It had been quite a long time since Kailehs would consider she had any serious, real fun. Her missions had been rather dry lately, though successful, they bored her. The same old seducing powerful Resistance leaders undercover, killing them, sneaking into enemies bases, sabotaging Resistance relationships with other members of the galactic empires, it all got old. She highly anticipated that today would be much the same.

The one thing that never ceases to amaze was the view from the windows in her quarters. As an Operative Agent and Spy, she had living chambers on one of the upper levels of the Finalizer- the main First Order battleship. They had granted her, rather graciously, a beautiful view of the cosmos all to her own. It was, truly, the one thing that forced her out of her bed in the mornings.

A loud beeping came from the corner of the room. It was annoying, but familiar. It grew in urgency as it became louder and louder. Grumbling, Kailehs slid out from underneath her blankets.
The datapad that sat on her desk was flashing, meaning that the beeping came from it. She had a message.
Meet in General Hux's Command Room. Immediately.
"Damnit,"

It was, most likely, another boring mission that needed to be debriefed. Oddly, though, these trivial things hardly ever concerned Hux himself. It must be important. She hoped it was.

After slipping into her standard form fitting gray jumpsuit, the woman fixed her wavy blonde hair back in a slick pony tail and took a quick glance in the mirror. The jumpsuit wonderfully accentuated her lean, yet curvaceous figure. She stood at a regal - not really - 5'5. Two silvery blue, larger eyes sat above a straight nose. Her looks often helped in a great many of her jobs.

--

She got lost a few times, but Kailehs finally made it to General Hux's command room. Two storm troopers stood guard outside. They gave her no trouble and granted her entrance.

The General nodded at her arrival, motioning for her to have a seat at the large oval table that sat at the center of the large room.
The doors opening behind them drew both their attention as a large, black figure entered the room.

The light kept on pulling him, this nudge and tugging at the back of his mind. It seemed to be a routine that happened every so often. Kylo Ren always managed to overcome the pull, yet it always returned at some point. It was at this point that he found himself by his Grandfather, Darth Vader.

It was times like, in solitude, that he wondered if he would be strong enough with the force to finish what his Grandfather started. Then he remembered how his parents had wronged him so causing him to be filled with determination to complete the task he had set out for himself. Wiping the Jedi and resistance of the face of the universe.

A beeping lured Kylo out of his thoughts, instantly frustrating him. It was none other than that insolent General Hux who had summoned him to his command room. Summoned him, Kylo Ren. He grabbed his helmet and put it on, hoping for General Hux's sake that this wasn't going to be a complete waste of his time.

His lips where drawn in a tight line as he stalked down the metallic hallways, if this wasn't important or he might have to have a little word with this General. Kylo found it hard to understand just why Snoke had placed him in such a high potion, he was good at making speeches to the stormtroopers and as far as Kylo was aware there was not much else that he was good at. He was just a face for The First Order and should remember his place.

Kylo Ren took pleasure in the fact that all of the stormtroopers avoided him and gave him lots of room to walk down the centre of the hallway. Maybe he should speak to Snoke about downgrading Hux to there level until he could learn some respect to those who are superior to him. At the very least the Generals humiliation might prove to be ever so entertaining.

He was still toying with this idea when he entered General Hux's command room.

"I hope that this is important."

The dark, masked man sure made an entrance. Every other officer present in the room seemed to shake in their boots at his presence. Even Hux, as stoic as he often was, gulped in a breath of air before acknowledging the tall man lingering in the doorway. As Kylo Ren spoke, Kailehs felt her own blood run cold, a feeling she was not familiar with. Typically, nothing really frightened the Agent and she was able to keep her emotions in check. But, something about this powerful man made her feel so, so small.

Hux cleared his throat and addressed Ren. "Glad you decided to finally join us," he sneered as politely as he possibly could. "As you are probably unaware, you have been assigned a mission, one that is rather lengthy and might take more skill than you are able to provide," The General stated matter-of-factly, still facing Ren.

"She, Agent 44, will be assisting you." Kailehs sat up straighter as she was mentioned. Agents were hardly ever called by their actual names, at least not in formal settings. Besides, she doubted anyone in the room even knew she had an actual name.

