Ritzia looked at him " what about your brother...?" She asked him. " not your fault either... you did your best. But you must have spoiled him a little too much" Ritzia frowned and looked at the ground and Lwvi sweatdropped, " hey, don't look sad... he didn't appreciate you..."

Richard nods and he sighs "Wonder how Luna is doing though" he says and looks at the sky "Her werewolf side should be showing, wonder how that will affect her relationship with Levi, since I don't know how well she can control it" he says, he was worried, if Luna couldn't control her werewolf side then it would be trouble.

Ken nodded and kept his head down. "If someone brushes against you check your pockets right away something will be missing. Do no look anyone in the eyes and don't bump into anyone either." He said telling her basic rules. "And for you, especially. Don't stop walking or go anywhere alone. " He said as he glanced at her before looking in front of him again keeping his brisk pace.


After a 15 minute walk Ken took a sharp turn down an alley way before he came to a stop. He stopped in front of a very old and rickety house. The door had small holes in it making it impossible to keep heat inside, frost was on the windows and ice was in front of the door. Sighing and walking up he knocked on the door. "Kibto buddy? You here?" He asked as he knocked on it once again. He heard movement inside but no answer...instead he heard something muffled. "Kibto?" He asked once more as he tried to open the door only to find the chain and deadbolt blocking him. "Draw your weapon." He muttered. Before backing up and raising his foot with a hard kick he made the door fall down with a loud crash as the rusty hinges couldn't hold it. He didn't even after enter before his eyes widened in horror before they were filled with hatred.


In the room was boy no older than fifteen maybe fourteen laying on the ground sniffing, a gag in his mouth his hands behind his back and his shirt missing. Around him were five men, one who seemed to be working at Kibto's pants buckle while another seemed to be getting undressed himself, while antoehr was looting the house, the last two were sitting around and drinking as they laughed a bit. However when they all saw Ken they froze while the boy seemed to look relieved.


Ken didn't act at first as he looked at the men. He then placed his hands on his gear and effortlessly slipped it off before he placed his hands in his pocket and casually walking up to the main man. "What were you about to do here?" He asked in a dark and threatening voice despite how calm he looked. The man that seemed to be the leader of the group just smirked before he grabbed Ken's hair and started to pull him up. "Not that's it your business... But I was about to make that bitch Heheh... My bitch." He growled. "Guess I have to do it after I fuck you up." With that he brought his hand back and sent it to Ken's face to deliver a punch. "I thought so... Now you can die." With that Ken grabbed the man's hand before it hit his face and in a second drew a switch blade which he used to send a single swipe at both the man's eye blinding him permanently and forcing him to drop him as the guy howled in pain. He looked back at Luna for a moment as he got ready to fight. "If you don't want to see any more death, take Kibto and get him out of here... Give him the defrosting poition." He said before he dodged out of the way when another man charged at him trying to hit him with a shiv.

" what about you?..." Ritzia asked. Levi sighed " I appreciate you..." he said quietly. Ritzia smiled a little, " and it makes you any happier... I was a hyper child when I was little. Always use to go outside and play, climb things and stuff..." Ritzia smile again "yay, one of you got my personality" she giggled. "... can I get a hug?" Levi sighed "Sure..." Ritzia hugged hum happily. Levi ended up smiling a little.


Erza watched the two and smiled a little before looking at Richard. " I am sure Levi can handle it. And you will pitch in to help her too... so I am sure things will work out" she said to him.

Luna sighs "You take him out of here, I'll be done in a moment" she says cracking her knuckles as she walks over, a good time to test her new strength "And I can take care of myself" she says and punches the one closest to her, she smirks seeing him knock out already and she kicks another one against his leg causing him to fall and she hits him with her knee, she the glances at the others "Besides Ken, I doubt he would trust me, a stranger" she says and takes out her hand gun shooting the one that's trying to escape "More are coming to back these guys up" she says knowing Alice would most likely kill Ken if she found out he's fighting "Now go while I clean up here" she says.


Richard nods "But I don't know how ger werewolf side is taking over, if it's her strength first we don't have to worry" he says and jumps down "Okay that's setlle" he says and stops "Strange, I can't pick up Luna's scent anymore" he mumbles.

Levi raised an eyebrow and Ritzia let go of him and stood up with Levi. " I can use a tracking spell to find her" she said to Richard. Erza got down safe and walked over to them.

