Realistic or Modern Animalia

Eleanor smiled at Heather softly, "You know that I think of you as my daughter right Heather? I love you very much."

Leaning down Eleanor gave her small kiss on her fore head.

Luna shook her head and looked at Eleanor, "I want to be strong like her not the weak minded person I am at the moment..."

"My queen you are the strongest person I know. Some appear to be strong, but when put in different situations would be completely different. Don't compare yourself to others my queen. You are perfect." Angie hated hearing the queen talk like that.

Heathers cheeks turned red "I'm never going to get a date if you keep doing that in public!" She said laughing half joking. " I love you like my own mother, Queen Eleanor." She really did love the queen like a mother. Her real mother had always been so busy the queen and some of the staff were all she really knew growing up.

Luna smiled happily at Angie, "Thank you Angie, I am glad that you think of me in that way..."

Eleanor and gave her another kiss, "Oh what is a mother to do with a child like you?"

Jokingly Eleanor laughed at Heather pinching her cheeks, "That colour looks nice on you kiddo."

Angie smiled back at Luna and decided that just being by her side for the time being was the most important thing to attend to.

Heather turned even redder and half chuckled while trying to look around and make sure no one was watching.

Adrian was rather detatched from the celebration group. He was more baffled at how easily the war ended. There weren't any conditions to be set. A war that was going on since his father's time has ended with a few small words? He glanced at Elizabeth to see her helping with the preparations to the feast and gave her a small smile. Although he was still wary, he supposed that he could accept peace for now. He took a deep breath and walked over to Elizabeth to start helping with preparations.

(Wasn't Lupe the past king's name?)

Elizabeth kept her composure as the Prince began helping. "The war is over," she said lightly. She paused, struggling with her conflicting emotions. "It's over..surprisingly fast considering how long it lasted." She hesitated before continuing. "How are you feeling about this?" Knowing him, she expected his reaction to be similar to hers, though she still WS curious of his response.

Adrian stared at the way the decorations were arranged, and he didn't like it one bit. He was still staring a little until Elizabeth started speaking. He sighed, "I don't understand why it was over so quickly. My father was a wise man; he would have accepted peace quickly, unless the kingdom was in peril." He thought that maybe Queen Eleanor and his father weren't at good terms. There's no real reason to decline peace, especially when the war has been lasting so long. Perhaps they just never tried for peace until now?

Aspen grinned as she heard the war was over. "That information travel fast," she landed just outside the castle and start walking inside. "I wonder if they have the same kind of food here," she smiled and walked down the hallway, trying to find the kitchen. She haven't been into this castle before and it made her excited to discover things in here. "I wonder if there's a secret passage..." She continues walking.

Aura was near the celebration group, but eventually grew bored and made her way to the feast area. She spotted her brother Adrian, and slowly made her way over to greet him.

"Hi," She said to him.

Adrian shot Elizabeth another apologetic smile. People seemed to enjoy interrupting their conversations a lot. Or maybe it was just in their blood. He put down what he was holding and turned to his sister. "Hello, Aura." Admittedly, he did not have many interactions with his sister lately. Whether that was just due to being busy with lessons, mourning over his father, or even just because she wasn't that young and thus not as clingy anymore is debatable.

"How are you?" Aura asked, glancing over at his maid. She hadn't really noticed or realized she may have interrupted something.

She gazed around the room for a moment, curious of what they would be eating at the feast. Aura had grown her normal appetite once again after mourning, and was hungry.

"I'm fine." Adrian replied, glancing every now and then at Elizabeth to make sure she wasn't too peeved at Aura. He went back to wishing that the arrangements would be different, but he couldn't change it now. How did the servants get the feast preparations so quickly anyways? He'd have to ask Elizabeth that sometime soon.

Then there was an awkward silence. "Well... I'll see you later. I'm going to go to my room," She said, slowly turning around. She had been in her room a lot lately, and now that seemed to be her favorite place.

"All right," Adrian sighed, it looked like she was heading towards her room. He noticed her eyeing the food a while ago, so he wondered if she would miss dinner or not. Well, there was nothing stopping her from sleeping in, but that wouldn't be very polite to the Avian guests. He sighed, and started helping with the preparations again.

