So I've been noticing a crippling lack of RPs centered around dragons on here, and the few I've found that DO involve dragons are either about dragon riders, which are kind of boring in my opinion, or they just kinda sorta died. SO, I have decided to fix this issue with a dragon RP of my own! If people are interested, anyway.
I was thinking that there would basically be two different species/kingdoms - medievii dragons, (dragons that are like 15 feet tall and are usually super strong but only have one or two elemental abilities, i.e. fire breath, frost breath, etc.) and galactii dragons. (dragons that are only like 5 feet tall BUT have lots of really cool elemental powers)
The two species of dragons are at war with one another, and y/c has decided to enroll in the army in order to help out. Or maybe you're just a vigilante heading onto the battlefield without the rank of soldier hovering over your head. Or perhaps you're a hitman, hired to assassinate a powerful general while everyone else is busy beating each other up. It's up to you!
You can also play as other species that do not have their own kingdoms, such as gryphons, unicorns, etc.
I have the lore of each species thought out already as well as the reason for the war, but I'd rather not type it all out in case this thread dies. If people are interested, however, I'll be sure to include all of that information in the official thread.
One unique thing about this RP, however, is that one side will actually win once the RP ends. I've already decided the victor, though I recommend you pick sides based on what you want to RP as rather than just who you think is gonna win.
Anyway, that's about all. If you're interested, please let me know, and feel free to ask questions/make suggestions.
