Deathkitten

I am the Deathkitten! Fear me!
Please post here if your character is around here outside of a class setting. :) There are a number of locations mentioned here.

Located on the Western edge of the school's campus, the Keaton Observatory is a wonderful place for space enthusiasts to relax and learn. This building doesn't have much function for Superhero training, but is invaluable nonetheless. It was donated to the school two years ago by the Keaton family, who are longstanding in the Superhero community as expert healers and rescue personnel.

Located on the Southwestern edge of the school's campus, the Oscalia-Aphera Theatre is a huge fully equipped theatre that is used often by the on-campus Theatre Club. They hold plays which invite the school and local community, and are almost always open to new members. This building was named after a large Superhero family who lost many members to the OA conflict ten years ago. It honors those who lost their lives, as they were well known in the acting community as well as the Superhero one.

Located on the Northeastern edge of the school's campus, the Field is a huge well-kept athletics field for outdoor exercises. This is where many classes end up going to do more dangerous exercises that they may not want to do inside the gymnasiums.

Located on the East/Northeastern side of the school's campus, the two giant gymnasiums are pivotal to the exercise and development of the young soon-to-be heroes. The first and more Northern one is called the Pell Gym. This gym was named after James Pell, a world-renowned Superhero who is known for donating money to Superhero schools and universities. The second and more Southern one is called the Lee Gym. This gym was named after Bethany Lee, a little-known, but influential scientist that has made and continues to make leaps and bounds in the field of magitech.

Located inside the main building on campus, the Cafeteria is used for eating! Just as important as class or sleep(or more important to some), this is probably somewhere that you’d end up spending some decent time.

The Head Chef:
1516650832419-png.390437
"She looked more like a Dyrad than a Human, and her clothes were scant, a tube top covering her breasts, and equally small skirt covering her rear. Her wild hair was tied up in a high ponytail that barely contained it."

The menu was equally eccentric, something out of the best restaurants, certainly. Despite all this, there was a sign near the menu that stated in bold lettering that the food was free for students. Specifically, it stated, "Food on-menu is free for students! If you desire something off-menu, ask the chef. Off-menu food will cost an undetermined amount money that is dependent on what you ask for."

Underneath this, there was a smaller note in parenthesis that had clearly been taped onto the last, "Simple substitutions are fine and do not cost money! If you're allergic to something, let me know. If you don't like something, let me know. If you're Vegan or Vegetarian, let me know."

Today's Menu

Once the lunch-bell rang, students started to trickle in, along with a few teachers. Everyone ate at the same time, upper and lower class-men, as it were, so the cafeteria was a nice, large size, fit to accommodate everyone.

"Please start making a line!" the Dryad-chef-woman called out to the increasing number of students, "I'll try to get through all of you as soon as possible. Your order will be taken to you, so once to tell me what you want, just go find a seat!"

Metal. Wires. Gyros. Gears. Gizmos of all sorts.

Cold chassis. Chromed domes. Her antagonists.

Bone. Magick. Strength. That's what destroyed them as the figure of bone-white cloaked in black strolled from the forest edge of what looked to be an athletics field. Six skeletal hands huddled around their Mistress of Nightmares, with creatures from the very same realm stalked forward from behind, all snarls and slinking limbs. Two Eldritch beasts and Hands of the Dregs - the woman who speaks in silence. Long locks cover one side of her face as her stature screams confidence at the top of its lungs soundlessly, her stance thin and compact as she floated atop one of the Dregs - an enormous hand twice her height which kept its balance upon its fingertips. ANother of its kind, more feral in appearance with long nails and rough spurs along its structure, stood beside her. Four more floated, fanned out behind her head, each glowing a different color.

More of the automaton warriors rushed out from cover, strange machinations of metal and magick gripped in their hands. She could tell the most basic idea of how they worked: Within the grip of the gadget was a small metal piece which, when pulled, let forth a volley of magickal energy - but they were useless. It was proven with the next silent assault that was sent forth; silent by her choice for it to be. The bony hand the woman was perched upon shifted backward, making her slide to its wrist as the hand spread wide, palm forward, and had stopped the attack dead in its tracks. Her stance hadn't changed whatsoever, as if she hadn't even noticed the shift in her placement.

