History: Ann had a normal life until just one year ago when her powers presented. She had a mother and father who loved her. She had planned to grow up and become a veterinarian. She had a lot of friends. But then...she couldn't control her powers and accidently sent ice through her skull to her brain. She thought she would die until she didn't. Because of it she often freezes mid motion, sentence, or action and can stay frozen for up to ten minutes. When she went back to school like this everyone started picking on her. Drawing stuff on her, calling her names, moving her frozen body, and lots more horrible things. Slowly she lost all of her friends. One day while she was frozen a group of students took her clothes, carved 'FREEZER BURN' into her right forearm, and locked her in a supply closet. She obsessed over the carved words, recarving them so they kept bleeding. The next day at school she came with her forearm bare and bleeding. Faint red lines tracked down her cheeks from where she dug her nails in and pulled. She smiled at everyone before a pipe burst in the ceiling, spraying the classroom with gallons of water. She smiled and held her arms up to the water. She froze the water in daggers and started to pierce the students' bodies until the room was washed in blood and water. A bunch of other teachers came in to restrain her until she could be properly be taken care of. Her Siren Song manifested upon her arrival to the asylum and she has far less skill with it than her ice.
Personality: She is sweet and calm to most people, but she has moments where she lashes out in anger. They are periodic and appear like a light switch. One moment she is having a peaceful conversation and then the next she will yell, scream, kick, and fight like crazy, then she will go back to her normal conversation. She doesn't allow people to touch her 'FREEZER BURN' scar because she gets the idea in her mind that the person was involved in the trauma behind it and she'll try to kill them.
Additional/Useful Information: She can only use her ice powers (as of now) when she can move her arms. If they are restrained she is powerless. She must hear her own voice for it to become hypnotic.
