Ai Min looked concern, " What happened? Did we do something wrong? ", she asked.

Peter shook his head.


"No....." He looked over at the door. "Im not sure what's wrong...." Elliot-Rose looked down at her lap. Kenji looked around.


"Maybe someone should go out and see what's the matter." He suggested.

Lu Xun stood up, " I'll do it ", he said with a smile before going to find Jessica to figure out what had happened. Fang Hua watched him go before asking the entire group, " Is there something wrong with him? His eyes look like they're sad... ".

Kenji sighed and looked around at his friends.


"Anyone wanna tell the story?" He asked.


Jessica was pacing outside. There were holographs coming from her eyes. She was searching for something on the internet. She was making strange noises, almost as if she was crying but she's an android so she cant.

Chun Hei spoke up on behalf of her brother. " When we were children, our parents had been killed in a plane crash, there were no survivors to tell the tale of what had happened. The police say that there was a malfunction with the engine, but we'll never know the truth really ".


" Penny for your thoughts? ", Lu Xun asked from behind Jessica, his hands were shoved into the pockets of his pants while he looked at Jessica with a bored stare.

Elliot-Rose looked at her feet


"Im sorry for your loss."


Jessica turned around and the holograms retreated into her eyes. Once seeing her actual eyes, they were filled fear, worry, and sadness.


"Have you heard of Timothy Xavier?"

" Thank you, but don't fret about it ", Chun Hei said with a shrug while TingZhe simply gazed at her with uncertainty in his eyes. It was only when Lilly sent TingZhe a glare was when he stopped. Soon, Mika walked back into the living room with a tray of desserts and refreshments. It was a bit heavy for her to carry and it was obvious that she was slightly struggling. Tai silently stood up and took the tray from her hands before placing it onto the coffee table, shocking his siblings, who had rarely seen that side of Tai, with the exception of Fang Hua.


Lu Xun nodded his head, " I have. He went missing a couple of years ago ".

Peter gaped at Tai.


"Woah...." He whispered. Elliot-Rose nudged him.


"Stop that." She whispered to him.


Jessica stepped toward him.


"How many years ago? Was there anything on the news about it? Do you know what happened?"

Mika blushed at Tai helping her before giving him a small smile, which Tai acknowledge with a pat on the head before seating himself protectively next to Fang Hua, glaring at Zhang Pai who was still staring at her. Mika looked over at Bae, a blush still adorning her cheeks. She gave him a small smile before sitting next to Lilly.


" Too many ", Lu Xun replied, " It's the year 2014 and he went missing around when I was in elementary school and that was about ten maybe eleven years ago. I could be wrong though ".

Elliot-Rose smiled at Mika.


"Thank you." She said.


Bae returned the smile to Mika.


Jessica turned around, the holograms shooting out her eyes again. She continued searching data bases and anywhere she could gain information.

" Anything you guys ave to ask? ", Victor asked with a wide smile on his face. TingZhe spoke up, " I do... what the hell is that? ", he asked while pointing at a weird device that was being held up on a stand. " Google glass ", was Chun Hei's bitter reply, " Why? Going to try and steal it? ". TingZhe gave her an offended look, but when the two locked eyes, blushes adorned their cheeks.


Lu Xun went on to speak, " He's wanted by the FBI for unethical uses of electronics. No one knows where he wandered off to, but they do know that he never returned to the Android family he had created ".

Elliot-Rose looked around curiously.


"Who do you live here with Mika?" She asked.


Jessica froze. She began to shake.


"I want to go home.." She said, her voice electronic and not as smooth as it had been before.

" I live by myself ", Mika answered with a smile, " Sometimes Lilly sleeps over ".


Lu Xun stood next to Jessica, his hands still in his pockets. " You really loved him like a father, huh ", he said to himself more than her. He continued to speak, " I'll take you back to your house, but, I would personally be driven to try and savor my time with my sibling ". Slowly, almost cautiously, he pulled a jade pin out of his pocket, " My mother gave this to me right before she dd in a plane crash. I always have it with me to remind me of the good days. Do yourself a favor and reminisce about the happier memories ", he suggested.

Peter's eyes went wide


"You live by yourself? Isn't that against the law?"


Jessica looked at the green pin before looking at her feet.


"I suppose you're right....."

Mika giggled, " It's fine so long as I am not committing anything against the law such as growing drugs ", she answered in a rather blunt way which caused the group to slightly shudder at the thought of her growing something illegal.


Chuckling, Lu Xun patted her on the head before pocketing the pin. " Head back inside with your family soon ", he suggested before turning around and began making his way back towards the house.
