Having been here for over a fortnight, my introduction is done, dusted and left to dry somewhere in the depths of this website.


So now I'm back here looking for partners! People who have similar interests, ideas or taste in fiction... Anyone who wouldn't mind me joining them in whatever RPs we both like. I've only found a few people I think I'm compatible with so far so now I'm in search of more. *hisses*


I'll try not to be too pretentious and list all my personal qualities and tastes here for everyone to see, hehe... (' ) So if you're looking for a partner too and want us to get to know each other, HMU by replying or sending me a message!

Oh, well, in that case you should check the other interest check forums. The introductions forum isn't where you look for partners.

Isn't that this board's entire point, though? To introduce yourself to others, make your first connections and befriend people? If this entire board is just a garbage dump for people to say 'hi' and never speak to each other again, there really is no purpose to this place...

I never actually made an introductory thread here, contrary to your assumption. I just started posting in other boards and made myself known to a few people. This is the first stand-alone post I've made in Introductions.


Now, I really, really appreciate that you're trying to help, and I don't mean to be rude, but I think your ongoing endeavour to shut down my thread is, quite bluntly, pointless. I'm trying to use this place for what it was made for and acting like a mini-mod isn't going to do anyone any good. I'm not breaking any rules nor pushing any boundaries. All I want to do is find people who will work well with me for a long period of time.


You've made your point twice and I've acknowledged it. Please do not try and make it again, I already know your opinion on the matter.


PS. Ugh, sorry if this comes across as angry. I'm just really fed up with humanity in general this week, no thanks to a number of unsavoury encounters elsewhere...

Eugh, no hard feelings. I just don't understand... Interest checks are for interest checks... Introductions are for introductions... Why merge the two?
