The man can hold a grudge and doesn't forgive easily. He is also very stubborn which makes it hard to communicate with him when he's mad or upset. Derek seems very aloof to most people and most of the time he is though there is more to him than meets the eye. Derek is actually a nice person if you get to know him but he doesn't smile much. He's aggressive in nature and has quite the temper though he's learned how to control that around students...almost. Derek thinks of others needs before his own even though it may not seem that way; he does everything for a good reason. He's the kind of teacher that doesn't cut anyone any slack and expects too much from his students but he believes going soft on students isn't helping them either so his way is better. The man looks out for his students and his teaching methods have proven to help them, that's all that matters.

They are very fun, and love to pull pranks. They are also very smart and love to obsess over new facts. They both like men.

Appearance: 5'11'', lanky but tone build, pale complexion, short/spiky hair, has royal blue eyes that turn a true silver colour when using his powers, wears darkish clothes (dark green,black,grey,royal blue, ect.) with colourful accents/details





Powers: Can somewhat read minds (seeing their thought process/what they are thinking, and predicting their thoughts/movements) through seeing other's eyes or prolonged physical contact, can persuade emotions when target is awake and control emotions/plant ideas or beliefs when target is sleeping, His brain analyzes 5 times faster than the average human brain making him able to locate and/or solve problems almost instantly, and can thicken/harden his skin to withstand attacks.

Personality: Alek is easily upset/angered, and is a very sensible/caring/understanding person(via minor mind reading). He does not remember much before he was 13 and lived with his aunt and uncle, then got in own house and is currently living there.


Current Status: Dating Katherine, living alone but the same neighborhood as Kat.

Appearance:5'5'', slender, slightly tone (non-anorexic looking), pale, shoulder length red-orange hair, has hazel eyes that turn fluorescent green when she uses her powers, wears mostly short sleeve shirts (unless its cold, then she wears over-sized sweaters), and only wears makeup for parties and impressing people.





Powers: She can control the vision of people around her (up to half a mile when she really tries), which means she can make them hallucinate and make herself appear invisible (however, this power does not work on cameras or pictures). When she is asleep, she can remove her "mind" from her body and move about as a spirit while her unconscious body sleeps. Along with that power she can "invade" other's dreams, or make herself present to the person as a free willed being while sleeping, when the person she is invading wakes, so does she in her own body. (her "spirit walking" ability can be dangerous if not in her body or another person's dream for more than an hour, when she will start to become an actual spirit, stuck in this state)

Personality: Kat is a very "off the walls" person, she finds a joke in everything and never seems to calm down. The only thing that phases her are sad and serious situations, in which, she becomes very quiet and shies away. She only gets worked up when people talk bad a bout her or her friends.


Current Status: Dating Aleksandar, living with her parents in the same neighborhood as Alek.