Ken sighed as he looked at Luna. "Oi This is my fight since these men are on my turf." He said with a sigh. "There's a reason I asked you to go with him. And he would trust you since I have enough faith in you to watch him." Ken said with a sigh as he took out one of his many switchblades throwing it hitting a man in the back of the head that was trying to bash in Luna's head. Walking over he pulled out the knife and rolled his neck. "Kibto, hang tight buddy...and keep your eyes closed. I promise everything will be okay." He said with a smile as he walked out of the house where six men were.


He stood there and looked at them as he flipped his bloody switch blade in and out. "I made it clear before didn't I? This is my turf, and stepping here is signing your death warrant. You hurt Kibto~ So I'm going to hurt you." He said as he walked to them. One man ran at him and Ken just smiled as he grabbed this guy by the collar of his shirt and flipped him before stomping on his face knocking him out. He then raised his switchblade deflecting an guy that came at him with a shiv and kicked him hard in the face making him go off the ground for a moment before falling hard on his head. Ducking he dodged another attack and stabbed the man in the gut before pushing him into his friend making them both fall. He took three blades out and tossed them as on charged him and hitting him in the stomach as well as the shoulder that guy fell before he got within a foor. The last one got up from under his friend and backed away. "M-Monster." he whispered as he started to run. Ken ran behind him and grabbed his head before slamming it into a wall. "Not a monster 100% human... Now listen this area is my turf. Step on it again...and there will be more deaths." He whispered darkly in his ear before letting him go.


After this Ken walked back over to the other guy and retrieved his three blades. Cleaning them he entered the house and took off his jacket which he wrapped around Kibto. "Give him the defrosting potion." He said as he picked up the shivering boy.

"And this place os almost frozen while the other houses aren't, weird isn't it?" Luna asks, a few men had woken up and one of them had managed to cut her face, but she was fine "Some others were also hidden, I took care of them" she adds and asks "So why is it freezing here?" she asks while tossing the potion to him "And why is he still here if it's this bad, I'd have taken him somewhere else already"


Richard sighs "No need, she's probably somewhere else since she was bored, she has almost any potion and has made all the improvements on the gear possible" he says and sighs "We can only hope she won't get into fights"

(the entire underground is freezing not just this one section)


Ken took off Kibto's bounds and fed him the drink. "Hey buddy are you okay?" He asked softly ignoring Luna for the time being. The boy drank the potion as if he was dehydrated and downed the entire thing in moments. When he was done he nodded as he started to tear up before he wrapped his arms around Ken's neck. "I-I-I was s-so sc-scared." Kibto whimpered making Ken sigh as he picked him up. "I know... But why did you come here? I told you to stay with the old hag....or in my old house." Kibto looked down as he sniffed a bit. "I-I'm sorry...I-I forgot." He whispered before looking over at Luna. "Y-You are one o-of Ken's friends right? I-I don't remember you... B-But thanks." He stuttered out as he gave her a soft yet nervous smile.


"Come on, let's take you to the hags place." Ken said as he started to walk to the door before he stopped and looked over his shoulder. "You can go now. Turns out I didn't use your defrosting potion to unfreeze a monster that will terrorize people.... So you no longer need to be here. On my way to the next place I'll stop by an hidden exit you can use." He said and then walked off.

"I can find my own way" Luna says and she walks of, knowing well enough Ken said she shouldn't walk around by herself, but she was capable of taking care of herself, she hums a song while walking and some guys are staring at her, but she ignores them as she heads to the exit where they came from, she uses her gear to get up and she gets out.

(it's winter so it is in a few places)


Ken watched as she left and thought about following her to make sure she was safe, but a whimper from Kibto stopped him. Sighing he turned around and headed off glancing once more in the direction Luna left. "You should find a potion on my belt, if you feel sick then go ahead and drink it." He said but Kibto simply shook his head. After this the two walked in silence till they got to the old ladies house. Here he barged after knocking twice. Finding the old lady was in bed and looking rather sickly he set Kibto up in a make shift bed on the floor. "I leave for two days or so and this happens? Geez." He said with a small laugh as he went and closed the door.


After doing this he went to the old lady and took out the healing potion. "Here this should help." He said as he lifted her head gently and gave her the drink. The lady just grunted but accepted the drink none the less. Once she downed the entire thing Ken went ahead and set up the table. Placing on it some food he had brought from the kitchen in HQ. When he had done this (and after he warmed it up using a handmade fire) he went to the two and helped them get to the table (mainly the lady). When everyone was set they started to dig into the meal. Ken and the lady ate at a decent pace, while Kibto scarfed the entire thing down as if this was his first and last meal.


