The next two bullets were close calls but she had expected them with her Imperial Arm and managed to dodge and reflect them both. Had she trained sword fighting earlier, she was sure she could cut those bullets in half. Unfortunately, she still lacked the training for such feats. Her target looked away for a moment, turning his attention to the case he had with him. Big mistake. This was one of the lessons drilled into her head by the person who trained her: Never take your eyes off your opponent.
That short shift of focus from her was enough to get him within her striking range. As he stumbled back, she changed her swords angle and sent an upward strike towards him. She assumed the cards that were in the air were his Imperial Arm. It was quite unique, as she had noted. Her eyes glowed again, guiding her next actions through whatever this Imperial Arm had in store for her. Not wasting another second, she sent a second strike, a horizontal one as she flipped towards his side.
