At a Glance [RP]

"About time you actually do something" Vareal said to Ithnuul as he watched her smash through the wall. He pulled out the dagger and held it in his left hand with the blade pointing away from ithnuul. Only till the entrance that's all i need to infiltrate their group and find their nest Vareal thought as he followed ithnuul. Over the Mind Comm he stated "watch out, i'm with a very angry one, use the Special Sedative bullets."

Mirina blinked hearing a loud sound from outside the metal door. Someone got out? If only she could get out of the bonds! She managed to get her left arm free and quickly started at the other. The scientist in the room pulled her arm back. "Oh no! You're not getting out of here! Besides what makes you think you're strong enough!" Mirina glared and growled. "How about Hydra venom?" While the scientist was distracted she forced the tube over head to bust by pulling her arm as hard as possible. Soon the venom from the tube fell out, spilling all over.

The scientist was sent reeling backwards in pain, burning seering pain. He let out a scream and stummbled to the wall. Mirina got the chance to get out of the bindings and she ran to the door. Even though she was powerless she had her wits. She grabbed the scientist from the wall and took the ID card and started to pick the lock, maybe it would respond to the card in general? Soon she managed to get the door open. Throwing the card down she darted out. "BERCH!" She yelled. Maybe her brother was out as well. Soon she was met with a wall of agents. "Crap..." She muttered and ran in the other direction.

Kane raised an eyebrow. "Fine I'm checking into a hotel around the corrner meet me there and we'll disscuss this." With that he walked away. Mirina and Berch caught? Well it'd be nice to get a huge ammount of people out..."

Dusk nodded in understanding before he turned and walked away. He headed in the opposite direction in the event that somehow he was being watched. That was unlikely but it would not hurt to be safe. He walked through an alley and went around a group of buildings, coming out on the side opposite that which Kane had chosen to walk down to reach the hotel. Things were going relatively well thus far. He had avoided getting into any fights as well as being followed or watched. Now he just had to accept the job and the next day, he would break everyone out with a bit of help from some old contacts.

Ithnuul slammed he fist into the last remaining stretch of steel, blowing straight through it, and preceded to bend the rest of the steel outward as she forced her self through the hole, Cutting her legs on the sharp metal. She twisted her head left and right to see the armored men from before sprinting towards her from both sides, The soft glow of the charging plasma rifles reflecting off the obsidian-black visors of their helmets. She tore towards the right and ripped through the mens armor with ease, sending blood and metal across the hall. One of then men let out a muffled groan as he felt her claws scrap against his spine, spilling his intestines onto the floor. The men on the left let loose a erratic barrage of plasma bolts, not bothering to aim. Ithnuul grabbed the man she recently disemboweled and lifted him in front of her as she tore her claws into the next man, This one having long dropped his gun and fled. The bolts bounced harmlessly off the dieing mans armor and Ithnuul continued to hold him up as she moved slowly to the men on the right, snarling fiercely as the fire in her eyes grew ever-larger.

Tyra's speculation worked with ease, Bree was startled by the alarm and her kick sent Bree reeling to wall, where her feet where then frozen in place, the poison clacking on the floor by her feet. She had little time to say anything before Tyra burst out of the room and into hallway. She struggled to free her self from her fetters, but her feet where stuck fast. "Fool!" She barked down the hallway "You think you can escape me!?"

Mirina ran down the halls until she slid to a stop being faced with a choice, exit through the front or take a diffrent route. No doubt Gemini was already securing the areas but if she had a chance, it might as well be to hide in a room. Windows may be there as well! She looked towards a nearby door and pulled it open quickly and darting inside. She had managed to put a distance between her and the persuers so she had the chance to hide without them knowing where she was.

The room looked like an office to her. Papers stacked , no window, a desk and filing cabinets. Well atleast she could clear out a cabinet and hide in there, given her Dragon form kicked in at any time. She looked around. If someone was in the room she didn't see them. It was safe enough for now...

------------------------------

Kane had walked into the hotel and upstairs to a room. Waiting outside the door he looked around for the strange man who had come into information about him... Odd Mirina never talked much about his money. Well Berch knew about the money, maybe she found out some how. "..." He paused and shook his head. He wouldn't go inside until he had talked with the well, interesting client. Well if he did get the chance to work well with this guy the risks were high. He was already being payed alot by Gemini, he might not be able to reach the ammount he needed. If he got mad maybe he'd take him into Gemini? Risks are risks... He might as well figure out a way to get out of the hotel easily.

Dusk came walking down the hallway, his footsteps silent as usual. He had abandoned the thought of asking for help from his friends from the time when he was working with one of those ambitious people with so much wealth that they decide to start a bid for world domination. Dr. Regal was quite the employer indeed. He believed in hiring only the best he could find and despite being the big boss, he could fight and didn't have to rely on others when things got heated. Dusk was naturally amongst those hired and it was while working with the bad doctor that he got his cybernetic implants.

