  something far worse happened in her junior year. there was a girl who would tease and push her around often. there was a day when nora snapped and on that night, she spotted the girl outside in the courtyard. nora fought her, but the girl wasn't expecting it and it was dark, so she was off her game. the next day, she had multiple bruises, a broken nose, and was in the hospital. nora said that the royals would come after her if she told anyone at all, so she didn't say anything.

  biography: nora was born to flemish parents in the city of düsseldorf. they had immigrated to germany from belgium just a few years before the girl was born. the family was always very wealthy, from nora's mother's family owning an international chocolate manufacturing company and her father's family owning an automotive manufacturing company.
  
  since she was young, her sister was always the star. nora was the one standing on the sidelines, often forgotten. her parents never asked "where's nora?" when she was gone somewhere, but they often asked "where's (the elizabeth's name)?" it hurt the little girl, honestly, though she would never say it. she was too shy to even speak up, which led to her being underestimated and taken for granted.
  
  when she was 8, she became extremely interested in art. design, in general, had fascinated her and she began drawing. she would draw houses and she would search for inspiration. these drawings were very articulate, unlike some drawing of houses expected from children. she drew full rooms and made the outsides of these houses look extremely detailed. nora was not a prodigy - she was actually quite far from it - but she was skilled.
  
  nora was always innocent one way or another. she has always been a natural "good girl", kindhearted and warm, despite her introversion. she always wanted to help others and she was always willing to do so. she never liked the darkness or the rain and she was seen as a "ray of sunshine". but as she grew older and was bullied in middle school for her extreme shyness, she could no longer be so innocent or so kind.
  
  she first displayed her ability to fight back one normal day in middle school. it was a private school, but despite the school's wealth and good education provided, the higher-ups did nothing to stop bullying and actually dismissed the bullying as "a bunch of lies". and thus, there were students who were being bullied relentlessly and they were thought of as liars and children trying to ruin reputation. nora was one of them.
  
  this fine day, a girl had intentionally tripped nora in front of a whole group of students as they were preparing for their next class. it was met with many different reactions, including many laughs, looks of embarrassment and sympathy, and avoidance, as some knew a fight would break out. as nora got up, she suddenly punched the girl square in the jaw with all the force her skinny body could muster. the girl's jaw had apparently been dislocated, she was taken to the hospital, and her parents' money kept knowledge of nora's altercation limited from the rest of the school as well as the press. only the witnesses knew, but they were told to keep quiet.
  
  nora skipped 8th grade and was in high school by the time she was 13. she was immediately recruited to the royals, a group that was founded by her sister's best friend, (the mary's name). since her sister was part of the group, the girl also went, as she wanted to be wherever her sister was. at first, she seemed like a breath of fresh air. she was sweet, helpful, and thoughtful, seemingly the opposite of her sister and the others. people liked her very much and questioned why she was with the royals.
  
  however, more and more people were sworn to secrecy after nora got into more and more trouble. she slept with another girl's boyfriend. she landed someone in the hospital with multiple bruises after beating them up badly in the dead of night. she caused her roommate to leave the school and move to another state after she was absolutely humiliated.
  
  these were situations that she would keep secret, even if it cost her. more and more people witnessed some of these encounters and these witnesses were threatened with lawsuits from each of the royals' parents, as they all had each other's backs. they kept quiet and so did nora.

personality: Cheyanne can be a devious little person. She's short and small, but she's a firecracker you don't want to mess with. She used to get her siblings in trouble with their parents; you're nothing to her if you get on her bad side. On her good side, she's honest and loyal and genuinely fun to be around. She loves laughing and making other people smile, but she can flip that switch like nobody's business. Going on the honesty thing, she is brutally honest, and might not care that she hurt your feelings doing so. She's got no problem telling someone how it really is, whether they want to hear it or not. Oh, and don't tell her you think someone is cute.

Cheyanne feels as though she deserves the best, and that's what she's going to get. It's what her parents have done for her her whole life, so it's something that she expects from others as well. Cheyanne is not an only child, but you could say she's spoiled, and you would be right. She's the youngest out of four, having an older sister and two older brothers. All three of them went to very prestigious schools and made something out of themselves, and now it's her turn. Growing up, however, she can't deny she was the smartest of them all. Or at least the most devious. She was the type of sibling to break a lamp in an argument, cry and blame you, and suddenly you had broken the lamp. She had mommy and daddy wrapped around her little finger, and she still does.

Her oldest brother is a dietician, her sister is a nurse on her way to becoming a doctor, and her next brother is finishing up law school. Her parents were thrilled to know that she wanted to follow in their academic footsteps and attend East Hills Academy. She wants to work with animals, because she hates children and thinks adults are boring. But she also has a passion for singing, and attends voice lessons as well as being in the school chorus.

Despite the fact that she had everything almost handed to her in her life, everything isn't perfect, and it never really was. The amount of pressure she is under, despite just being in high school, is overwhelming. She struggles with deep insecurities, stemming from her perfect siblings and snide comments from her mother. Her father tries to buy her love, and though it's a classic story, its her life and she hates that he's gone.

BIOGRAPHY
Theo was born in Madrid, Spain during his father’s time serving as the US ambassador to the country. The Bennett family has long been active in US politics, with Theo’s father being the most successful. From the moment Theo was born, it was expected that he would continue his family’s political legacy.

Theo is an only child, and as soon as he could walk and talk he began being groomed to fulfill he predetermined life path. He attended only private schools, had multiple tutors, and attended any and all social events that his parents attended. He didn’t see or spend much time with his parents, his father’s work schedule kept him busy and out of town a lot, and his mother was a true socialite who never really had the maternal instinct, thus he was looked after by hired nannies. He always looked up to his father and tried to get his attention and impress him.

When Theo turned ten, his father decided it was time for him to start learning the ins and outs of the political world and started taking more of an interest in him. He started taking Theo to meetings and even on business trips. Theo enjoyed getting to know his father and learned a lot from him. His father taught him how to use charm to get what he wants out of people. But the more time Theo spent with his father, the more pressure and expectations were put on him.

When it came time for Theo to start high school, he just wanted a break from the pressure that his father put on him, so he decided to look for a way to out from under his father and his expectations. He found out about East Hills Academy, which was not only far enough away from his father in DC, but also prestigious enough for his father to agree to his attendance. He decided he would use his four years of high school in California to have fun and enjoy himself before getting serious about his future and having to answer to his father again.

Once at East Hills, it didn’t take long for Theo to gain popularity. And once he started dating the most popular girl at school, he joined the school’s elite group, the royals. He loves being a part of the ruling class of East Hills and will do whatever it takes to stay in it.
