Kazuichi nodded. "Hey John if ya don't think I could have some of those reports you saw the pattern in. I'd like to do some late night research before going to sleep." The thought of a traitor made sense it would explain how they were able to get through security without setting off any alarms or being spotted. He rubbed his eyes a bit sleepy but he was actually excited to do some research and didn't wanna miss the chance.

"Yes that would be fine." John said with a polite smile and the nod of his head. "Just stop by my office at any time and pick them up they will be on my desk." With those words he set about fixing a plate for dinner and joining the rest of the group. "I have have a patrol later tonight and I might use that as an opportunity to check up on some of regular army's patrols and see if I can find any information they may have pertaining to this." @Kayzo @too much idea

Sin nodded agreeing with Santios "Sounds good." finishing off what he had left on his plate Sin continued thinking, if his assumptions were right than things should go smoothly however it's unsure...One thing for sure was Night Raid needed to continue attacking high ranks officers to draw attention away from their real goal, that's really the only way this raid was going to work. Letting out a sigh Sin had to mentally remind himself that he would be staying back unless something went south which to him was a 'lose - lose' situation anyway.

Santios carves up another noar, bagging it up. He grabs his bag and the food, walking out of the kitchen. "I'll come back in a minute. I just have to drop off this food to the orphanage. Poor kids had a shortage of food, so I'm going to drop them off their dinner." Santios walks out of the base, taking a secret path back to town. He walks down the street to the orphanage. (If any guards want to interact. FYI, he doesn't have a poster yet)

(Not much happened for Night Raid. Santios just left to an orphanage so some guards can interact with him, and the others are still at the guild talking about the plan.)

Fran was eating the roasted meat when John (Yes, she recognized him too) reported what he have to say about the rebels and the Night Raid. A high-ranking officer are helping them, a traitor. Megumi, her captain, say something about reporting to the higher ups and ask them to get some good night rest. Before leaving, she smiled at her. Fran replied with a smile, which quickly disappear as soon as Megumi left the room. The situation is not good, but the Rebels should've known about this situation the moment she contacted them to take care of her mother. At this rate, Fran will either be killed by the Night Raid to clear all suspicion o her, or killed by her teammates for treason. If Megumi and everyone else realized what actually going on, even with her strength, skill, and endurance there is no way she will be able to survive this cave of lion. Francesca is pretty sure that she could take down one or two before she got killed, but then there's the third option: Leaving for South, or join the Night Raid.


Her mother is safe now. There's no need for her to risking her neck in the Capital. She could join the Night Raid and help them killing more important people that's on both of their lists. Or defecting to South with her army or royal soldiers.


Francesca finished her dinner and her thoughts. She decided to stay long enough to find out the weakness and the strengths of the Teigu used by her comrades. After that, she'll head to South.


"I'm going to sleep now." Francesca said to her comrades. "It's been a long day for me. Good night."

(I'm so sorry for holding everyone up. I could've sworn I posted earlier.)


"Goodnight everyone." Megumi said, leaving the mess hall and into the normal hall. I'll pick up Johns report, turn it in, and call it a day. She thought to herself, quickly entering Johns room, picking up the stack of papers and leaving. "Damn, he did a good job." She said to herself, reading the report as she walked. (I'm having major authors block right now, so I'm skipping a little.) When Megumi finished relating the information to the Higher ups, she walked back to her quarters, exhausted from the stressful day. Walking inside, she sat on the foot of her bed and watched the door, lost in thought.

Once John finished eating he went back to his office and prepared to go for a walk throughout the city to clear his head. He decided against taking his imperial arms because he didn't want to give any cause to alarm to the citizens of the Capitol. While walking though the streets he saw a man carrying entirely too many groceries and decided to lend the poor man a hand. "Hail friend would you allow me to help you carry your groceries to wherever it is you are going?" John said with a polite smile.

Santios smiles as the man helped him with the groceries. "Thank you so much. I'm just dropping this all of to the Orphanage. I must've looked a bit silly with all these bags so late at night." Santios chuckles at his own joke as they round the corner. A nun comes up, and takes the food from the two men, thanking them. Santios nods asnthey both walk away from the orphanage. Santios bows his head. "I am truly thankful for your help. That would've been truly difficult." Looking at the mans uniform and all, Santios's eyes gleam a little. "Ahh, you are a guard. How kind of you to help a citizen." @Saint Nhoj

John smiles back wholeheartedly at the comment. "It's me who should thank you for taking food to those orphans. With so much focus on the current strife with Rebels the city hasent been able to provide enough support to those in need. That is why the rebellion must be put down quickly or else the people will continue to suffer needlessly." He then extended his right hand out to the man. "My name is John by the way."

Santios smiles as he shakes the mans hand. "My name is Santios, nice to meet you John. I am a teacher for the children at the school in the city." Santios's eyes gleam in relief. He hasn't been caught as an assassin yet, so he was able to give his name without worry. At least, he hopes so. "And I must thank you for protecting us from the rebels. They can be troublesome." @Saint Nhoj

"I wouldn't say the rebels are necessarily evil but the road to hell is paved with good intention. Their desire for change is causing the people of the city to suffer until the conflict is resolved, but that is enough politicking for one day." John said with a small chuckle before beginning to take his leave. "It was a pleasure meeting you Santios and if you ever need assistance just send word to the guard HQ and I will never mind lending a hand!" @National

Santios grins back as he waves at John. So, who he was right. He is a guard, and a pretty uncorrupt one, by the looks of it. He takes a mental note. Looking at the mans stature and clothing, he was probably higher ranked. Looking at his sheer size and body, he could tell that getting in a fight with the man would be the last thing Santios would want to do. His eyes gleam as he starts to walk away as well. He had to make as many observations as he can. Also, his new mask just came in, which is definitely good. He rounds the corner, and disappears into the shadows. @Saint Nhoj


After a few minutes, the door of Santios's room opens, and Santios walks inside. He might as well get some rest, because he would have to wake up very soon for their mission. He lays down in his bed, smiling at the image of the children smiling when he brought them food today. He sets his mask next to him, and he closes his eyes.

