Chansu shook her head slightly. "This world is going to buckle if baking cookies will get their asses saved." She frowned and closed the fridge. "I'm gonna go train a bit myself." Her deck of cards were held in the air as she walked out the door. Outside, the weather was fair enough. Chansu flexed her arms and slowly pulled out a card at a dummy. The card was a heart. With a snap of her fingers, the dummy let a small explosion. She tried to control her power as much as she could when training because she could release all of it in missions and such. She pulled out another card. This time, it was a diamond shaded a vibrant blue. Water rained down on the burning dummy, smoke filling the area. Once the smoke cleared, Chansu pulled out an ace and waved it over the ground. The damage that had beed done was diminishing greatly. "That's how it's done," she mumbled.

Sin looked over to Chansu, seeing her performance was pretty impressive from earlier he didn't think the cards she had displayed in her hands really meant anything more than her doing card tricks but from what she did it seemed effective however overhearing her mumble about how to get things done made Sin crack a grin, taking out his casual flintlock and firing it, the bullet flying passed Chansu's head and nailing the head of the dummy, smoke rose from the end of his flintlocks barrel "That imperial arms you have, it looks useful but personally I'd rather a weapon that can take someone out right away."

"Of course...when all else fails, use unnecessary violence to get your way...you give the guards a really bad name~" Kyou stretched his neck and sighed heavily "Unfortunately for you, I don't feel like fighting" He raised his fingers and the wires shot around Tremki in an attempt to restrict his movements "So be a good boy and just walk away won't you~" Kyou's voice was still it's usual amused tone, but his eyes told a completely different story, that of a beast that was trying not to kill everything in sight being slowly pushed to the limits of its self control

Chansu shook her head. "I've got a few more tricks up my sleeve," she said, tossing aside the impressive move. She pulled out two cards this time. A queen of diamonds and a jack. Meteor rains showered onto another dummy with a snap of the card in between her fingers, while a demon summoned to her side. The demon looked like a pig, but red and extra hair all over it's body. Black fur covered it's head and a stripe down it's back. Hairy warts dotted its face. It charged at the dummy, sending sparks are fire everywhere. Rocks from the meteors busted, forcing the dummy from the ground. Chansu put the cards back in the deck and crossed her arms. "I've got more and more to be discovered. I'm still discovering new combos and moves." She put the deck of cards in her back and walked to a tree, watching Sin with a smirk on her face.

As the man stretched out his hand, Tremki had already prepared himself to make precautions using his first imperial arms technique his eyes emitted a dark glow themselves, although you couldn't actually see his eyes during to his hair covering them the glow seemed to expand beyond his hair making it fairly visible for others to see; a doppleman of himself coming out of his shadow quickly appeared in front of Tremki grabbing the wires which were sent towards Tremki; The doppelman was practically equal in raw strength as Tremki however was unable to feel pain or agony instead it seemed practically lifeless. After seeing the situation Tremki let out another childish chuckle behind his doppelman poking his head slightly out the side "Well, I guess acting it futile at this point..I can honestly say I could care less about the guards I only see them as toys anyway; Just like the both of you" giving off a warm hearted smile as the doppelman pulled on the wires in attempt to drag Kyou towards him.

Chansu looked at the hole in the walls. "Impressive. But I have many resources, not to mention the chances of everything. There's a reason why the world runs on luck. My life revolves around that and chances. Hence, my name." She chuckled and leaned back against the tree. The soft wind blew her hair out of her face, revealing her ice blue eyes staring at the sky in between the leaves. "You know, chances also equals fate. I think that'd be helpful for you to remember." Chansu got up and ruffled the embroidered turtleneck on her dress, brushing the dirt off the bottom of her dress. She motioned her demon to her, waving her hand. It blew in the wind in fiery embers and smoke. She put her gloves back on, since they were already off when she got there. She walked up to Sin. "I may sound cheesy and all, but I think we've all had it pretty bad. After all, the world is a messed hell," the girl finally said. "By the way, what's your story, while I'm on the subject of 'pretty bad'."

Well that idea was out so much for that... Takume thought to himself. looked up at him "no sir.sorry sir." Takume may not be afraid of dying at the hands of an enemy but definitely at the hands of his leader. Suddenly he regained feeling in his legs again and stood up slowly "I am sorry sir I was just trying to increase my durability with Kaosu no omamori the only way I know how and that's traning wth it sir" he stood at atention like his father made him when he was younger. He never lost eye contact not once and his face was very serious. On the outside he looked calm and collected. on the inside he was hoping he didn't get shot at he did not have enough energy to move fast enough.

Arden had been keeping a close eye of Night Raid base for quite a while, her movements seeming to not have revealed within the thick tree branches. It was somewhat amusing that both the leader and new member were already showing off their imperial arms, but Arden's sense of humor was rather a strange one. A white fox mask covered the young girl's face and a shorten kimono wrapped around her frail seeming stature. Perhaps it's time I show myself.. The thought crossed her mind several times within the few hours but she never got around to doing so.


