Haru Kaori

Haru stopped in front of the door, her hand already placed on the knob but she didn't turn it. In fact, she had other plans in mind, and it wasn't to leave the place. The hand holding the katana shifted ever so slightly, the thumb pushing the hilt up to bare the sharp steel. In a flash, she unsheathed it and charged towards him, her katana already positioned to strike him at his neck. It wasn't her intention to hurt him, not that she could to begin with since he was in a better condition than her. In fact, she knew he could block her attack with his wires.

@LucianGrey7971

Kyou had seen the attack coming, Haru had taken too long to open the door, he may be a nice person but he was still an assassin...things like that were second nature to him. And then there it was, the slightest shifting of her weapon hand. Kyou had seen all of this, but he didn't react until the blade was a mere foot from his throat, he reached out and grabbed it with his left gauntlet. He could have used his wires but Kyou could feel no real killing intent behind the strike. Kyou never took his eyes of Haru as he spoke, "I know not what you intended, you're hurt to the point where this could have been dodged by most well trained guards...did you believe me to not be a man of my word?" Kyou pushed the blade away from his neck "Or did you not trust in my words and intended to test my resolve?"

Alexis nodded and followed him when he motioned for her to. Maybe he is a creepy stalker, or maybe he just lives near me and I don't remember it? She thought to herself.

She nodded, smiling when he spoke. At-least he didn't think I'm an idiot or something. She thought. "Yea, that's true enough." She told him.

"I guess you live near me, huh?" She asked, she was familiar with the houses they were passing so they had to be close to hers.

Haru Kaori

She wasn't expecting him to not to use his wires, but eh stopped the blade nonetheless. Either way, she would have stopped herself before she could cut him. She stared back at him before she sighed and staggered a back to sit down on the bed, letting out a soft and quick chuckle. Her sudden movement brought pain back on her body but she dismissed it. "No. I..." she thought of what to reply to him but without anything proper to say, she decided to change the subject. She closed her eyes and when she opened them again, her previous hazel orbs were now colored blue. "If you haven't noticed yet, my sword is not my Imperial Weapon." She turned to look at him, showing him her eyes before they returned to normal. "In reality, I'm not sure what my Imperial Arm is, or where it even is... but you should already know what it does."

Polin continues to walk still paying attention even though it didn't seem like it then said" Yeah i'm a few door up from your that's how I know where you place is after you mentioned it, my place might smell like a chemist sometimes though because I practice alchemy".

Alexis Jackson

Alexis nodded, smiling, she knew which house he was talking about although she'd never met him before now. "Oh, that's your house?" She asked him. "What kinda stuff do you make? I practice medicine myself, hence the various herbs outside in the window box. It's fun and helps people out so I enjoy doing it."

They were very close to her house now, she could smell the fresh sage and mint amongst the more exotic herbs. At-least he's better at directions than I am. She thought to herself.

Polin continues to walk with her and said" Yes that's my house and I make lots of different things such as metal tables or I can make a robotic eye for a person as long as I have the materials for it, is it fun well that's about one's perspective I don't know if I would call it fun but if you can work with the smells and such it's very interesting".

They got to her house and polin went silent thinking it's not like me to talk to people let alone a women but things seem to be off to a good start so can't complain to much.

Alexis Jackson

Alexis nodded, listening to him explain about his work. "That sounds very interesting, actually." She told him when he was done talking and they'd stopped outside her house. "Maybe I can come over some time and you can show me some stuff? I wouldn't mind teaching you some stuff about medicine either, it might even help you with your alchemy and stuff."

Unlocking her door she waited halfway waiting on a reply. Though, he seemed to have gone silent. Did I say something wrong? She thought.

Polin snapped out of his thought and looks at her and a ever so small smile come on his face as she show an interest in his work and then he speaks up and says" Your an odd one I got to admit most women would hate the smell of my place and wouldn't come near it if can be helped and sure I don't mind that last of all if you see a bottle of blue liquid out with white smoke don't spill any one your hands because it will freeze them almost instantly that's why I wear gloves sometimes". Polin paused for a minute then said" Well alexis i'll see you in the morning and I went silent because i'm normally not much of a talker among guys let alone spend time and talk to women that's one of the few things I do remember about my past".

Alexis Jackson

Alexis blushed lightly, slightly embarrassed, and absent mindedly moved a piece of hair out of her face when he called odd. She most certainly was an odd one too, she wondered personally how she was still alive as clumsy and forgetful as she was.

Smiling she spoke, "I'll definetely have to be careful when I come to watch your work then." Waving at him she continued, "Understandable, I usually don't talk much myself either. Well, good night."

She entered her house, setting her satchel on the chair behind the door before closing and locking it. Yawning and stretching she kicked her boots off and propped her sword up beside her bedstand.

Stretching out on her bed yawning it wasn't long before she was asleep.

Arden

Waking up after feeling discomfort from the scroll that still stuck in her sleeve, Arden got up to find that she'd only been sleeping for a good 2 hours or so. The sun had risen but you could only see it peeking up from the ocean horizon ever so slightly. Getting up from the bed, Arden placed the scroll on her bedside table, still not caring to read it from the now presumably dead women but taking note to give it to Sin later before making her way to the bathroom to shower up and change. It took a minute before she'd realize that someone had locked her door whilst sleeping but decided that it was harmless.

