that's true however several of the chars didn't die right away in the anime so i feel till later on there's room for flexibility, if anything i'll probably have my guard die first in the next major battle so i can work with a back story i just came up with

(@Leo Radomir I was kinda trying to tell you this earlier, I was trying to avoid this fight without breaking character; Although Sin might not be reasonable in your eyes...For someone looking for Night raid you weren't too polite and should have expected a greeting like that. @National Aye! You do that's why I'm always thinking of new characters in case xD )
Sin kept making steps towards the left and right, spinning around constantly although he couldn't exactly match the speed Amber had he was able to keep up with it; his eyes moving every he watched out for anything coming his way and also looking for an opening, the moment he spotted her attempting to take out shrapnel from her cheek Sin aimed and fired his flintlock in front of her feet in attempt to slow her down for a moment. As if he were flying in the air he leaped and swiftly spun passed aiming his teigu towards Amber "One wrong step miss...And you're dead." firing another cannon like blast towards her (10m long, 6m wide/tall and in case people were confused what it looked like; The teigu idea was inspired off Stark in bleach)

(Well actually there was never a draw in the Anime. The reason why, for example, Tetsumi lived when he fought against Wave was because tetsumi never wanted to fight. Clearly,both of you are fighting. One of you gottabdie. If you don't, then that's like breaking the rules of our own fandom xD )

He walked through the streets of the Capitol, with a stolen white dress shirt and black tie, along with a long over sized trench coat, that almost touches that ground. He paces himself through the town, trying to escape the hellish town. Not like they were looking for him, they presumed him dead anyways. Regardless there is still a lot of people that knew him around town probably not as well due to his new white hair. Amber slammed her food into the ground a huge slab rock springs up shielding ambers major organs but such but her arms had a few layers of skin burned off amber cringed in pain thinking shit i really didn't want to have to use my full demon form but this guy is becoming a real pain in the ass. Amber manages to finally push the last of the shrapnel out of her face but it would take about ten minutes for wounds to heal so she began to force transformation smoke starting to come out of the wounds as they start to heal amber sneakily moving through the mist .
After about five minutes had passed the wounds looking much better but it's not enough so amber continues to sneak through the mist buying her self time.

Leaping back up into the tree's Sin let out a short sigh 'So she is an imperial arms user..Only if I could lead her further away..' leaping back out of the tree and onto the ground away from the smoke screen he still kept his eyes towards the mist and it's swaying movements as she ran through it he chuckled to himself 'She's given me five minutes so far..I could have shot that direction at least 150 times by now..But I might take out Arden as well..Shit.' shooting his flintlock in the air trying to catch Amber's attention "Oi, you really just gonna keep hiding like that? What happened to the tough act.." leaping back again deeper into the forest and away from the others.

Takume was sleeping soundly ,and snoring loudly , as a little kitten decided he'd jump on top of him. Takume awoke in surprise almost knocking dexter off. "Ugh you silly little kitty why do you gotta wake me up..." Dexter mewed in his face and Takume kissed him on the top of the head "you're so cute...come on you can sleep with me" he picked up dexter and set him in the crook of his arm petting him as they fell asleep together

It didn't take long before a fight broke out between Sin and the purple haired girl. Come on Sin.. You'd better win this.. Within a flash, the forest area was covered by a thick smoke cloud, Arden's attention quickly to Tristan who of which she caught a glimpse of until the smoke casted over. Shoving the scroll back into her sleeve, she bolted to the boy, sneaking her way towards him making sure not to make a noise as she did so. It was rather difficult due to her inability to see but when she found the boy, she took him by his wrist and drew him out of the smoke and also out of their way of battle.
Once in a clear area without smoke and a good distance away, Arden let go of him and stopped in her tracks. Her job was to keep watch and that would be all that she'd do. Despite not being able to see anything, Arden stared into the mist of which they faught in. Listening to all the words they exchanged, the sounds that their arms made as they attacked, and also their movements. Don't die Sin.

