Abel's patron is less individual, more force of nature. He bonded with it out in the sticks, crawling into his skull in a type of symbiosis. If you do manage to wake it up from its slumber, it'll practically be entirely alien with thoughts that are unreadable or illegible to an ordinary person, mortal or supernatural. He's basically vaporizing Abel's body, in like three or so years, he'll entirely transform from his corporeal body to entirely a wraith form.