The explosions from both imperial arms users had caused a strong wind to flow through the trees in which she sat on but Arden remained still and level headed. A blast of wind on that scale would be the last thing to intimidate her, not at this point.

The two continued with their argument and the more it go heated, the more she understood the situation. It didn't take long before the awaiting fight finally broke out, started by the wires around them striking towards the guard. She forced herself back up, despite her condition but she was now in full alert. Adrenaline can make her numb soon, but that was another risk she'd have to take.


She assessed the situation. She figured the wires were this other guy's Imperial Arm. The guard had another copy of himself, protecting him from the wires. His eyes were glowing, reminding her of her own. It seemed both their Imperial Arms manifested themselves through their eyes. She would have enjoyed this fight if only she wasn't drugged. She unsheathed her katana and thought to herself whether she should just kill them both and make a run for it; then again, she shouldn't be underestimating them even though they're currently distracted. For now, it'd be best if she just protects herself from danger.

Santios runs into the Night Raid building, the Imperial arm package under his arm. He was too old for this. Oh wait, he was only 22. He sighs, thinking of how lazy he was as he takes a corner, into the training room. Noticing a young girl with him, Santios flashes a warm smile.


"Sorry if I disturbed you two. It looks like you are the new girl that the government told me about? I am Santios Diasla, a senior member and right hand man of Sin. Nice to meet you. And Sin, here's the package."





With a nice little underhand toss, the.box flies through the air, straight towards Sin.

After the smoke cleared from the barrel of Sin's teigu he spun it back in it's holster and gave the girl a slight waving gesture before adding a comment to her last words however keeping his answer short it was obvious he was avoiding the question "Like you said, we've all grown up in hell." he took a deep breath as he noticed the guy that was on the ground started to get up, an had an odd expression on his face he finished off what he had to say to put his life basically "You could say I was raised at sea..I joined the rebellion army at one stage in my life and didn't look back which leads me to this very moment." looking back to the man who just earlier was lying on the ground uselessly. Walking up to him he took a quick glance "I guess I'm lucky that way, My teigu was pretty easy to train.." his expression altered into a more calm expression than earlier as he looked out to see that his right hand Santios had come back, looking towards him as he tossed the package towards him Sin caught it and opened the package to see the Imperial arms inside returning it with a nodding gesture at Santios he added "What took you so long? Finally found a girl?" he said in a mocking tone.


While everything was going on he couldn't help but feel like something, or someone had been watching him the whole time; although the feeling wasn't strong enough for him to take any actions or start acting suspicious for the woman watching; His sudden change of expression of curiosity when quickly glancing about the area may have been noticed.

Santios laughs at his bosses comment, smiling.


"Funny you say that. I did find a girl, but a girl who would want to kill me. It seems that I won't be able to into the public anymore. I ran into her, and she got a clear view of my face. What a shame. That won't stop me from teaching the children. All those poor war orphans, I would strangle myself if I wasn't able to help them."





While saying all this, he had a strong determination shown on his face. Changing the subject, he looks over at the explosion, and smiles, chuckling.





"You finally found that rodent that has been raidingnthe kitchen? I don't think you needed to blow up half the training yard."





He smiles, clearly joking. Suddenly, Santios feels something. He looks over at Sin, seeing that he felt the same thing. Someone was watching them.

Arden had enough of simply watching when a man, most likely in the group, appeared with a handful of Imperial Arms on his back. "Huh.." Speaking under her breath, it was more a sigh then an actual word but it didn't matter much to the situation. Taking out a fan from under her sleeve, Arden swung the fan with enough speed to create a blade of wind that cut through a training dummy. It's upper torso sliding off within a moment which created a wooden thump noise that could easily be heard from near by. If they got to display their capabilities.. I might as well show a small glimpse of mine too.. A sly smirk formed under her mask, but of corse something she only did when no one watched. Smiles, who needs those?

Snickering at Santios' last comment and nodded, it was at this point a girl that didn't seem familiar at all however the fact she directed her attack at the training dummy Sin was slightly caught off guard when it happened, taking a small leap back and taking out both of his 'flintlocks' and aiming them towards the girl for a moment; as a natural reaction he did this and kept them aiming (If this girl ever says that to Sin he's going to reply with one of my favorite quotes which is about smiling from Rokka no yuusha "...even when he's so sad that he wants to die, when it's so painful that he wants to give it all up and run away, is the one who becomes strong. Smile more! Laugh at despair!") taking a look at the figure it was pretty obvious she was female despite her having a mask on at the time he cracked a sly grin which seemed to creep up his face; he was impressed that she was there the whole time without him noticing and he couldn't help but admire her Teigu's form however kept this to himself for the time being.