"I slept for...three? hours after having night watch duty." She replied. "But, I'm dedicated to the job so I'll manage somehow."

Alexander looks over at Tremki. This kid was definitely going to be a little secret weapon for Megumi. Now, they just had to figure out how to use him. The boy himself probably didn't even know it. All of the guards are super powerful, and Alexander could tell that none of them knew their true potential, not even Megumi knew her own true potential. He looks back at Alexis, nodding his head.
"Well, what would you expect. Thankfully, you are committed. I haven't seen commitment since I was 30. And five years is too much of a gap."

Tremki giggled at Alexander's comment and made a sarcastic saluting gesture "I'm here to serve~" a wide grin painted across his face he looked around the room "It looks like we might have lost a few to the rebels, Do you have a plan for that boss-san?" he asked referring to Alexander as he chewed on more candy slowly building a pile of candy wrappers below him.

After wandering for about 2 hours in the forest, off in the distance with his supernatural hearing heard the commotion of a battle, turned and bolted towards the commotion. The trench coat flew behind him as he ran to the battlefield at top speed his piercing purple eyes, that looked much further into the forest to examine the battle from afar. Finally reaching the battlefront ready to fight with his favorite sword unsheathed from its cover.

Her voice breaking the short moment of stillness that she created but even that was followed up by another lump of awkward silence. Sin and Amber were in their mist of battle while Arden and Tristan were also in a mist but rather of silence.
"Who do you believe will win?" At this point, Arden had closed her eyes with her head tilted slighty to the sky. It had been a long day and she'd simply wanted peace which was something she seeked day in and day out for the past who knows how long. "Also, my names Arden. Yours?" If he were to join or to die, she would've felt better to know his name. At least then she'd be able to call his attention or place a name on his grave if it were to turn south.

Alexander looks over at the boy. Alzie lazily flies over, and snatches a piece of candy from Tremki. The fat little owl suddenly speeds up before getting caught, and lands high up on a perch, hooting happily at his prize.
" I am the Over Weather, not the Captain. I am able to step in, but I am here to test Megumi. This is all up to her."

Kyou scratched the back of his head, and sighed "Well, it all worked out didn't it? You don't ever have to be asked to be saved by me. I'll save you whether you like it or not" he smiled brightly before continuing, "I get what you mean, sometimes I think fate tries to get me to do things I don't want to...I'm pretty sure me meeting you was supposed to make me feel a deep seated and overwhelming sense of revenge...but all I ca-" Kyou stopped suddenly and quckly changed the subject "Well at any rate I don't feel anything like that, too much work. Plus you're not on my target list~" Kyou looked over at Haru, hoping she knew that last part was a joke

"I guess it did." she replied before staying silent. It's true that she managed to survive thanks to him. She listened to him explain his insight about fate. "Well, despite hearing you have no plans for revenge, the next time I'm in trouble, you probably won't save me anymore, would you?" she stated, a smug expression on her face. She didn't believe he held no grudge for her. She didn't believe anyone in the right mind would not have a grudge on someone who tried to kill them in the past.

Amber smirked coughed up a little blood then looked at her arm after eight minutes and nodding it's much better she keeps hidden under a near by cave while she starts to transform to stage two of her demon form.
After several minutes of building it up her energy her appearance becoming much closer of that of a demon black skin and much thicker muscles. A voice inside her head I choose you because you've learned to live in the darkness and get back up no matter how many times you get knocked down I will grant you the strength you desire to make your path.
After a few more minutes or so amber body had fully change to stage two of her demon form and she walked out the cave then took off like the wind to where here original spot where the rock is.

Kyou stated without hesitation, he adjusted the his gauntlets slightly so that his fingers fit better on them and continued "Like you said, you were just trying to survive. I didn't die so I have no reason to hold a grudge over something that happened years ago. Besides, if I held a grudge against everyone who tried to kill me, I'd lose out on a lot of potential friends and acquaintances." Kyou was kind of surprised that this girl didn't realize that he was nowhere near in his right mind, seriously he's an assassin who saves people.
