Katya turned her head to look at the girl as best she could, "okay, but aren't you hurt?" She asked. Kat felt as though it was pointless since Harley wouldn't be able to bring her sight back.

"Not for us, fortunately. Plenty for Kat, but in a normal way." Jesse chuckled, watching the scene in front of him.

"This might hurt. If it does, tell me and I'll give you a second." Harley murmured, dousing a rag in alcohol and pressing it against the cut on Kat's eye. The sight sickened her. Not because it was gross, but because she knew how much pain she was in. "I'll be fine. I'll worry about me later."

"Yea. I can't do much for myself, I need a cast and crutches. At least a splint, and I can't do that." She sighed, continuing to clean the wound with a gentle touch. "I was going to be a doctor just for times like this. To help people. Especially after Raine..." Harley trailed off, flushing.

"I suppose thats another scar I should add to my notebook hmm" she chuckled lightly referring to their earlier conversations. Her head slowly leaned back aainst the wall.

Blind in both eyes and she had Down Syndrome. I tried to protect her but..." She swallowed a son as she continued. "She wondered out onto the road when I wasn't looking. Hit by a drunk driver. Because I wasn't careful."

Harley almost broke when Kat hugged her, but forced herself to keep her stony demeanor. She couldn't stop herself from embracing her, holding her tight.
