Katelle and Jasper watched the man go. "Quite a prime example of why I didn't join the military police, even though I ranked first in our class. I would absolutely hate working with them. They're a bunch of dogs, just laying at the king's feet." She sighed and turned to Adam. "Next time, I give you permission to hit him. Merry Christmas" she said and walked off. Jasper followed behind her, making sure nothing else was going wrong in the room with any soldiers or trainees. He followed her back to their table, where he slid in across from her. He reached across the table and took her hand gently. "I hate the fact that I can't be drinking right now. Or for a long time now." Jasper rubbed her knuckles with his thumb, "I know, but you'll be able to drink again soon. It's almost over." He said. "You need to appoint someone to take over your physical duties for a few months while you're gone. Because I'm not letting you go on any more expeditions for right now." Lia sighed. "True" she said. "When should I make the announcement of who I chose?" She put her head in her hand. "As soon as possible." She nodded and stood up. "I'll do it now. I have no doubt on who I'm picking to lead the best squadron in the Corps. Given he'll have to choose someone to head his section." Jasper nodded and watched as his wife stood on the chair she was sitting in. She whistled loudly. "Scouting Legion!" She yelled. "At attention. Listen!"