The Agent stood, saluting the dark figure in the doorway. "I look forward to working with you, Sir." she exclaimed, trying to keep her voice as level as was possible.

Kylo narrowed his eyes when he was watched General Hux, paying little attention to the agent he was going to be working with. Instead, he was busy running a range of different ways to dispose of the insolent General through his head so didn't even spear her a glance.

"What is it about this mission that you claim may need more skill then I possess?" Kylo asked in dangerously low tone. It was a fine line that the General walked, he wondered how long it will be until he slipped and fell into some fire depths where there would be no return. Maybe all he needed was a small push in the right direction.

It was only then that he glanced at Agent 44 and frowned ever so slightly. It wasn't that she wasn't pleasing to look at, no it was more of the fact that she would probably just be dead weight. Kylo was at least pleased to notice that she was uneased, though she hid it well.

He looked back at General Hux, studying his face very carefully. Was this some sort of test to see just how patient he could be if so he knew that is wouldn't be long before it was over.

Kailehs frowned as Kylo Ren offered no reply to her statement. She didn't take too kindly to being ignored, but she understood that he could, and would, end her life if she crossed him. Now wasn't the time to be snarky.

Her bright eyes danced back to the General as he seemed very anxious. "Well, Commander, Operativr Agents prove to be very useful in terms of spying and gathering intel. Unlike you, she can slip between the cracks."

He turned to address the whole room. "Now, we have gathered word that the Resistance have an important intelligence base located on the planet Hoth," The Agent noted the distaste in the others at the name. She knew it was a brutally cold place, and wasn't looking forward to this already.

"Kylo Ren and Agent 44 will land there, as we have readon to believe that Leia Organa herself is stationed there. Capture her, and bring her back to the Finalizer. Simple as that."

There was nothing simple about it. Kailehs sighed, and lowered her head to the table

Saying his was furious didn't begin to cut it, this was a mission for a lackey not for him. But if it would help bring down the resistance, finish what his Grandfather started Kylo would do it. He would also through this show just how much General Hux underestimated him.

"You forget, I do not need to slip through the cracks to get to where I am meant to be," Kylo said. Though he had already made his mind up about this mission, there was no need not to make the General dance some more. He refused to be weak. But would get this mission done

As in doing this, in bringing the women that gave birth to him here he would prove his loyalty to Snoke, who he knew had begun to doubt him. Ren would also cut down the last ties he had to the light side, and then just maybe the nagging and itching at the back of his mind would leave him in peace once and for all.

Kailehs watched the interaction between her two superiors, waiting to be dismissed. She couldn't help but linger longer on Kylo Ren's formidable form. She had heard of him and his fits of rage. He was merciless, some even questioned if he was a human being.

"I believe you two would like to be aquatinted. You leave tomorrow." The General finished, ignoring Ren's remarks. He waved his hand again, bored with the Agent. She took that as her cue.

She slipped out of her seat and waited for Kylo to say something, or move, or do anything. Surely this mission was his to head, and she was merely a tool at his disposal.

Kylo glared at General Hux, when he returned he would be sure to make him pay in every way possible, without completely killing him. He had yet more uses, even if Kylo didn't want to admit it.

He turned back to the girl who seemed to be waiting to say something, at least it didn't seem like she would be questioning his order in any way or form. It would make things all the much better for her, just as long as she remembered to stay out of his way in this mission.

"You may take yourself for one of the best out there, it would do good to head my advice girl ... You will stay out of my way, and follow my every command without question to the letter. We wouldn't want an accident to befall you now would we" Kylo said, yet directed that last bit more in Hux's direction.

Everyone in the room stood still as Kylo continued to speak. She could hear the small noise coming from Hux's throat as he directed that last threat his way. Kailehs stood up even straighter, her hands falling to her sides as she did so.

She had never had any issues around men before, or anyone for that matter. If he was a human, he'd lighten up eventually. She's make sure of it. Two could play at this head manipulation game.

"Yes, Kylo," she said, smiling sweetly. It was, perhaps, dangerous to address him as Kylo rather than "Sir" or "Commander" but he needed her for this assignment, so he wouldn't dare hurt her over somethjng so small. She hoped.

