Well they wouldn't be normal once they got to this world would they? But since this is a new world, what happens if you have people who don't understand smithing and chemistry, accounting, and manufacturing. All the aspects of society we take for granted.

I thought this rp would involve people from other dimension being dragged to fantasy world, such as maybe a guy from the post apocalypse, another from a furry world, another from a highly advanced society

No because then it would just get to hard for us to manage. Although that's a nice idea, power scaling would be a bitch to manage. More it's a bunch of confused regular humans. I would probably allow semi human characters but they wouldn't have any special characteristics aside from things like ears and tails. Either way though, even on Earth there are still dozens of walks of life people come from. The character could have originally been a street thug, a fire fighter, a secret agent, a monk, ect. As long as the background isn't too far out there I wouldn't mind. These people aren't all coming from the same dimensions, but they're still fairly normal dimensions. Even a post apocalyptic world wouldn't be as far as a stretch. The advanced technology one wouldn't work because we wouldn't be able to explain it >.>

Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that we just finished up the list and are basically assigning values to all the tasks on said list. We're still on schedule to start around the end of the month. And sometime next week o should start getting introductions and lore and stuff typed up. It's planned already but not typed >.> Curse my procrastinating >.>

Anyway, just wanted to let you all know and give you a heads up that this idea isn't dead, and is still right on track to come out.

Gonna be honest here when I say that this rp completely slipped my mind because I assumed it was dead. Don't know how much enthusiasm I can muster up for something that is run by someone who seemingly comes and goes,but I'll check it out when all the necessary threads are written, posted.

You try coming up with multiple lists of 100 tasks for characters to do XD it was harder than expected which took some time. The only reason I'm setting the start date as the end of the month is because of work and life and ect. All that's really left is to type up all the forums stuff XD (and decide on a name XD ) aside from that though I'm on every day, either rping or working on this rp so I wouldn't say I'm coming and going .-.

Well it's not as if I'm watching your profile or anything. It's been two weeks and this is the first any of us have heard from you. So ofcourse it would seem that way.

Well I said in an earlier post on this thread that the rp would be probably posting the rp at the end of this month, so I figured people wouldn't need to see me constantly posting to know the rp was still being produced.

Instead of complaining about how big the task is, when you took it on in the first place and split your attention with other rps....maybe you should just get back to writing.

I'm not complaining. I knew how tedious this would be before I started it. The rp idea had been in design for about a month before this interest check was even posted. As for me writing, I do this for my own selfish entertainment .-. this interest check had told me even if I posted the rp 2 years from now I would likely still receive a fair few number of rpers wanting to participate. However I have said the rp will be out by the end of the month unless something really serious comes up, so you can trust I will be putting out the rp by the end of the month.

Yes it is. It's likely I won't be limiting the number of players as I think it will be more fun the more chaotic the rp gets. Many of the tasks could be completed interacting with another character so the more characters the better.