A flash of red from behind her cut down the automatons within just the slightest fraction of time.

But where was the one she looked for? Why was it so well-guarded? How much time had passed? Wordless, she wondered such a thing as a green hand floated to her periphery and began to blur in movement - a sort of sign-language that she and her pets had developed between them. None but they knew the language, but deciphering it between them was natural as breathing for these human creatures on this planet.

Her own hand lifted from behind her and flashed quickly - a short reply before watching the hand who had started to communicate droop. Her other hand reached out to pet it, and seeing it perk up after a moment with a thumbs-up, they all seemed to disappear entirely, the woman, Six Hands, and the Eldritch Beasts of yore.

All that remained were wrought iron and glassed dirt - a black arc of power and decisive movement, and the only time the woman lifted her hand was to communicate.

For now, they were gone, but she had plans. This wouldn't be the last time she visited the grounds.

~De'kiral~
With the girl securely in his mouth, his portal brought them up from the ground until they sat flush. He was immediately concerned. There were broken bits of bot all over the place. As far as he knew, no alarm was raised. Well... That would be something to inform the others of. His own lunch might be cut short. Damn. That was too bad. First though... he had to deal with this little monster child. He kicked the meat out a little from under him and plopped her down in front of it. He was wondering all the same about multiple things.

What had happened to these bots? Why hadn't any alarm gone off from them? Was the culprit still on campus? It wasn't the first time that there had been a threat on the first day students were on campus, but it was still uncommon. Usually threats ended up waiting until they went on a field trip or something... On top of that... what was she going to do about the girl's clothing? He should have prepared clothes for this eventuality. Damn it. He was such an idiot to forget something like that. Perhaps for the moment she'd be able to borrow a shirt of his... and he could ask the chef for some clothing. He'd have to ask later about getting her some shifter-friendly clothes. Stuff that wouldn't rip, and would instead just port away into a little pocket dimension of its own until it'd fit again.

Right. Anyways. He chuffed at her and watched her patiently. {Now you may eat,} he said firmly, his tone showing his concern about the bots more than he would have liked, {Eat and calm yourself.}

Ariella
Ariella had flipped when she had been picked up by his mouth. Flailing wildly and trying to claw at him till he spat her out when they got to the field. By now the shift was almost complete. Her body was all but completely changed the only thing missing was the scythe like second pair of arms which were now forming rapidly. Ariella was about to attack her teacher till he threw the carcass to her. Looking down to it she took a couple quick sniffs before looking to him then back to the meat before she dove into it. Hissing and clicking savagely as she tore into the meat ravenously. As she ate she completed the transformation, then she started to grow bigger and bigger till she hit full size. the carcass looking small now compared to her full size as she engulfed whatever was left. Once she had finished her meal she took a look around at the robots as well. A couple deep sniffs came from Ariella as she hissed softly. Something had been here, something evil. Seeing as whatever it was was gone she turned to he teacher and clicked at him. seeing as he was still in his smaller form she sized him up. sitting up on her tails as much as she could to make her self look much bigger as she hissed more. Her hands spreading out while her second set of arms took a position above her head in a sort of poised position as she stared him down

~De'kiral~
He sighed, watching the girl fully freak out and tear into the meat. She probably had quite the appetite. Damn it... that was just making him more hungry. This was annoying. Getting to watch someone else eat and finish off it, but having to sit here with nothing. His tail twitched in annoyance. On top of that, he had to deal with whatever happened here. He had to alert people, but he didn't want to do so while this girl was aggressive and all that crap.

She turned her attention to him after a moment and tried to seem all big and intimidating. He stared at her with bored eyes, {Look. Little one, I don't have time for this right now. Could you calm down already? I don't want to have to restrain you, and I have to deal with this problem.} He didn't really care about his size in comparison to her... but it might get the point across better if he were his natural size. Dragons had quite the reputation of being big monsters.

