Anyone up for a 1x1 roleplay?

Bash swam to the edge of the pond where he could properly stand, being as careful as he could with the little creature in the jar, in order to get a better look at her. he doubted if she could hear him through the glass or even understand english so he didnt even bother tryin gto talk to her yet. he was, though, aware that there were no air holes in the jar so he had to decide what to do with her fairly quickly
once he go to where he could stand he lifted the fairy in the jar to get a better look. almot to himself he siad "i didnt think things like you exisited..."

Annora stayed curled up in the bottom of the jar, but kept staring at Bash. Would he open the lid and let her be free? If he did, she promised herself to flee the area and never return. This place was far too dangerous.

(Sorry, I thought I replied earlier...My computer must have glitched or something :P )

(it fine i have to switch to my phone soon though if i go offline i didnt mean to)

Bash was at a loss, he knew she was probably scared but he didnt want to let her go just yet... besides he had to make sure she was ok. he took her out of the pon with him and set the jar in the greass while he toweled off when he was done he picked her up again ans asked "do you understand me? are you hurt?"

She saw his mouth move, but all his words were muffled and she couldn't hear.

And, was it just her, or was it getting a little harder to breathe? She looked up at the top of the jar and didn't see any way new air could filter into her jar. Her eyes widened and suddenly she flew up to the lid, trying to twist it open from the inside, but failing.

Bash saw her struggle with the lid. He knew talking to her now was pointless but if she didn't calm down shed use up what air she has left... And he wanted to help but he also didnt want her to fly away. So he put the jar down once again this time to grab his shirt which he placed over the jar holding the shirt tight around the bottom so she couldn't get through in her feakout
And carefully unscrewed the lid through his shirt

When the lid was taken off she tried shooting out anyway, but was 'sling-shotted' back into the jar. She whined and got back to her feet, staring up at Bash and the shirt covering her escape.

"I'm sorry but I want to talk to you... I don't trust that you'll stick around if I just let you go." bash explained as he succured his shirt around the top with his lucky rubber band and then started trimming the extra fabric of his shirt with his pocket knife so they could see each other properly "I promise I won't hurt you. I just want to talk..."

She slumped back down and kept staring at Sebastian, waiting for this 'talk'. (Short, sorry)

Bash sighed "I know your not happy with me... Or my brother and his friends.... But, I have a sister.... She going through a faze... And her birthday is in two days..." he stumbled for something better to say a better way to explain. Frustrated he ran his free hand through his hair. He couldn't understand why it was so hard to talk to her

She crossed her arms over her chest. A human birthday? Why was this human telling her tha--Wait. Didn't humans give gifts?

She glared now and stood up.

Bash stared down at her for a moment not realizing why she was mad and then it hit him. He shut his eyes tight and groanded. He'd always had trouble talking to girls... Who knew a fairy would have the same effect? "that's not what I ment, I swear. Besides shed have let you go when she saw you werent happy. Shes not cruel. I just want to show you to her. She's in love with the idea of fairies. She'd go nuts if she actually met one." he stampered on thinking of how happy his sister would be. Valentine was his only sister and they had been thick as thives since the day she could walk. She was his life, the only reason he was still living at home

Slowly she hovered, then pointed at the makeshift lid. She wanted out. She'd stick around...Maybe. But she wouldn't let anyone touch or trap her again. She went higher in the jar and gestured again. Maybe this human was dumb enough to really let her out...?

"how can I trust you to stick around after you've been scared half to death? Part of which was probably my fault..." bash shook his head "I'll get you food and water what ever you need but... I can't trust you'd stick around... It's only two days."

Slowly she sunk back to the jar's bottom and sat down again. Unfortunately the human wasn't stupid.

The fairy huffed.

"can you speak?" he asked tossing the remains of his shirt and tattered towel over his shoulder. He held the fairy carefully in one hand and with his other hand he checked his phone for the time

"Yes." She said, though her voice was muffled from inside the jar. She peered at the phone curiously and flew upwards to try looking at it better. The topof it glowed and there were little boxes and pictures over it. What was it?

Bash saw her eye his phone and he held it so she could see. It wasn't anything special in fact it was extreamly outdated. A first generation iPhone, he couldn't even download apps anymore. Not that he used them anyway. "it's called a cell phone." he explained "it takes pictures makes calls and sends text messages... Not that you understand what those are I guess... I have some games on it you can play later if you like"

Her eyes lit up with curiosity and she quickly scanned the phone. "Ok." The fairy squeaked. She wondered what these 'games' were.

Bash floors the phone toward him made a few taps and then showed her the screen again this time there was a young redheaded girl on the screen wearing wings a tutu and a wand with a star at the end of it. She girl was smiling impish on the screen. She looked nothing like sebastion except that they had the same eyes. "this is my sister, Valentine. But everyone calls her Val.."

"What is she pretending to be?" The fairy asked in a mostly emotionless tone, scanning the picture. She had been told she wasn't very kind to kids, but had no idea why others had said so.

"Oh. Right." She said. "So about the games...What are they, when can I play them, and do I get to come out of this dumb jar?" She pestered with a few questions. Some of the fairies in her home had called her pushy, and others had called her childish. She didn't care really, because they had their own annoying personalities as well.

"first off it wouldn't be very nice of me to leave cooped up in the jar. I'll make sure you have space to fly first and then I'll hand over my phone." Bash said looking up at the ramshackle building he called home. Since his father used most of their money for alcohol they only had just enough to buy food let alone send the rest of his siblings to school "I'm going to have to hide you for a minute" he said just before he wrapped the jar up in his towel and torn shirt and then walked through the door

"I don't like the dark..." She whined quietly, sitting on the jar's floor legs crisscrossed, with her arms crossed over her chest. Basically she was pouting like a child.

Sebastion tried to get through the house unnoticed to his small bedroom but his father saw him first. And lashed out at bash for not having his shirt on... It wasn't that he was bad looking, his father was just an angry drunk. Of course the whole exchange notified the rest of his siblings that he was home and they all pounced on him asking for this or complaining about that. So much so that bash had to raise his bundle above his head to keep them from knocking it out of his hands. Eventually he wadded his way out of the gaggle of kid to his room with just Val still hanging on to him. He managed to shoo her away too under the pretext that he was going to give her boy cooties if she didn't go and she ran off giggling. He closed the door and carefully unwrapped the jar to find it upside down. "are you ok?" he asked
