KingofAesir
Ghostly Presence
Vetera hated Azgedans. Her finger tightened in slight annoyance around the shaft of her bow but she managed to let her tension go. She reached up and pulled the man's dagger out of the tree next to her and spiked it into the ground next to the Azgedans feet. He had a point, but he himself was in Trikru territory at the moment so it was very much a concern of his. As Vetera weighed her options she was hit with the realization that her disappearing tribesman had probably been taken by Azgedans. If he was here that meant there were more. Eyeing him, Vetera let out a breath and shook her head incredulously. Even if they hated each other this sky machine was cause for concern. There was no telling what it was capable of and it could very well be a concern to all of their people and not just Trikru. She had to figure out some way to get this man to stand down so she could assess them. The only question was how. How does one calm down a seething Azgedan warrior? The answer was unknown. Vetera's eyes glanced at the Bayleaf man for a moment and she realised that this Ice native was out numbered, but she doubted if her friend there could fight. Vetera knew she could very well loose an arrow into the Azgedan's skull right this moment, but that wouldn't do much good but to anger his tribesman. She sighed and begrudgingly slung her bow back across her back.
"You are correct. But from where I'm standing, you're in Trikru territory yourself." Vetera spoke plainly, "It's very well your concern while you find yourself here. I wouldn't underestimate what these sky people are capable of before we know anything about them. Who's to say they won't cross into your land?" She crossed her arms over her chest, "You have a desire to kill both me and my allied man here, but you cannot pretend to know if those people won't kill you while you're alone." Vetera cocked her head at the man, "You are alone. You ventured here this deep without any of your tribesman. A little eager aren't you? But I'll quit my talking. Make your decision, gona."
Vetera turned to the Bayleaf after he spoke to answer him quickly, "They look like people. Their clothes are odd and they bear no sigils but they appear normal." She couldn't think of anything else they could be so of course she assumed they were people.