"I don't like him here." The lady said abruptly as she looked over at Ken before taking a sip from her beef stew. Ken sighed at this as he ate. "Look as soon as I'm done fixing my house he can liv-" "I'm not talking about that, I don't like the fact he is still in the underground." At this ken froze for a bit before he went back to eating. "Oh...." He muttered.

Luna heads back to HQ and she stretches, the cut had already healed, so Levi wouldn't know anything, hopefully. She lands on the ground and uses the window to enter her room where she change into something else and she heads out again "Maybe spending the day hope wouldn't be that bad" she mumbles and puts her hair in a ponytail.

Erza and Levi nodded, Levi then got Luna's scent and ran off to check on her. Erza looked at Ritzia, " Ritzia... can you tell me about my mother?" She asked her. " anything will do" she added. Ritzia looked at her and smiled " of course I can"

Luna stops and waits for Levi, leaning against the wall, she really needed to get used to everything "I wonder what will happen" she mumbles and sighs knowing werewolves and vampires normally don't get along.


Richard think for a while "Well I think I remember her, not sure, it's been a while" he says and sighs "I did know your mother's grandmother, the only vampire to become human" he says and adds "Those are good memories"

Levi soon arrived and looked at Luna, "where were you? I lost your scent..." he said to her as he walked over to her.

Ritzia giggled " she called me her sugar plum princess, since is was hyper and adorable. And she can make some delicious cookies!" She said excitedly and laughed a little.

"Taking a walk somewhere" Luna says and she smiles "You worry too much about me" she says and adds "I was planning to go home, since it's the only place I can think since I keep getting bothered in my lab"


Richard chuckles "My mom used to call you something like that as well whenever I told her about you" he says and sighs "Though she didn't live long enough to see you"

Levi sighed a little in relief and hugged, "alright...but where were you taking a walk?" He asked her.

"Somewhere, I needed to clear my head" Luna says and she smiles slightly "Wanna come with me?" she asks.


"I don't remember" Richard says and he adds "It was a really long time ago", he didn't remember most parts of his childhood.

Levi nodded a little and took her hand as he started walking to her house, " are you feeling ok?" He asked her.

"Hm... ok" she said to her and looked at Erza, " when I first saw your mom, she was this small and she was so beautiful" she said. " I looked at her and I could just tell, she was special. Your grandmother was the best grandma ever, she would tell you stories, make cookies and what not" Ritzia softly sighed, " I wish you could have met them..."

"Look old hag, the survey corps isn't a babysitting group. They won't just let me have Kibto live there!" Ken said before shouting as he ate the stew. "Then put him to work! He almost got hurt today! I'm telling you damn brat it's safer for him up top!" The women shouted as she waved her cane. "It's not that simple! I tried that with the Military Police they denied me! Even with my rank and leverage!" "Well that was the military corps! He ain't going to survive another month down here!" Ken let out a sigh as he drank the stew before standing up and looking at Kibto who was eating rather happily and smiling.


"Look... I'll try. Most of the members don't like me and Kibto is too young with the Survey Corps.... But I'll see if I can talk Commander Erwin into letting him stay in my room as long as he earns his keep." Ken muttered as he put the dirty dishes away. "Don't be surprised if I come back here with him.... Kibto when you are done eating get ready to go." Kibto smiled and nodded. "Okay!"

Luna nods "Yeah, just a bit tired and I feel like I can break down crying any minute" she says and sighs "I might go to the bar this evening..."


Richard sighs "We should probably go inside, it's still freezing cold" he says and adds "Of course, I'll be used to it in now time again soon", he loves the snow, but wasn't sure how well it would end up if things got more hectic then it already was.

Levi put an arm around her and pulled her to into a hug, " what's wrong?.." he asked her wondering why she wants to break down and cry.

Ritzia twirled a little, " I love the cold and the white snow. You use to call me snow princess, since my hair is white and it was hard to find me into the snow" Ritzia said to him with a smile as she started walking back.

"Yesterday" Luna says and she sighs "I actually got along with them and then... they die right in front of me" she mumbles the last part as she looks down.


Richard chuckles "Yeah" he says and adds "Only you scent made it easy to find you".

Levi frowned and gave her a hug, " Luna... their deaths wasn't your fault... " he said to her softly as her picked her up bridal style and started walking again.

Luna looks at him "I can walk you know" she says and sighs "And I know, bu still, I could've saved them, well not Gunther, but... I was afraid Victoria would be scared of me if she found out what I am" she says.


Richard sighs "Yeah, that would go on until one of us had to go" he says and chuckles "Remember one time I fell into the lake because you tripped me"