Dusk could do the operation alone and keep all the money for himself. The non-humans that would be escaping would likely cause enough chaos to make it easy. The difficult part would be to make sure that all of them got out as he could not guarantee that every single one would make it out. Still, it would be better than if they stayed locked up until they died. Maybe when everything was over, he could find something significant to pursue. While he had no shortage of funding for his weapons projects due to his line of work and he was trying to restart the old tradition, there had to be something more worth pursuing.

Dusk stopped a foot away from Kane. "I'm sure you must have questions for me and I have a few questions of my own. For starters, Berch mentioned that you would be able to pay me more than Gemini does. My services don't come cheap and the last person to try getting away without paying me is currently in pieces the size of pencil erasers. So do you believe that you can afford my services? I can however give you a guarantee that I won't try to capture you tonight if there is no deal."

(Thanks. ^.^)

"Fool! You think you can escape me?!" Bree's stinging words chased Tyra down the hall as she fled, but still she did not look back. There was only one thought on her mind: freedom. However, she slid to a halt, coming to another examination room where she could hear voices echoing inside. Anger brewed deep inside her. She couldn't just run away while there was another suffering under a scientist's grasp! Taking a deep breath, she began to change. Wings protruded from her back and a long winding tail grew out behind her. It wasn't long before there was not a teenage girl standing there anymore, but a Dragon. She was small for a Dragon, only being about six feet tall, but still could be deadly. An ear-splitting roar sounded throughout the facility then a crash as Tyra knocked down the door in sheer rage. Skidding inside, she froze everyone in the room except for Rikka with her deadly blue flame, then snapped the bindings which held the cat/human hybrid captive. Using her long snout, she helped Rikka up to a sitting position then motioned for her to climb onto the Dragon's back. More soldiers could be heard flooding the hallways. They were running out of time...!

Bruised and broken, Rikka climbed weakly into Tyra's Back as she wiped the blood from under her nose. The flesh around one of her eyes was a deep purple, and her nose was crooked and broken, spewing blood. Both her legs where broken as well, and they dangled disjointedly off Tyras side.

"W-Who.. are you?" She managed to whisper meekly as she pulled her self up the dragon-Girl.

Kane blinked and raised an eyebrow. "In any case I CAN pay I'm just wondering how much they're paying you. More than anything else though, I want to know how Mirina and Berch ended up in a mess like being caught... I mean their house is a major safe house. Any information from there could doom well most of MY plans. You see I do have a few contacts who would gladly start some sort of rebelion and Berch, well he was in charge. Mirina though only knows a few things. She's a good fighter at times but uhm, abit spacy. Berch keeps her occupied with books though." He looked around for a second. "And truthfully how can even trust that you would up hold your duty? I mean Gemini is big... As much as they pay you they could probably pay more than me to keep a top notch agent."

--------------------------------------------

Mirina looked around the room and hurriedly decided to hide. She could sneak out in a minute but for now she needed to hide. She started to clear out a drawer. With any luck she could try and force herself into the smaller form. Though oddly the office did seem suspicious. Finnally she cleared out the cabinet and grabbed a chair. She blocked off the door and sighed. "Ok I'm alright." She looked around the room. Clean as it was she ruined it with files upon files of paper work that was strewn out on the floor. Well that didn't quiet bother her but whoever worked in the office might be a tad mad.

She decided after a second or two to look through the papers. She could hide some and make out with a few good bits of information for her brother. Where was he any ways? Hopefully he got out as well.

Dusk paused for a moment to think. "Well as for how they got caught, that was entirely by chance. The short version of the story is that I was chasing a girl as my last capture for the night and while trying to get away from some agents who were already chasing her, she hid in an alley. Mirina showed up to help her and one chase later, I was led to their home. I captured them one by one and even captured one who had gotten in without them even knowing, thus bagging four in one night." He still felt a sense of accomplishment as having made four captures in one night and pretty much by himself but it was likely just luck that those four would end up in the same place at the same time.

"They hid their files pretty well enough that regular Gemini agents couldn't find it and I was planning on searching the place myself but there were time restrictions. Plus, I'm not truly a Gemini agent. I'm really a professional killer that Gemini hired because of a few advantages I offered over their standard agents. Officially, I don't exist in their organization. I owe them only as much loyalty as they're willing to buy from me. Plus, I already have a plan in mind for the breakout." Dusk was planning on stealing some files, research data, equipment and even money from Gemini when hell broke loose in the installation. He could sell the files to the non-humans who wanted information on Gemini and the research data could be sold back to Gemini. The equipment would make nice trophies or even serve well for spare parts but he had not worked out how much he planned to take as he could only bring so much with him.

Dusk reached into his pocket right pocket using his right hand and pulled out a sheet of paper which had been folded many times. He took a moment to unfold it completely before holding it up in front of Kane so he could see what it said. With the index finger of his left hand, he pointed to where on the paper it said how much he was being paid. The paper was a copy of Gemini's offer to Dusk when they sought him out to employ him. "That would be how much they pay me."

(Can't think of a precise figure that would be appropriate so I'm just going with it being a rather large sum.)