Aura left the room and made her way to her own quarters. Once inside she sighed, and flopped onto her bed. She planned to go to the dinner, but didn't want to grow a headache before it even started. She rolled onto her side and closed her eyes, occasionally opening them and looking over at the door, or at the clock on her nightstand beside her bed. She guessed the feast would be in 10 minutes or something.

Luna smiled at her guests and invited her in to the food room, "I hope you will eat enough food to fill you up."

Looking around she noticed her nephew and noticed the tail of her niece as she left the celebration room.
I wonder if she is feeling alright... She had just started to eat as well... Worried Luna began to think about her niece.

Eleanor looked at the feast in awe and smiled at the assortments of food in front of her, "Well they have really out done their selves..."

Waiting for the others to eat Eleanor took a step back and smiled at them all.

Mira walked through the room. She honestly couldn't believe it was this war really over? it was a hard thing for her to believe but she had to. She still wondered which one of the royals she was related to... she had never met her parents and to whoever it was she was just a servant to them. She would never understand this fancy lifestyle they had at all she just didn't ever imagine herself being some kind of a princess, it was unimaginable to her. She looked at Luna and wondered what was on her mind... oh well it wasn't her problem she thought to herself. One of the members of the stealth team walked up to her to ask her if she had seen any suspicious characters in which she replied no, they were all just on edge about the Queen's safety at such an occasion.

Noticing Mira, Luna walked over to her and handed her a plate with some food on it, "Celebrate a little Mira! You can't just always be working you know? Everyone needs a small break sometimes."

Handing the plate to Mira, Luna smiled softly at her stealth knight.

She looked at the plate and all of the expensive foods on it. But she had reason to be wary, this would be the perfect opportunity for anyone who had a grudge to simply swoop in while they thought the defenses would be down. Well the stealth squad were dedicated to the protection of the kingdom. "There's no such thing as working too much, it's my duty as a knight to keep this place safe and I plan to do my job" She was always this serious, it wasn't often she let her guard down and she wasn't going to let herself forget about her duties now of all times, she needed to be ready at any moment. She had no time to celebrate.

Her smiled faded slightly but then returned as she giggled, "I guess that is just you Mira. But please don't work yourself too hard that you hurt yourself. I know that you all are doing a fabulous job and I am very grateful for you."

Placing her hand on Mira's shoulder Luna gave her a quick squeeze and then brought her arm down.

She felt a bit awkward by the contact but also this was just Luna being herself. Mira simply wasn't used to that sort of thing, she was only 15 years old and she was already commander of the stealth force. She was practically born in the face of danger and this definitely wasn't her cup of tea. "Thank you Luna" She said plainly, she was happy whenever she was praised even though she didn't show it much it was in those deadly blood red eyes of hers, all of her emotions always showed through her eyes.

Luna chuckled she knew that Mira didn't tend to show her emotions but she didn't want the 15 year old think that this was all she had to do.

"Mira please remember that you are only a 15 year old. You can come to me whenever you want something. I don't want you to be uncomfortable."

Angie had gone to double check everything for the queens meal was going well, but when she came back Luna was gone. Frantically Angie scanned the room and asked other assistants if they knew where she was. One of the knights pointed to her not far from where they were currently standing. Angie walked fast, but slow enough not to alarm anyone over to the queen. "Ma'am, I couldn't find you. Is everything alright?!?" Angie noticed she had been talking to the commander of the stealth force as she looked to the side of luna. She politely smiled and looked back at the queen. "I have your food coming out any moment my queen."

Luna smiled and clapped her hands, "Oh yay! Angie and Mira, you will both join me in eating this beautiful feast! No exceptions!"

Tugging on both their arms Luna hugged each of their arms.

The stealth forces giggled silently, yes silently to themselves watching their captain get dragged off to the feast which she clearly wasn't very fond of big occasions such as this. She wasn't going to refuse her higher up but she definitely wasn't the most excited of people. Her fluffy tail drooped between her legs, this was going to be a long day for her, the war was over, no fighting, no chaos. She was really at peace when there was no peace and now she was back to being a guard dog for the queen. Wonderful day indeed...