De'kiral's form shifted smoothly, growing larger and larger until he was about the size of a slender house. Still, he sat, watching her to see what her next actions would be. How long would it take her to calm herself down. He clearly wasn't threatening her, even though he had scooped her up with his mouth, he hadn't bitten down. He could have just as easily bitten a chunk out of her, but he didn't... and he wouldn't, of course. {Sit down,} he said firmly, his mental voice rather loud, {You will calm yourself down, whether you do it yourself or if I have to sit on you until you stop this tantrum. Wouldn't your sister be so proud of you if you managed to do it yourself? You could tell Chiara about it, and she'd be so happy with you.}

Sure, that was a low blow, but he figured it'd be over faster if he mentioned Chiara. From their file, the two were impressively close to one another. He couldn’t wait any longer though. This was more important than the girl’s temper tantrum. He sent out a mental ping, sending images to the teachers and other staff of the destroyed bots, followed by a quick telepathic message to them, {Don’t know what’s happened here. The alarm wasn’t raised for some reason. I’ll meet up as soon as possible, but I have to probably put a little one in the detention center until she calms down. It’s your fault for sticking me with the more instinctual lot.} The last part was more of an annoyed sigh of a comment than an actual jab at anyone. He’d really prefer to be at the inevitable meeting early rather than late.

Ariella wasn't fazed by his change in size and hissed more at him. The words in her mind only seemed to aggravate her more as she clawed at her head just a little. But the low blow he took at her and her sister was the breaking point. If he had thought that would help it didn't at all as she let out a loud vicious screech and launched at him. she dove head first into him bringing her clawed hands around his neck to keep him there as she bit furiously at his neck attempting to get a good hold on his neck with her teeth. meanwhile her scythe like arms reached behind him. going for his back as she attempted to drive the blades deep into his back. weather they went in or not didn't matter. either way she continued to furiously drive them at his back. The amount of savagery she held was much more than that of any known animal. though the way she fought was animalistic though also had a major amount of intelligence to it as she attacked him

De'kiral sighed. That hadn't gone the way he had hoped, but he supposed that there were only two ways that could have gone, and this was definitely not the preferred of the two. He couldn't wait any longer. The girl would have to go ahead and calm down in the detention center. He didn't really have much of a reaction to the clawing. It was annoying, but it was pointless against his scales, and while he felt like pointing this out, he knew there'd be no reason. Rolling his eyes a bit, he took a moment to focus despite the clawing of the girl and disappeared.

When the two of them reappeared, they were in a cell. This cell didn't look awful or uninviting. Really, it wasn't meant to appear as a prison cell. They were individual, and they even had their own little privy and cheap sofa. They were reinforced for people stronger than even the teachers, and had a glass-like wall instead of a door. Really, it was more like a blue-silver laser wall, but it looked solid all the same. Hopefully, students would spend no more here than a couple hours, but you never knew. {Here you will calm down. We will get you once the incident is handled,} he stated firmly, giving her one last chance to calm down before is form disappeared in a flurry of leaves, leaving her behind.

(( Daniel Reaving Daniel Reaving You can make a post about her in the detention center in the Journal thread. At the moment I don't have a thread dedicated to the detention center itself.))

Anubis
When De'kral returned Anubis stood nearby. A piece of the robot in her hand as she studied it curiously. Hearing him returning she turned around to him. "Oh oh oh De'kral! something happened. Have you seen all this?" She asked as she walked over to him. When she came to stand by his side it was like a mouse by a dog. Even in human form he stood much taller than she. "Should we be ready for battle?" SHe asked him curiously as she gently placed a hand on his leg and looked up at the dragon by her side. She knew something had gone wrong by every thing though she didn't know if she should be in combat form or not. As she scanned the area she pulled out a small bag of chips and opened it. she proceeded to munch on the chips as she surveyed the area cautiously.