Kazuichi made his stop by John's office to pick up the reports the door was opened so he stepped inside. "John? Not here I guess he did say I could just take them I'll just leave a note." He grabbed the report and looked at it sure enough John was right a while before the attacks security would be dropped just enough to get someone inside and be able to get out. "A traitor I'll have to keep my eyes open for one for now I'll see if I can narrow down the suspects." He left the room closing the door behind him not looking where he was walking.

After finishing the remaining food he had left on his plate and getting up from his seat, watching Santios leave he gave his thanks for the meal. Leaving the table Sin made his way back out to the training yards, looking at all the dummies set up for the others to hone their skills it reminded himself of when he first joined Night Raid, leaping up to the wall that surrounded the structure, sitting on the wall he looked out back to the sea Looks brighter than normal.. His thoughts referring to the moon.





Trancy Thanatos


Finishing whatever he had left on his plate, taking it to the kitchen he put his dishes in the sink and walking out of the room "It's been nice meeting all you." Trancy didn't have a quarters, why would he? Especially when all he had to do was take a carriage to the west side of the city to his mansion that's impossible to miss; After arriving to the front of the building Trancy was then greeted by two servants who took the things he had weighing him down, Trancy entered and went to his private quarters of the mansion Yes..sleep should be good.. Walking towards his bed he took off his coat and dropped right onto his bed quickly falling to sleep.

The next morning, despite wanting to sleep in, Megumi woke up bright and early. Despite being in the Guard for a long time, she still wasn't used to waking up this early. Today her squad had to patrol the "hot spots" around the area, where rebel activity was spiking. This worried her, putting her friends in danger, but they would get it even worse if they didn't do their job. After changing her clothes and getting ready, she left her room and headed towards the Mess hall, where she was to greet the rest of the guard and assign them their patrol areas.

Ron finished up his plate and continued to sit at the dinner table as he digested his food. After he saw Sin leave and Santios go to his quarters, Rin decided to finish the day with some relaxing, so he stood up, stretched and walked his his room. Rin plopped down on his bed, but after a few minutes, he decided he wasn't going to be able to get any sleep. So, with that in mind, he stood up and grabbed a towel from the bathroom and undressed, afterward wrapping the towel around his waist, "Hit springs here I come!" He said with a joyful chuckle. On his way out, Rin passed the training ground and there he saw Sin. "Hey! You wanna go take a soak in the springs for a bit? It'll be a nice thing to do before our mission!" He called out.

Santios tuns out of his quarters, already fully dressed and prepared. He runs over to Sin and Rin, and chucks a heap of clothes at them. "Let's get ready! It's already time for the mission. This is the perfect time, lets go!" He runs over to the quarters of everyone else, and shakes them to wake them up. "Let's go everyone! Time to go!" @Grimmlock @Sinister Clown @Ramil @Maximus

Rin yawns and throws slips on the clothes, "Did you happen to prepare food?!" He asks as Santios turns the corner to go wake the others up. Rin sighs and walks inside to go get his scarf and imperial arm that were still in his quarters


Max woke up covered in a cold sweat, "Again," he mumbled as he rolled out of bed. It took him a few minutes to get motivated, but when he was he was ready for a full day. So Max got dressed and attached Cross Tail before brushing his teeth and washing his face. He had massive bed head, but he didn't really care. After that, he yawned and proceeded into the mess hall for breakfast

Grumbling, Raika puts on his clothes and slips on his boots. Yawning, he puts his Imperial arm in its sheath and puts it tightly on his back .Then he goes to the bathroom and washes his face with water. Running to the kitchen to drink some water, he goes to the where Sin and Rin are" So we ready?" Stretching out his legs.

Francesca is having a breakfast when Megumi walked inside the mess hall. She greeted her new captain with aa small nod. Strapped in her waist is her teigu, the arm bracelet Annihilator Arm.

After John had helped Santios carry the groceries to the orphanage he set off on his patrol through the city. Thankful the patrol went off without incident and made his way back to headquarters to get some shut eye. When entering his office he noticed that Kazuichi had made good on his word and borrowed the files he had asked for eariler.


Something big was going to go down and soon. A turning point in the nation and all of the guards would have to be at the top of their game to counter this new threat or else chaos would ensue. John then got into bed and turned in for the night reflecting on the trials ahead and wonder if he would be strong enough for the days to come.


The next day John awoke surprisingly earily and made his way to the mess hall in hopes to meet up with his captain for today's assignments. Surly enough she was there, as professional as always. John gave a short salute to his captain before grabbing some food and taking his seat. "Good morning captain last nights shift was uneventful and I will have a report to you by later today. Where will I be off to today?" John said a smile on his face as he dug into his seeming delicious breakfast of lots of bacon and a little portion of eggs.
