Why cant he be supplied food from deceased people? Like from the morgue? Obviously Des isn't going AWOL to hunt down some people 45 miles away. Like I said, you can still disguise it as human flesh so other students don't know.

It’s not the eat flesh part that is so bad, It’s me deciding if a character is worth changing my universe for. Because I latter my world this time will I have to do it for everyone? Am I going to imply that one character is more worthy than another. Like I want you to keep it, like I really do I just need help or time to figure out a way for it to make sense in this universe

If he eats humans
a. the other heroes wouldn't just send him flesh to eat so he can survive they'd probably be like we need to kill him before he eats our young
b. the flesh even if masked like food will smell rotten and those with higher senses of smell will expose him
c. if the other students find out they will come for him and roast him like a thanksgiving turkey
Almost everyone will be against him aside from the kinder, naive, and more accepting characters. And they might fear him. It's like a double edged sword lol In all honesty this is a fantasy world with high fantasy elements so nothing is exactly... far fetched.

Like the plot doesn’t change. It’s the universe that changes. I know how to feed him in the school I figured that out a half a hour ago. What I’m trying to figure out is how he works in this universe, and I have two options but both of those conflict with the school.

Well it’s a better alternative and gets over all the moral problems we are have with the power of sience, I mean unless he cannot eat that...but so far it’s the best option we have that solves all the issues we may have with the character

What’s sad is that I didn’t even have a moral dilemma I was more on the lines of , these mother fuckers are not going to spend money on buying him dead bodies when the cheeped solution is just to kill him. But since hero labs are a free organization (the time and energy used there is voluntary) no money lost.

The hero academy is part of the hero society. Hero labs are not exclusive to the school. And the people who work there are not paid they are driven by morals but they themselves do t want to be in the line of duty or do not have Powers. Even long after he is out the school they hero society would not ignore him.
