Hey, I changed Damian to be a Page so as to integrate him into the group better, ok? Also is that an ok size for a post? If not I'll try and think of something to lengthen it with. Sorry about my post before not being up to standards, I was just excited to rp and wanted to get something down.

It's better. But the point of making a good post is taking your time. Whenever you want to hurry up and just post something, the quality will drop and that is something that I don't want to happen. Maybe you can think about the details you can write in your text. Like what was the reason why he was late and how did he get there. Ask yourself questions like that. ^^RiddleWrappedEnigma said:

tips to lengthening posts. (though i am far from an expert, in fact i'm one of the least qualified people to ask, but i'm posting this anyway. all lowercase ftw!)
describing the scene
character thoughts
fight scenes (haven't done one yet, which is surprising since i keep entering fighting-related rps, but they seem to just die out.)
tl;dr. ramble. but ramble with meaning so it still makes sense. ramble with aim.

there were trees with bright green leaves. there was also a slight wind.
the trees were oak, a variety only seen in the most obscure parts of the world; making the peaceful view seem almost exclusive to just this place. no where else would you see such bright green leaves, the color almost cartoon-like. the effect of the wind running through these leaves was just, mesmerizing.

bob thought his name was stupid.
bob thought that his name was idiotic. who even names their kid bob!? did his parents wake up one day and say "yeah, i think we're going to torture our kid and name him bob!" they must've. either way, he was stuck with his name for the foreseeable future. so he may as well just accept it.

lisa swung her sword the wrong way and sliced off her finger.
lisa raised her blade in front of her, tilted in just a way that she could block most incoming attacks without exerting much energy. her hands were sweaty, and forgetting she was wielding a blade, she started to wipe them off on her trousers. the blade slipped and cut off the tip of her left pinky, bringing a strong stinging sensation, as well as blood. lots of blood.

are we all going to suspect each other now? is this a murder mystery or something? if so, i'm gonna be one of those people in the background. only the people in the spotlight that are actually talking are the ones who get suspected.

good. then you are not insane. but what if insane people are actually sane and everyone else isn't? what if britain's cooking is good and ours just sucks? what if the sky isn't real?
that's ridiculous of course! anyone with a brain knows that distances are messed up and the sky is just too.... blue. sky! you look too plain! clouds cannot make lines in the sky! and most of all, the sun already makes the fake sky a fake blue, so why is it blinding too?

i just realized that i accomplished a whole lot of nothing with a giant post. oh well, at least i pointed out that there's two kids staring out windows ,another kid doing a handstand for some reason, and brought a water pistol into play. but that pistol's been in his bag for who knows how long, and with what kind of water? dun dun dun!
by the way, i have no clue how this assembling of gadgets works, but apparently im good at guessing things sometimes. except the name of it, i want to say "engineering", but i'm not sure. nope nevermind, i'm pretty sure that's called engineering.
by the way (again, really me? can't i find another one?) note, if you haven't figured it out by now, Derik is good at gizmos, but I'm not. I learned that about him when i started this. xD hehe heh heh... [awkwardly shuffles away] (damn, i ramble a lot)