{Stop playing around,} he said gruffly, still in draconic form as he rolled his eyes, {I sent out the mental image, so of course I've seen it.} He shifted form back to humanoid, wings tucking behind him as he looked down at the little god's child. "I doubt they're still around. We need to wait for the others to get here... or whoever can, anyways. Some may be unable. I had to handle an unruly student, but that was also mentioned. Were you distracted?"

He gently took the piece of robot from her hand, smirking a little despite the situation, "You should pay more attention... and not eat so much. This could be a scene of a crime. We don't know yet, so we should move as little from it as possible. We don't know what's going to prove to be important and what's not. You might move something integral, or get crumbs all over the scene. If Lu-Dao sees you acting so carelessly, you'd never hear the end of it." He bent down and set the piece down roughly where it was.

"Though... he always has food on him... but it usually is something that doesn't make as much mess as chips," he said, folding his arms thoughtfully before reaching out to snag a chip from her quite hypocritically. All the same, he was paying attention to his surroundings, watching for any sign of movement or unknown energy signature.

Nanami

It was only a couple seconds tops between her mad dash from the dorms to here. It was a good bit of distance, but it wasn't like her body wasn't conditioned for this. The tough soles of her boots dug the left sides into the ground as her tiny body was sliding to a halt. Her feet had dug a small, inch-deep crevice due to the velocity and force four feet from her initial braking point to no more than a foot away from the other teachers there - De'Kiral and Anubis. Once she had come to a full stop, they could see that there was no want or need to bounce around in glee. She was in work mode - all the joy had left her and was replaced by stark, grim professionalism. This was a serious situation; she had no need of that kind of energetic joy. When she was like this, she opted for strict efficiency and more thorough methods.

Her eyes which kept their glow when she left the students flicked all around her, as if peering deeply into the wreckage that was left behind by their unknown intruder. From what she could tell, they didn't even get a chance to land a single shot. There were shells and battery mags, but no sight of injury from the point they had been firing at. Just remnants of small, discharged pieces of metal that would have carried the magickal energy - they weren't the newest trend in magitech firearms, but they were the most stable and reliable. Even some of their magitech assault rifles had been... She couldn't say burned - there were no scorch marks... Separated? Nanami's brow furrowed as she mulled over the idea.

"How long ago would you figure this happened?" she asked, pacing around the wrecked automatons to peer at the crest of what appeared to be scorched earth. "There isn't any heat coming from the mark the intruder's attack left, and this would have stayed for a fairly long time, so fire magick or laser weaponry would have to be ruled out. Is anyone checking security feeds?"

~De'kiral~
"No conventional feeds reach here. The middle of the field and all that," he said, watching the cloud of dust that Nanami had created settle down regardless of whether or not he had gotten that chip he wanted from Anubis, "No clue when it happened either. Of course, when I popped out here it had already happened. Probably earlier today? The magical feed would have crappy quality, but we could check that out? Again there's the issue of it being the center of the field, but at least it'd be something."

He watched her pace around the mess, tail flicking a bit as he did so. She was always so quick... He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, "Someone bold, seeing as they did this on the first day students would be on campus. As far as I've heard, everyone's accounted for. Astrella is going to be pissed about this. I'm sure she already is... Do you think she'll make her way here, or wait for us to report to her about what we've found? We can ask her for access to the magical feed."

"We need to think... what might they want? What could their goal have been? It seems like they left here unscathed, and there are no signs or reports of anything else broken on campus. They either left or are damned good at hiding, and unfortunately both seem plausible."

(( Daniel Reaving Daniel Reaving Osuka Osuka ))

Anubis

Anubis stared in the compete opposite direction of de'kral as he spoke before she shrugged. "Ehh don't worry I already checked the piece. It doesn't have anything integral on it that's why I grabbed it." She said as she cutely munched on some more chips. As he mentioned something of Lu-Dao she absently waved a hand in the air. "Ehhh hes just jealous cause I love my food more than him." She said softly before she ate another chip. Looking off into the forest she quickly pulled her bag from De'Krals reach before he could get a chip even though she couldn't see him reaching for it. As Nanami showed up Anubis gave her a small wave as she stared at the trees some more. As De'kral and Nanami conversed Anubis walked to the tree line. bending down she gently rubbed a hand on the ground before bringing it up to where she could see. Confirming what she thought she walked back to De'kral's side and looked up at him. Grabbing his pant leg she tugged at it to get his attention. "Hey..... she came from the woods. Her magic is dark, and sinister, It feels..... ancient." Anubis said to him as she looked back to the woods with a concerned look. "We must be cautious of this one. Shes.... deadly."

