria.

"No thanks" Victoria says and she adds "I wanna read some more", she wanted to figure out what more the higher ups could be hiding.

Erza nodded " alright" she said to Victoria and started walking back to Erwin's office " see ya later then" she said to her.

Victoria looks at Armin and asks "So... are you staying here or not?" she asks and fiddles with the sleeve of her jacket.

Armin blinked " ah... I am staying" he said with a nervous laugh "... I am go be there..." he said and walked of to the old archive section.

Victoria blinks at his nervousness and asks "You okay? You seem more nervous then normal", she looks at him slightly worried while grabbing a book.

" hm..? Y-yeah... I am fine.. don't worry about me" he said to her with a smile.

Erza was back at the office working. Esther was looking through her bag, she then came out with a letter in it. Erza blinked a little and looked at it, she opened and read it as she sipped her tea. She blinked at what was on it and coughed a little. '....when did this happen?...' she thought as she looked around in the letter '.... yesterday...'

Victoria walks over to him and crosses her arms "I don't believe you" she plainly says.


Erwin looks at Erza asking "What's wrong? And did you talk to Victoria about her parents?", he had taken half the stack of paperwork that was on Erza's desk.

Armin sweatdropped " i am fine Victoria... and it's nothing... just thinking..." he said to her.

"Well...my mom got a haircut... and she is engaged..." she said to Erwin with a small smile "and no I haven't talked to her about them..."

"Fine, you're just acting a bit weird" she says and sits down nearby, her now short brown hair held out of her eyes with hairclips.


 
Erwin looks at Erza "That's very sudden don't you agree?" he asks and adds "But you should go see her".

Armin sighed a little and went off to the archives to look at some old strategy books.

Erza nodded a little " yeah... but i am glad she found someone..." she leaned back on her chair " wonder what's his name..." she hummed and looked at Erwin " and do you mean my mom? Or go talk to Victoria about her parents?"

Victoria opens the book and starts reading, trying to rjub away her tiredness.


Erwin sighs "Both" he says and adds "But first, go pick a squad".

Erza sighed " I don't know who to pick... so far I have Mikasa in mind..." she sighed a little.

Rosseta was humming happily and was wondering what Erza's reaction was to the letter. She looked at the ring and smiled happily. She hasn't been this happy in so long. She was sitting on the couch reading a book and sipping tea. She heard someone knock at the door and wenter over to open it.

Victoria looks outside and closes the book before putting it back "I'm taking a walk" she says and leaves.


Erwin smiles "Go see your mother afterwards".

Erza looked at Erwin " but... " she wasn't really sure who else to put in her squad, she only pick Mikasa because they spend a lot of time together and will understand each other's thinking, but she wasn't sure about the others 'maybe Christa and Armin...that Sakura person also seem like a good person ... if she joins...' she hummed lost in thought. She wanted one more.

It was a man with blonde hair and emerald green eyes, it's was Vincent her soon to be husband. Rosseta smiled " hey... sorry.. just wanted to drop by and see how your doing" Rosseta giggled " your worried about Erza..." she said. Vincent blinked a little " can't get passed you can I?" He said with a smile. Rosseta pulled him in " come on I'll make some more tea" she said. Vincent vistied her often when Erza wasn't around, so Erza never knew about him until today.
