Along the bumpy gravel roads three carriages with newly recruited members of Arfa were brought to the front yard of a huge mansion. The road leading up to the mansion itself had been fenced by rows of beautiful flowers from tulips to roses. On the left side of the terribly huge mansion a sandy field took place with several training dummies standing and a few Linkers practicing their arts. Fire spewing, arm freezing, electrocuting, smoke emitting blasts flew all over the place. Most of the new recruits faced the direction of the trainees as they saw magic they didn't even dream of, however, their priority was not training. They were there to be accepted and ordered what to do. They were there to serve William.
Just upon entering the mansion itself they were greeted by a really friendly and positive butler who bowed at the sight of the new recruits lead by William himself.
"This is your butler, Frydrich." William said, "Listen to what he has to say and for now, follow him. He will show you around." With those words William left to his chambers for some important business.
As the recruits followed Frydrich around the mansion like a warlord in battle, he told them all about the mansion and it's commodities. He showed them the dorm hall, which was build on the eastern wing of the mansion, the cafeteria with their own personal cook under the dorm hall, the lounge with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables as well as chess boards, the staff hall, which was built on the western wing of the mansion, where all the staff members sat in their offices, or at least they used to before the attack of the beasts.
After the whole tour, the recruits were assigned room mates, dorm numbers and were ordered to get acquainted with the area until they receive further orders from William or Frydrich...

Dear members of Arfa,
Along with this letter I shall include a drawing of this malicious creature for the sake of convenience. I do, however, expect payment for our hard and dangerous work in finding this creature upon it's elimination. An average of fifteen gold coins would suffice.
Sincerely,
Thomas Hank Junior, Head of the Kogram Military.