"After you," she gestured toward the door, that smile still plastered to her pretty little face.

Kylo narrowed his eyes as he studied her, she was playing with fire now indeed. A part of him hoped that he would not have to teach her what happens when one crosses with him if he did it would at the very least send an example.

"You would do well to remember that I am your superior," Kylo said in a low tone. "Next time I have to remind you of that I assure you it will not be pleasant in the least," he added as he turned away.

He would have to keep an eye on her, she seemed to be more than meet the eye and he did not like surprises, even ones with pretty faces. She just seemed to be another snake in a mask, not that he had any right to judge if he was being honest. But whoever said he was one for honesty.

Kailehs didn't even notice that she had been holding her breath, waiting for Kylo to speak. After he did, and turned for the door, she exhaled and caught it back. This was going to be exhausting.

For the most part, she assumed, his threats and menacing manner was all for show, but she had no sure way of knowing that. She just hoped she was right.

"As the General so kindly advised us, I believe we should get aquatinted. This isn't going to be a very pleasant journey if I know nothing about you," her tone was slightly playful and sarcastic. She couldn't help it, she was determined to discover if there was a man under that mask.

Kylo turned back to the girl, studying her very closely. Did she have a death wish or something? Or was she simply stupid to talk to him in such a manner? No one apart from Snoke dared to keep on coming back for more, it made him both curious and furious.

"A mission such as this is not meant to be pleasant," Kylo said sternly. There was no way that this was going to be pleasant for him from the start. Turning on a person who believed you could change after everything you have done was hard enough. Kylo had hoped that she would at least have some sense in her head.

"The only thing you need to know about me is that those who cross me have a very gruesome fate in store," he added in a low tone, hoping this would be enough for her to keep her mouth shut.

The Agenr smirked at Kylo's reply. He really needed to losen up a bit. However, this was business so perhaps she should tone it down a bit. For now.

"Where are we going?" Her voice was once again level and professional, and she was truly curious where he was leading. They left early tomorrow, but she wasn't sure if there was anything they needed to do to prepare.

She took the time walking behind him to study him a bit more. He was tall, almost monstrously so. His shoulders were broad. He really liked the color black... Spooky was probably his middle name. She held back laughter at that thought. Deep down he had to have something making him act the way he did... something that made him insecure or scared. Everyone did.

Kylo couldn't help but let out a frustrated sigh at the fact she was still following him. Didn't people understand when someone just wanted to be alone? At least she had seemed to give in to the fact that he was the one in charge here.

"I am going to go and prepare a ship, we leave early," Kylo stated. He placed an emphasis on the I in an attempt to get rid of her.

He didn't need his help now, nor would he need it in the mission, it would be easier for him to get things done by himself, as he always was. She could at least be used as a distraction if needed, or bait for that matter.

Kailehs gritted her teeth together. She figured he wanted to be left alone, but that meant she'd have absolutely nothing to do.

"Suit yourself," she replied, her voice low and smooth. She caught up with his pace, walking passed him and turning to face him as she continued on backward. "That's a lot of work for one guy." She shrugged and spun back around so that her back was toward him, and started off down the hallway.

Kylo glared at her back, this mission was going to be so much longer with her around the whole time. She just couldn't take a hint the right way.

Letting out a frustrated sigh he called after her, "if you want to so much you can help."

Ren didn't see the point of not making her work, after all, she was the one that should have been doing most of the work herself. He tended to have more important matters to attend to himself. Kylo didn't want her to think that he would always be the one doing the things.

She shrugged as Kylo let her know that he would allow her to help. She grinned to herself before turning around to walk back to him.

"That's very kind of you to let me help," she sneered before walking past him.

Kylo couldn't help but clench his fists tightly as she walked past him. Oh, how it seemed that she loved to play with fire. He wondered just how long it would be before she got burnt and if he would be the one that burnt her in the end. If she continued to push him too hard.

"If you're so keen, who am I to stand in your way of doing some hard work," Kylo started with a smirk. "In fact, I'm sure you're more than capable of preparing the ship by yourself," he added smugly.

More then one could play that game, he would make her dance around on her toes for the hell she had started to give him.
