I have many OC ideas, however I lack the artistic talent to make these characters into a reality. I'm just curious if anyone has the ability to draw like Nomura for KH/FF styled concept art.

Drawing in his style is not difficult. The problem is this is more like a commission not a request. This is not cheap in concept art market. If you really want people to do this for you you actually have to offer something. There are people with the talent in this thread but I don't think they will be interested in taking free request like this.