Jumping down from the tree branch and out of the forest to review her stature, the wind seemed to blow just at the right moment to create the dramatic movie scene. Arden had one fan out covering the bottom portion of her mask like how royalty hid their faces with fans, less deadly fans, but fans overall. Having both Imperial Arms out would just be an over kill to the situation that didn't need the extra artillery. Tilting her head to guns guns pointing at her, she simply took a few steps forward towards the three, slow but graceful as if she were back in her geisha days.

The moment the woman took a step Sin shot his casual flintlock, purposely shooting it in front of her foot before she was able to make another step he quickly reloaded his casual flintlock, leaving his Teigu locked onto the girl. He seemed to respond to the girls head tilt with the same thing before choosing to speak "Mind stating your name miss?" he sounded some what sarcastic when he said it and seemed to continue "You know, for safety precautions" he said with a gracious smile lightly closing his eyes for the short moment he smiled before locking his eyes back onto the figure.

Santios watches as the wooden target gets sliced in half, and then carefully examinesnyhe next few actions. This girl has an imperial arm, wind based. With a metal fan? It seemed like it, but he was not too sure.


Santios pats his sword on his shoulder as the girl gets held by gun point by sin, and Santios smiles.


"Seems like someone found us. I don't think thisngurl can go on her merry way Sin."

Arden's eyes seemed to glow a deep amber color, like a dull flashlight or a dying candle. Her eyes met his when she stopped in her tracks after the gun shot, how rude.. Hesistent in telling him her name, she just continued to stare for a few moments, this time at both men before speaking in her gentle monotone voice. "Arden Lacer." Moving her mask from her face as she said so. Arden decided it was best to hold off in telling him her history or her connection with the Empire due to the risk that he'll assume that she's working with the guards. Her introduction for now would be short and sweet, extra information would be added later or if asked. "If you'd wish to kill me, I will gladly hold my own because I won't go down without a fight." Her cold hard stare seem to switch to Santios as she spoke, her expressed no signs of fear or panic.

After seeing as the girl had removed her mask and stated her name Sin lowered his Teigu bringing his hands down to his side. He wasn't exactly sure why he'd given up so easily, he felt it might have been his weak spot for cute girls 'Just can never do it..' sighing he looked over to Santios and gave a shooing gesture "Now I think about it, we've killed enough people for today." sighing afterward he could only hope the others would buy what he said however he did agree with one thing Santios said. He couldn't just let the girl leave after invading like this no matter how cute the girl was and continued "But like he said, we can't just let you leave now you showed yourself."

The mask now resting on the side of her head, Arden blinked twice at the leader as he restated that they wouldn't let her leave. "Good, I never intended to simply walk off. You guys are smarter then to let a stranger leave. I came here in order to join." Speaking rather bluntly as she folded her fan back, holding it to her side as he did with his gun. It seemed that she was in the clear for now, they didn't see her a threat, well.. A big threat. "I've watched your organization for a while now, I'd like to help.." The monotone of her voice showed no signs of wavering which made it just a bit too calm, almost eerie in an underhanded way.

Kyou twirled one of his fingers and the wires wrapped around the clone and started to squeeze in on him. "YEP...I always get the creepy ones" Kyou sighed again and started to twirl harder around the two versions of Tremki in an attempt to entangle and trap him. Kyou looked at the area and surveyed his options, he could always try to take the girl and run through the open space, but that would only put them at a disadvantage. He could go through the narrow alleyways, but he didn't know enough about the man's imperial arm to get away with that, especially seeing as he created clones....Or...Kyou looked back at Haru and stared hard as if concentrating on something "Oh~ That's good." Kyou immediately sighed again, and turned towards Tremki again

Takume slowly walked inside the house, unless he got some food to eat right now, he'd be done for if this turned ugly. He was still recovering from using his imperial arm to the max he grabbed his hidden box of cookies that was taped under the counter where no one could see it only to find it on the counter and empty "danmit there was still half a box left!" He got some chocolate bars and pocky instead and got two energy drinks out of the fridge. He ate it all really quick trying to get as much energy as he could.

Alexander's threat seemed serious and it left Atsuya confused for a while, until his attention was quickly caught by the sound of destruction coming his way. "What the?" A ice blade came charging his way at unmatched speed and upon reaching him, Atsuya barrel rolls out of the way and the ice sharp flies past him and continues is destruction spree. "Damn..that was close." The fog was still thick and Alexander would never expect him to be gone once is clears. "Time for an escape." He stood up and emitted a large flame from his fist and propelled into the air leaving Alexander and the battlefield.

Santios beams as he listens to the girl wanting to join. Before anybody could even react, Santios zipped into the building and back out in a flash, a giant stack of papers in arms, about three feet in height.


"We always gladly accept new members! However, there's a lot of things that you need to do to prove yourself. Unless you have another way to prove that you won't betray us, then you will take the three weeks to sign all of this!' (Basically he is saying "how can we trust you?")