Lu-Dao:

He was going to be late. Of course, it couldn't be helped considering the questions his students had and the drama that had come about the most recent situation with Azira, but none-the-less, he'd be late. Lu-Dao's form wavered into existence near the rest of the group, his eyes scanning the area before allowing himself to relax. This was a crime scene, of course, so there was a need for a certain amount of relaxed professionalism. For now, he wouldn't note that Anubis seemed to have moved a piece out loud - she knew, and it was likely the others knew, so he wouldn't have to say anything at the moment. Instead, he'd simply listen in and gather what information the rest of the group had and move from there.

It seemed as if their culprit had come from the tree-line, according to Anubis, and he'd trust the information. According to Nanami, the attacks that were used that had slashed both bots and weapons in half alike had no signs of heat being used for such a thing, leaving him to believe it was magickal in nature. It only left the option that the person in question was a mage of sorts, and with the level of expertise they've demonstrated here, with no signs of them being wounded, they made themselves a very clear and honest threat. He wasn't the type to detect magickal energy that he wasn't familiar, but anything else was far easier for him. With the thought of that, he'd hold out his hand to Anubis and clear his throat.

"You said you felt malicious magick," he started. "Give me the sample and I'll track it to its origin. Considering this is going to likely lead to an origin, I would either ask yourself or Nanami to accompany me, but I feel Nanami would be more suited here to investigate the site with De'Kiral. It's obvious that the person in question is a mage, but they had something - at least four objects - accompanying them with the pock-mark tracks that were left from the tree-line."

Nanami:

Lu-Dao had finally come along. It was somewhat irritating that he was one of the last to be here considering his age and his usual need for timely appearance. Still, if it was due to the students, she figured it couldn't be helped. Whining over spilled milk doesn't refill the glass. With everything that had been said up until now, she couldn't help but to be in agreement. It was obviously the work of a mage of some sort, and according to Anubis, it was something dark and old. Astrella may have to directly be involved in the investigation just for that reason. She always gave Nanami the vibe that there was something older about her than she let on, and it could be actual age, but it was only more likely that she was more well-versed in a plethora of things that most of them weren't.

"I'll continue to scout around the field area for clues as to our attacker," she started, holstering her sidearm and resting her hands on her hips. "I don't think this is any villain that has been registered and escaped or is currently eluding authorities and scryers. The pock marks look arachnid in nature, but it doesn't fit their pattern. It gives me the impression of someone pushing their fingertips into sand, but I've never heard about anything like that existing.

"Either way, I agree that Anubis should head out with Lu-Dao and see if they can find a point of entrance. It might give us a better idea where they came from if they were either auguring to get in or if they used a portal of some sort."

~De'kiral~
No chip for him. Darn. He watched Anubis go off to the woods before fixing his eyes on the newly appeared Lu-Dao. He was clearly deep in thought. Looking at Nanami, she seemed to be as well. He wasn't sure what to do here. He was far more useful when it came to actually fighting the threat, rather than analyzing where the threat came from or where it went or anything like that. Not that he couldn't... but... it just wasn't his specialty. He'd leave that to them.

De'kiral looked down at Anubis again, nodding a bit to her revelation. "Well, I'm on standby as it were. Waiting for anyone to try something if they're going to, or if they're still here. They'd be ridiculous to try though, with all of us here." He looked back to Lu-Dao, nodding to his request. That was the best idea. He wasn't so sure about going somewhere with it though. Not yet anyways. "I don't doubt they have some kind of defense against people following them. We may want to be careful. If you trace the energy and it leads to a magma stream or something, then that would be quite a pain to try to clean up," he piped up, "I'm more than willing to help Nanami out though."