Once she'd finished, Arden felt quite light headed, stumbling in the bathroom to catch herself before falling. Using the hallway walls to lead her to the kitchen, she grabbed herself a glass of water in which she downed in a matter of seconds. Dehydration. No wonder.. Recalling back to the last time she'd actually drank water. Taking another sip of the cold water, she walked into the living area where she saw Sin sleeping where she would've, the couch. Arden placed the almost empty glass on the counter before shuffling to her room.

Returning with a blanket in hand, Arden draped it over the sleeping Sin. Not the most comfortable place to sleep, or the safest. He's the leader yet he sleeps here, how strange.. She had squatted down to be face to face with his, getting somewhat lost in thought as she looked over his sleeping features. He looks so defenseless. Blinking twice at her last though, subconsciously poking his cheek with a blank stare. Arden didn't really have much of a goal for poking him but was urged to do so. "Poke~" saying it in a quiet melodic tone as she poking his cheek now three times, her finger never leaving his cheek. Squishy.

Amber stands on a cliff over looking the base a pill of body's with missing limbs and such behind her and she says in a low voice" Cleaning up was fun this time there were a few humble but good fighters among the bunch I just killed I got to use my second stage this time I feel so alive it's great this is the feeling I remember when I got serious in the past". Now little birds and dinosaur are you ready for the storm that's coming i'm I made a promise that day to my self I would carry their dreams that they never got to live because of how cruel fate can be.

"Hmm...I wonder~ If I had to take a guess, sword to my throat as it were, I'd say something to do with adrenaline~" Kyou could have pursued the topic of why she attacked him, but he figured as socially awkward as she seemed to be, he decided to let it go. Instead sat down in a chair and sighed a bit "It's never a good feeling not knowing something, but...sometimes it's better than knowing the truth..." Kyou looked down at his hand and his face got grim "Living with the whole truth can be it's own personal hell in ways..." Kyou blinked away his solemn moment and looked back at Haru "Hmm~ I quite liked your hazel eyes better...though the blue isn't so bad~"

It's better not knowing the truth? She frowned at this as she gripped her katana's case and thought back. "For me, the truth will set me free." It became part of her life to know the truth about her Imperial Arm. She needed to know who did this to her so she could kill him, or her. She turned to him, seeing his own grim face. Maybe they both held grudges about something, and just as quickly as he became solemn about the topic, he was able to blink it away, this time giving her a sudden compliment. "Wh-What..?" she stuttered, feeling heat rise up to her cheeks and she instinctively looked away. "What... are you talking about all of a sudden?!" Nobody took notice of her eyes, except when they turned blue as it was like a sign of their death.

Sin came to conciousness however at first he was only half asleep, feeling an odd sensation on his cheek he slowly opened his eyes to see Arden poking his cheek. Normally this would be the time Sin freaked out however for some reason after a few moments passed by when his eyes locked with hers he just stared; He felt as if he didn't really know what to say and instead just came out with "Well, good morning" he said staring right at the woman.

Arden

Arden was taken back just a little when Sin opened his eyes, his response being rather calm. She hadn't taken into consideration for if she woke him up, feeling rather bad for waking him up after the previously long day. "Good morning." Pulling her hand back to her chest where her other hand was, staring back at him with innocent seeming eyes. "I'm sorry, I woke you up." Apologizing for her rather random actions.

@Sinister Clown

Nyko was in the main hall with his rapier, revolver, mini crossbow, bolts all laid out and suspected every inch of his weapons isn't tarnished with dents or blemishes. Then sprayed a layer of paralyze poison coating it so even by the smallest cut would paralyze any that dared to fight an assassin of Night Raid. Smiling he sheathed the sword and put the rest back into its place hidden on his body. He got up to stretch seeing as he saw light of the new day.

Sin sat himself up slowly, Still feeling drowsy he rubbed his eyes and let out a rather obnoxious yawn "It's uh..Fine." he said with a slight smile on his face towards Arden. He began wondering what she was actually doing but decided not to bring up the conversation and instead looked out towards the Sun which was rising over the sea; Sin seemed dazed slightly by the sight before looking back to Arden and asking "How'd you sleep?"

@Defective Kitten

(20 more pages xD btw guys I gave my authority over the @Kayzo She has done a great job of second in command and I don't know how regularly I can get on anymore, especially after these like 3 weeks.)

Arden

By now, Arden was sitting on her knees on the floor staring up at Sin who looked towards the sea then back to her. "Sleeping on a bed was nice. I had almost forgotten the feeling." Speaking sincerely, it looked as if she were about to smile but hesitated to do so. "Speaking of which, how come you don't sleep in your room? It would be much more comfortable and warmer then on a couch." Tilting a head slightly to the side, talking about how he hadn't had a blanket whilst sleeping up until she brought him one. Arden still had her morning voice which was about the same as her normal voice, just a bit softer and a little more "humanly" if you'd call it that.

@Sinister Clown

(Sorry, I have fallen asleep)
(Can I get an update on what I missed assassin wise" and have we started episode 3?)
((You didn't missed much. Assassin in the base went to sleep some assassin went to their own home. And then there is the couple in the inn, or was? I think the rp was just waiting for them to wrap up, but now idk. I think we are slowly transitioning to the next episode? Not sure if this was the third episode with the new people joining the group?))

(Oh sure~ Blame it on me)

Kyou smiled at Haru's reaction, so she did have human emotions...buried as they were. "By your reaction I'd have to venture to guess that you don't get complimented much...Then again, those of us with Imperial Arms rarely get complimented on who we are...it's generally always about our abilities, or in MY case it's about how I'm like a spider in my approach to being an assassin. It's a shame, you really are quite beautiful, more beautiful than anyone I've ever met~" Kyou stood up and walked over to Haru.
