Well the Last one is something that took me time to think of, but I will change it. I don't really mind since I want this to be fair. I would like to keep the last teigu, but don't mind changing it to make it weaker. My idea for it was something really powerful but had a time limit to use unless the user is willing to risk being lost to the Dragon forever. The concept of the teigu is that it is a double edge sword.

In the anime and manga they mention there are 275? tegius out in the world

275 I thought they were only 48 of them. That's what I've read.