His brow furrowed however at what Nanami described. "Like... a giant hand?" he questioned, shifting his weight slightly, "If it's some sort of hand creature, then they're definitely not registered. That's going to be interesting... We should see if this is connected to the recent... attack. If there's the possibility of it being connected to them... and gods forbid this might be connected to it...? It's something to look into."

ANUBIS
Anubis looked to Lu-Dao as he spoke of Anubis giving him a sample which made her pout a little as it wasn't that easy. "Its not that easy Lu. The only reason I know what it is is cause of how long ive been here. Ancient Egypt was filled with dark magic like this. Its only natural that I remember it." Anubis said to him before Nanami nominated Anubis to go with Lu-Dao. Looking to her then back to him she nodded and walked over to him. Grabbing his hand she tugged it a couple times. "Come on lets go. Ive got a turkey waiting at home so lets hurry." She said softly as she turned in the direction of the woods. "Ill lead you to a spot I think might have enough energy to trace. If not ill just lead myself." She said softly to Lu as she headed for the woods knowing Lu would come

ARIANA
Once she had dropped her students at the dorms she hurried over to the field. Exiting the building by the field she saw Lu and Anubis heading for the trees. Seeing as how they had there assignment she hurried over to De'Kiral and Nanami. Seeing the carnage as she made her way to them she spoke as soon as she was close enough for them to hear. "What happened?" She asked softly as she came close to the two carefully studding the area around them. With all the debris around Ariana made sure to be careful where she stepped. the tips of her legs might be small but when you have 8 of them its hard sometimes to watch where you step especially when you dont know whats evidence and whats not.

She was behind, but she still wanted to come to the field and check out what was happening. One of her students had asked to talk to her later, and she had to explain her hours and whatnot. She left him, went out to sit in the courtyard area, and then that image came... and she had to stop what she was doing. She had planned to try to sit and relax a little bit too! Darn. She tucked her book away and sighed loudly. To the field she'd go.

She looked to be the last there of who she'd expect to come to something like this. "Hey!" she called out loudly, waving before teleporting only slightly so she was next to Lu-Dao... partly because it seemed to make him uncomfortable to have a god so close by. Anubis was technically one too, the daughter of the original Anubis. The little Anubis was different though. Less... awful? Than her father. Maybe that wasn't the right word. She didn't have a lot of respect for the cocky gods who were so well known. It was ridiculous.

She touched Lu-Dao's shoulder, "What'd I miss? Sorry I was so late. I walked slow so I could make sure I didn't see any stragglers."

He was pretty happy that Guyle had followed him without a fuss. He was already feeling embarrassed enough that he had done that without saying a word beforehand. Ugh. Whether he was talking or staying silent, he couldn't win. Kaleb sighed and rubbed his cheeks as if to try to get the blush forming on them to go away. At the same time, he debated on how to explain his suite of abilities to Guyle.

"Well...," he started, looking around at the now calm and vacant school campus. Everyone must have gotten busy with the threat. It actually made him feel kind of uncomfortable with being out and about. He shook his head, "Sorry. Well, my abilities are pretty simple. I didn't have any before my parents and I got into a car wreck. We're pretty devout followers of a certain goddess. She doesn't get a whole lot of recognition here, but my parents really really love her and everything she stands for. I was raised into it, and the 'religion' if you want to call it that, isn't as cult-like as Christianity or whathaveyou. So... I was in a car wreck. My parents would have died. My goddess sort of... stopped time, I guess? She spoke to me, and made a pretty simple deal with me. If I work as her champion, then my family would have her protection. They wouldn't die. I'd get abilities too, but I didn't really care about that at the time."

He let a slow, long breath out as they started to round the gyms, "So... I agreed. Of course. There wasn't really another option in that situation. To be honest... I'm kinda mad at her for not asking me when I would have actually been able to think it over... but I'm happy that my family is okay. That's the most important thing. This whole situation has made me pretty darn fast and pretty good at divine magic. On top of that... though it is extremely unpleasant... my goddess can, ah... more or less possess me. It really sucks though when she does it. My body isn't meant to handle something like that. Basically, she's made me kind of like a demi-god? I don't like saying that though because it feels so obnoxious."

