Welp, it looks like I'm a bit late to this party... But, if you still feel up to drawing after you finish all these, would you mind trying an alien race? It's one I came up with for a novel idea, but I have no art skills at all to give any sort of visual depiction. I have a brief description of the story concept and some information about their physical attributes on this thread here (under the tab Sci-fi - Brave New Worlds), but of course I would be willing to answer any questions that weren't covered.
One thing I didn't address in there was clothing, mostly because I just assumed people could use their own imaginations in that regard, but the idea I had in mind was a sort of mix-and-match concept, where cloth would be manufactured with alternating holes and buttons where seams would be and held in place through knots tied through holes, the buttons of a lower layer fitting through the holes of the upper, or straps with two holes going over two buttons. For example, an over garment may be made without sleeves, but short sleeves are able to be attached to it, and then longer sleeves attached to them, and so on. But I know from my own sketches that that is a bit difficult to make look right on paper, so any sort of clothing would be fine. I do have a somewhat traditional feel in mind, but of course that's not set in stone.
Anyway, it's just an idea, you don't have to do it if you don't feel like it. Thanks for reading! (:

The clothes sound extremely interesting. I don't think I would put too manyclothing details in a simple request, but I would love to do a full reference sheet for you if you are satisfied with my simpler sketch, and want something more later.

Yeah, I have some drawings that look good IRL but look crappy whenever I cap them. So maybe some DIGITAL artwork would work better. I kinda suck at digital drawing... xD