Only a short while more of walking and they would have made it to the field. Kaleb, being the shy creature that he was, looked up at Guyle with nervous eyes as he waited for him to explain instead. He didn't want to have to tell the no-doubt irritated teachers about it. Someone with a bit more social bravery could do that.

Guyle Heston
A.K.A BullWhip
Guyle listened intently as the nervous boy spoke; Kaleb went further than simply telling Guyle his powers, he told him a story, a almost-tragedy stopped by the act of a seemingly immoral, perhaps predatory being. Guyle did not believe in gods... well, specifically not the idea that godhood presented. Guyle though of such deities as no more than borderline omni-potent aliens and wizards.

"That's... thats one hell of a story man, I sold my body, you basically sold your soul to protect your family... there isn't really much more I can say to that..." He kept on listening as Kaleb explained his powers, the last thing he said to Kaleb before they reached was both a simple statement, and a simple question. "Sounds like you're a vessel for her... Another medium to project herself into the world... Does she ever possess you against you will?".

His boots hit the grass.

A number of figures seemed to talking amongst one another in the distance, he could barely make out the vague, eight-legged frame of Ariana. He looked to Kaleb, and Kaleb gave Guyle 'the look' almost silently, the boy muttered under his breath "goddamit, I don't always like ending up as the center of attention and stuff... heh, who am I kidding, it's way more fun."

A deep, rough breath.

A sharp exhale.

"You guys got like one staff member to spare!? We've had a bit of an incident in our dorm!"

Ariana

Ariana had been busy looking around until she heard a voice call from them in the distance. Immediately she recognized it as the boy guyle from her class and whipped her head around to lay eyes on the small group of boys. No student was to be out of there dorms so to see students let alone one of hers wasn't good. "W-what are you all doing?!?! You weren't supposed to leave the dorms!!!" She yelled as worry filled her tone. Quickly she rushed over to them. It was easy to tell she wasn't happy they were out. "Inside now! All of you. We will address your issue once we get in." She said to them as she turned the children towards the school and gently started herding the boys to the school.

He didn't resist the teacher as she began to herd them away, but in the admittedly almost predictable style of Mr Heston, he always quipped back.

"In all fairness Ms Zella, you never actually told me not to leave the dorms... ya just sorta said to get settled in, and I'm pretty settled in... Not like we desperately need a teacher, just one of the extraterrestrial students probably has a concussion... say... why are we being hurried off anyways; one of our roomates was..." his voice lowered to hushed mutters "one of our dorm mates, the cause of the concussion in the first place was rambling about a villain..."

Buzz

He heard Kaleb's phone, though it took a moment to figure out whose it was. "Something up?"

The teachers were definitely unhappy with them... they didn't appreciate the fact that they were there. Nanami, his teacher, had told them to stay at the dorms... but this was important! He didn't want to just get led away when there was someone acting like a nutcase in their dorm. "M-Miss Zella... I'm sorry. We were just really worried," he said, stuttering a bit, "I didn't want to leave the dorms, but there's a student that's an alien of some kind and he's acting insane. Miss Nanami told my class not to leave..." He didn't pay attention to his phone for the moment, there were bigger things going on right now than the phone. For that reason, he only shrugged at Guyle's question.

He looked back at Nanami and frowned, his little brow furrowing. "My goddess is watching you guys because she's curious. She said that nothing was actively going on there... so I thought it'd be fine to go. I'm sorry. This was my idea." He didn't want Guyle to get in trouble at all. He didn't really care if he had detention or whatever, as long as his cohort didn't. She looked up at the spider lady, trying not to show that he was a little bit creeped out by her. He'd never seen anyone who was tauric like that, let alone with a spider. In roleplaying games they were called driders... he thought. Would that be a faux-pa to call her that? Whatever. Didn't matter right now. "Oh... we're in a lot of trouble... aren't we..?"
